I had a great experience here with Roel! Great experience on the phone with him and helping get pre-approval before I drove to Regina to look at the truck. He was very helpful with all of my questions and waited with patience while I discussed the vehicle I was looking at on the phone with my mom and brother and even talked to my brother to answer questions that I may have not known to ask. He showed me a few other options for trucks, gave me a few quotes and was very helpful in sticking within my budget. He was by my side the entire process and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the day and didn’t send me on my own to book the next oil change and even drove me to the nearest SGI office to get my plate, instead of just saying go find an SGI, get a plate and see you back here. I have never had such a great experience at a dealership as I did with Roel!

We have had an Acura for the past 10 years and throughly enjoyed the driving experience these vehicles offer. We had leased a Acura RDX 2017 through the Acura Centre of Saskatoon 4 years ago. When it came time to purchase the vehicle or sign a new lease Alf was so helpful. He connected with us a few months prior to our lease being up to discuss our options. We took our time to decide and Alf continued to check in and ensure that we had all the information we required to make an informed decision. However at no point did he pressure us during this time. When we couldn't make a decision in April Alf told us about the ability to extend our lease by 3 months (which we took him up on given the COVID situation). When a particularly good offer arose Alf reached out and facilitated the New lease actually enabling us to move up two trim packages. All in all I would highly recommend working with Alf. He is a great gentleman who is very knowledgable and respectful. We appreciated his supportive nature while enabling us what worked best for our family. Five stars all around!

Spent $3000 at the body shop, then went to service to take a look at my air suspension that will fail in aero mode on the highway. They charged me $150 to tell me that nothing was wrong with it because it didn’t trigger any error codes (the suspension actually fails and deflates). Only recommendation they gave was to swap out air suspension for springs and do a full conversion. No digging into problem at all and we’re unwilling to try to help. Will never return to dodge city.

We were sold an SUV, that had alot of hiding underlying problems. Within two weeks of having the vehicle the SUV had a leak, AC never worked, and back wiper blade failed. COVID-19 hit and alot of businesses shut down. When contacted regarding the matter they refused to help, knowing they sold us a dud vehicle. We were very much taken advantage of by O'Brians and will never shop there, or refer anyone else.

My salesperson Jordan beat every private deal price, made the transaction really easy, and got me into the car I wanted! I am extremely HAPPY. I bought a BMW X5m from Saskatoon Barlow motors. Lol. The sales man took us for a scoot then went back to the dealership. I got out. Smelt oil. I said it has an oil leak. Sales manager said that they would take care of it. I said ok. So. Get the call and car is ready. So I bring it home. Tried it out on the 2.5 hour trip. I pulled into Macklyn and smoke was wafting from the hood and the cabin was very Smokey. Crawled under neath in the garage. The oil was all over the trans and the bottom of the car. Then I noticed the tires where worn right down to the wires on the rear tires. One shock was wet with oil. Not a pass for safety check. So they said they would take care of it. Thought it back. It went to modern motors in Saskatoon. Went to go get it and the right front plastic fender is cracked. So. It goes to Calgary to be fixed. Guy says it will be trucked on a trailer. It was driven. Comes back and it’s a xxxxty job. Some paint on the door and clearly see where the fix was. Dirt all in the paint. So it sat there for four months. Then they said they tow it off there property if I didn’t pick it up. So. I picked it up. Now for these issues I have bring it to BMW in Saskatoon. I have learned that Barlow brought the car to have it looked at the valve covers and turbo block was leaking oil. The work was declined. Then they brought it to modern motors. And fixed the bottom of the engine and replaced the left front driveshaft as I was complaining about a bad banging sound under hard acceleration. Now I have brought it to BMW and learn that the transfer case is pooched and Barlow knew about all the work required to fix it but didn’t do it. Don’t buy anything from these xxxxxx. The estimated cost to fix is $20000.00. The original sales guy now owns carget on 51st in Saskatoon don’t go there either.

Unprofessional from start to finish and acted as though they were doing me a favour by giving me a few minutes of their time . Wouldn’t return calls or give straight answers. Ran me around for a week then discovered that the car I was interested in had been sold 3 weeks earlier but no one had updated their website.
Went to a competing dealership and went home that day with another car. I wouldn’t recommend them or ever purchase a vehicle from them.

Bought a Jetta for our son in February 2020. End of April 2020 we are having several problems with this vehicle. There was supposedly a full inspection done on it, but I begin to wonder the validity of that inspection. We had hoped that buying at a dealership instead of privately would give us the peace of mind that we were getting a quality vehicle for our son that would last him 6-8 years with minimal issues. At this point, I see no value in buying through a dealership (especially Saskatoon VW) vs a private sale...and probably better off with a private sale because it would be cheaper (no commissions to worry about). We have made probably about 10-12 private deals on the past with NO issues! This is the first issue with a vehicle purchase that we have ever had.
how can something that was checked over so well get into so many repairs all of a sudden? My son babies his car and drives very carefully. He drives it to work and back. And 1 trip to Regina from Moose Jaw.
Also, we were promised by Aiden (salesperson) and a manager (whose name I do not remember) that Saskatoon VW would be there for my son at any point when he had questions or needed help. We are not asking for a freebie but an explanation of how a car can go from great to xxxx in 3 months after a full inspection came out great! I question the inspection or was it that we were suckers to trust Saskatoon VW??
