"Frustrating customer service"

Very poor work from the service department/body shop. They never call when a part I ordered is in despite being told over the phone that they would call. I've had parts sit there for weeks without a word from any employee of the service department. The parts manager is the only competent employee as far as i'm concerned.

"Should have never gone there"

Whent there to look for a low km used car. The salesman told me the one I was looking at was a fully inspected And credifed car Gauranteed as standard Motors did all the service work on it since new. I bought it and later found out the engine had a few to many liters of oil in it standard Motors drained it. It leakin oil like a sieve I was told they had problems with employees and in around about way was told my car my problem. Didn't even put on 1000 kms at the time. They said they will look into it and call me back in a day or two .that was over 2 months ago never call back when I stop by there it's always we'll look in to it

"Terrible Service"

The first time I went to this dealer I got my oil changed and tires rotated. That was fine, but when I stopped by again to get my tires retorqued they refused to do it and said they were too busy. Last time I checked it's about a 60 second job. I had to book an appointment to get the tires retorqued and even then they weren't ready to do it when I showed up, again claiming they were too busy. I have tried to book here two more times, only because it is convenient for me with where I work. The first time it was an issue with my key fob. They said it would be two weeks before they could even get a chance to take a look at it to see if I needed a new one. I ended up fixing it myself in that time period. The next time I tried to book another oil change. The receptionist called the service department three times with no one answering each time, again claiming they were "swamped" even though she had said she saw one of the service representatives sitting at his desk. She said she would take a message and have one of them call me back but no one ever did. I have gone to plenty of dealerships to get work done in a lot bigger cities than Swift Current and this has been the worst service I have ever received. If a dealership in a city five times your size can manage to make time to answer a phone or retorque tires then I'm sure this place can too. I found it very painful dealing with this dealership.

"Over Billing"

I had the dealership put new brakes on my car. I requested pads and ended up getting rotors also which I didn't ask for or give authorization for. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership and as a result I will not be going back in the near future.
