Tim and Corrinne went over and above to accommodate me - wendy
Tim and Corrinne went over and above to accommodate me with my repairs. They made what was a stressful situation less so and for that I am grateful. I would certainly recommend WOCC. Thanks again!
Great service and good salesmanship. - Billmaree
Great service and good salesmanship. Sales staff were not pushy and lisyenrr to my needs.
This dealership was great to work with, but recently it - pconlayne
This dealership was great to work with, but recently it has gone to the dogs. The phones are ringing none stop, they can never give you an appointment. The service staff are horrible, they need to be experience in conflict resolution.

This place continues to amaze. COVID processes are good and I felt safe being there. Use video and text to explain what my CX3 needed during my visit. Respectful of my time. Thank you Achilles MAZDA team.

First time car owner here and just want to take the time to say that the service provided here in this dealership is outstanding! Walter Kononeko from the service/parts department has just been amazing over the course of the 2 visits i've had in the past few weeks! Great attitude, very polite and always goes above and beyond for his customers. I'd definitely recommend!!

Took my 2018 cx-5 in for service and 2 days later the engine blows. Repeatedly they refused to provide the diagnostic report, which they have to provide by law. They claim the engine issue is due to a defective part. I'm very sceptical and would not return to Ajax Mazda for service if they were the last shop left on earth.
Always been fine and friendly - darcyw
Service at Autohouse Mazda (Sarnia) has been easy and the show room staff are helpful. I actually use them more for parts for my restoration and they've been great to deal with.

I have owned 3 different Mazdas and they were all purchased at Bank Street Mazda.
The service department at this dealership is excellent bar none. The Service Manager - John Dustan - always makes it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied. The Service Advisors I've dealt with over the years have extensive knowledge and experience with Mazda products. Marcel Faucher, Brian Joiner, Christopher Nolan and Robb listen to the customers' concerns and issues. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else. It's very reassuring to know that the Service Department at Bank Street Mazda competently and effectively completes any repairs or work orders on my vehicles. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
Won back a customer! - Returning Mazda Customer
A few years ago we moved from Waterloo, ON where we had excellent service on our two cars, a Mazda 6 and a 3. Unfortunately after our move we had some back experiences with the service at Bay Mazda and had focussed our buying power elsewhere, but recently due to a safety recall and five years passing we tried dealing with them again and recieved fantastic treatment. The service manager, Mike, went far out of his way (literally) to regain our confidence. Looks like our next car will be bought at Bay Mazda!!

Very friendly staff. Was always asked about having something done to my car. I never felt pressured to have work performed I didn’t want.
Regarding recalls - the service department at Burlington - bournem362
Regarding recalls - the service department at Burlington Mazda does not consult with the customer about recalls - they just do them and you find out on your invoice that they have been done - free, but that's not the issue. They checked for a power steering sensor failure [ my steering was fine at the time] but my warranty was up and my power steering failed a couple years later - there is no time limit on recalls - and I was told that they already checked my power steering sensor and have done their job regarding the recall. The problem was that because they didn't consult with me, I was on the hook for a $700.00 bill to replace the sensor. They are simply concerned with clearing the recalls regardless of the impact on customers.

Bad and very rude service and inept repairs. Not good. I had to have my car fixed twice for the same problem and I still did not work. I then had to go a third party to have it fixed as a plethora of problems continue to plague the car.
