Don't buy an acura. Its a waste of money, customer service is absolute garbage. I was sitting in the parking lot yesterday, the vehicle was not moving, not in motion Its a waste of money, customer service is absolute garbage. I was sitting in the parking lot yesterday, the vehicle was not moving, not in motion or anything. I heard a loud bang, turn around and the back window spontaneously shattered. After reading about it online it seems to be a very common problem for acura rdxs 2019 and newer. I called acura to get some help with the situation. They stated they can't do anything to help, altho they did acknowledge they know the window spontaneously shattering is an issue, they acknowledged acura has put out a service bulletin stating it is an issue on the acura website, however if your vehicle isn't under warranty still, it will be on you to replace altho its a known issue that acura has admitted to and acknowledged, however they won't do anything to rectify the situation of take responsibility for the window spontaneously shattering and being defective I spoke with service this morning at 8 am, was told I'd get a call back on a quote. Called again at 10 and spoke the Kevin the service manager, was told id get a call back with a quote. Called again at noon, was told I'd get a call back for a quote, still didn't get it. Called myself and got 5 quotes within 10 minutes. Obviously my concerns as a customer and issues were not a priority at all. Apparently having glass shatter all over my vehicle, having pieces of glass hitting me so hard it breaks the skin, isn't an issue for acura, its just a regular day and something that acura owners should be aware of before purchasing the vehicle. Maybe its in the fine print somewhere and I just didn't read it. Who knows. Acura does not take customer service seriously or do anything to go out of their way to help. I shouldn't be responsible for paying for a window that shattered, got glass all over my vehicle. I shouldn't have to worry about getting hit with flying glass while sitting in my vehicle while its not in motion. If I had kids in the back seat, there is no doubt in my mind they would have been severely injured. I relayed my issues to acura and they were useless to say the least. Told me to call acura Canada and put in a claim. Which I have done numerous times and also get no help. Do yourself a favor and don't buy an acura!! Vehicles are mediocre at best. Customer service and people working within acura are absolutely useless and could really careless about your situation. But they will be sure to try to sell you a newer vehicle. Most over priced piece of junk I've ever bought. More

I had no idea they could do this to me and have never heard of it before. Shame on you Acura Centre for not being honest BEFORE taking my money. More
Alf couldn't have cared less about me and my purchase. The only reason he was my salesman was because I called in interested in a truck and he was the next available person. I have been so disappointed in how I was treated, Acura has done nothing for me to make things right. They sold me a tire warranty for $699.00 and then tell me after the truck went through service that the tires are no good "cupped" and their technician recommended replacing them. Do you thing that Acura cares and is willing to do anything? When they did the inspection on the truck the tech did nothing on the second page and I had to take the truck back for a 3rd time. The second time was because Alf promised to fill it with gas, and after it sat there for a week waiting for service, I picked it up and he still had not put gas in it. I asked him about it and he popped his head in the cab and said "it's got lots of gas". The deal was a FULL tank! I took it back the next day and they filled it, came to $70.00 so "lots of gas" was not nearly full. Going forward if I have to deal with Acura again I will be asking for a different salesperson, someone who might actually care. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully FFUN responds and does the right thing on the tire warranty. Take away - Don't shop at a FFUN dealership. More

I purchased a Dodge truck on November 7th, and was told that I would have it by the 9th as it had not gone through service. This should have been a red flag as I had no idea what I was in for going forward. All kinds of issues came up with the inspection, and to top it off, the inspection was not completed. Today, I had to take the truck back to Acura (again) to get the inspection work completed. The technician did nothing on page two. I was sold a power train warranty and a tire and rim warranty which was $699.00. That was on the 7th. When I finally got the vehicle back (14th) I was told the service records were not available and that I would have to wait a week for them. I get a call from Alf on the 19th saying the service report was on his desk and I could pick it up. Upon review of the service order, FFUN’s technician said the tires are “cupped” and he recommend the tires be replaced. How is it that I was charged $699.00 for a tire warranty for tires that are no good? I’ve sent multiple emails and had multiple conversations with the dealership and am getting nowhere. This is unequivocally the worst buying experience I have ever had and all I want is to be treated fairly, with respect and have the right thing done by me. If I had seen the inspection report BEFORE handing over my hard earned cash, I would have never bought that truck as it has so many issues that I am going to have to spend money on now on top of payments and insurance. More
