The first time I went to this dealer I got my oil changed and tires rotated. That was fine, but when I stopped by again to get my tires retorqued they refused to do it and said they were too busy. Last time I checked it's about a 60 second job. I had to book an appointment to get the tires retorqued and even then they weren't ready to do it when I showed up, again claiming they were too busy.
I have tried to book here two more times, only because it is convenient for me with where I work. The first time it was an issue with my key fob. They said it would be two weeks before they could even get a chance to take a look at it to see if I needed a new one. I ended up fixing it myself in that time period.
The next time I tried to book another oil change. The receptionist called the service department three times with no one answering each time, again claiming they were "swamped" even though she had said she saw one of the service representatives sitting at his desk. She said she would take a message and have one of them call me back but no one ever did.
I have gone to plenty of dealerships to get work done in a lot bigger cities than Swift Current and this has been the worst service I have ever received. If a dealership in a city five times your size can manage to make time to answer a phone or retorque tires then I'm sure this place can too. I found it very painful dealing with this dealership.
