Took my 2014 Escape Titanium to Capital Ford for it's regular oil change.Met Tim Drake in the showroom.Had a pleasant chat with Tim. A 2019 Escape Sel was in the showroom.Tim offered to have my 2014 evaluated as a trade, then we worked out the numbers.Gage McGuire did the financial paperwork.I drove it home that afternoon.I subsequently had a couple of error light warnings on the SEL. One error involved the airbags,which required ordering a replacement sensor.The evening after this was fixed I got a check belt error, which required ordering a new seat belt buckle.The service staff were excellent,although I do not recall their names.I have dealt at Capitol Ford for 5 years and my experiences there have always been excellent.

Worst place in the whole wide world! Rude, is an understatement. They rip people off like you wouldn’t believe. I have had no choice but to take my car there a few times and all they have done is cost me money! They have told me that everything is fixed on my car when it’s not, I take it in with the engine light and I bring it home with the engine light. And so on. Today I get told that for a battery it would cost me 390 bucks for a battery. They think I don’t think that I can get it cheaper elsewhere. Just bcuz lm a girl they believe this. I get told they have my parts to find out after my car is there they don’t. I get told told that they have already fixed my recalls on my car, when I just got the letter a week ago and my car hasn’t been there in 5 months. So no it’s not fixed. They owe me so much of my own money back. The only reason I take it there is bcuz no where else in Saskatoon has a place that will fix dodge. Never again will I ever even consider buying a dodge car.

I took my 2007 Vibe in for a Recall for passenger air bag. I was talked into further services. I got a call from service advisor. They couldn't turn off my car. Simple tap on brake or use remote is what it takes. Then when it was time to pick up my car it wouldn't start. So I didn't have car for 2 days. Then I got car and next morning it wouldn't start. They 3 times swore battery was checked. Finally after more time and problems I took it to CT. Problem? Bad battery. I will not be back to Mann and I dealt with them for a long time. Very disappointed.

Worst experience so far and i have only had my truck a few short weeks which i purchased foolishly.. Upon agreement with RJ Bobowski and the finance manager Travis my "WHOLE" Truck would be fixed of paint chips/scratches and paint polished completely as i clearly expalined to RJ before i signed the finance papers that i am not wanting the truck UNLESS every paint chip was fixed professionally! And guess what? Now i get a complete refusal after it being at there body shop for over a week! A paint pen was used on a couple chips and looks worse than i could do on a dusty windy day... And on top of that there's other paint tranfer now on the truck and grease spots... needless to say i will be persuing a claim with Small Claims Court to resolve this if i get no cooperation!

All vehicles have ridiculous high mileage and they do NOT check them over before selling...like they claim to!!! There are WAY better options out there... do the work people! My husband and I have bought in the past a brand new focus, a GT350, and 2 F150s. Pretty sure that makes us valued customers. After a recent recall on our Focus, we were charged a considerable amount of money for "just looking at the clutch" which was unrelated to the recall. They also wanted to charge a low price of $140/hr (LOL) to look at the navigation that was broken. The service people at Merlin Ford and their Manager DO NOT VALUE YOU. They have a bottom line and that's TO TAKE YOUR MONEY any way they can. Please, do not take your vehicles to get serviced here. Very disappointed. They're great at making the sale, but poor at maintaining customer relationship.

I bought a BMW X5m from Saskatoon Barlow motors. Lol. The sales man took us for a scoot then went back to the dealership. I got out. Smelt oil. I said it has an oil leak. Sales manager said that they would take care of it. I said ok. So. Get the call and car is ready. So I bring it home. Tried it out on the 2.5 hour trip. I pulled into Macklyn and smoke was wafting from the hood and the cabin was very Smokey. Crawled under neath in the garage. The oil was all over the trans and the bottom of the car. Then I noticed the tires where worn right down to the wires on the rear tires. One shock was wet with oil. Not a pass for safety check. So they said they would take care of it. Thought it back. It went to modern motors in Saskatoon. Went to go get it and the right front plastic fender is cracked. So. It goes to Calgary to be fixed. Guy says it will be trucked on a trailer. It was driven. Comes back and it’s a xxxxty job. Some paint on the door and clearly see where the fix was. Dirt all in the paint. So it sat there for four months. Then they said they tow it off there property if I didn’t pick it up. So. I picked it up. Now for these issues I have bring it to BMW in Saskatoon. I have learned that Barlow brought the car to have it looked at the valve covers and turbo block was leaking oil. The work was declined. Then they brought it to modern motors. And fixed the bottom of the engine and replaced the left front driveshaft as I was complaining about a bad banging sound under hard acceleration. Now I have brought it to BMW and learn that the transfer case is pooched and Barlow knew about all the work required to fix it but didn’t do it. Don’t buy anything from these xxxxxx. The estimated cost to fix is $20000.00. The original sales guy now owns carget on 51st in Saskatoon don’t go there either.

Applied for financing for a dodge sport. Was approved to find out on net that vehicle was no longer available. Nice! At a later date noticed another vehicle, went for a test drive with sales person! Whom had admitted having no knowledge of vehicle what so ever.
Messaging her and another number that had been messaging me....I got a snarky response from person telling me you were told to come in and talk to someone else....that I was sopose to. Lmao. And sorry people learn how to talk to people not demand and be educated on availability of vehicles you are selling....while asking what the down payment would be I was given a fine 7000 down payment required. “Cool” yeah ok bud. no not Cool......I got the money but don’t have the time to deal w these peoples bs. Get some basic customer service skills.
