Huh, well, I bought my first mazda (protege) here, less than 40,000kms, eng light kept coming on, they couldn't fix it - ever, told me it was a glitch.
Hesitantly bought my third mazda (6) here, from Ryan, the spare key didn't pop open but was assured it would work if I changed the spring. Locked keys in car, spare didn't fit, they didn't/wouldn't replace it. Always check your spare at point of sale!
I went back shortly after purchase because the power windows were acting up, I was told it was my fault bc dust or ashes from smoking got down there ...???
I went to my garage for brakes and was told cross member was terrible and to not drive my car. Called Burlington, yes there is a recall and it would cost me $200 plus tax for nuts and bolts that they may break or lose .... Called Mountain Mazda, they did it at no cost to me, AND told me/completed a passenger air bag recall as well.
A few other issues but .... why bother, just avoid at all costs!
Burlington Mazda is (one of) the biggest rip off, scamming dealers around!!
Corporate should audit and investigate their dealerships regularly!!

Pay attention to the 1 star reviews on this site!!! AVOID this dealership and specifically Tim Chan. He's a hustler and takes advantage of senior citizens or anyone without solid car knowledge. Hey, we all know sales guys like to upsell, but he makes false claims and fakes a smile while he uses aggressive sales tactics telling you that you NEED this service. My mother bought a car just under 2 years ago. It only has 11,000 km on it because she is retired and doesn't drive very far or often. Every single time she brings the car in for tire change or oil there is an upsell. So this last time I told her to refuse anything they say and to send me the invoice. She went in for an oil change and that turned into a $360 Maintenance check AND IT EVEN SAYS ON THE INVOICE FOR A 48,000KM SERVICE PACKAGE. She has 11,000km on the car!!!!! This is robbery. She already knew he would call her with "what he found" and I said say no to all of it. AND like clockwork he called trying to add another $500+ - THIS WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND HE TRIED TO TURN IT INTO $1000. He claimed she needed a new air filter, new wipers front and back --> sorry but do you build cars to break down in under 2 years? And where is any kind of warranty on simple maintenance checks on a brand new car bought in full from the dealer? NOW the cherry on top was telling her the rotors were rusted to 40% and needed replacing. 40%??????!!!!! WHAT DO YOU REPLACE THAT ISN'T EVEN HALF WAY THROUGH ITS LIFE SPAN? CROOK. He's a hustler, he's a fake with a smile and this dealership should be avoided at all costs!!!!!!!
AND to add to his shady character...when she refused the extra service at noon that day...he waited up to 5 hours to call her about her car being ready.....for an oil change.....Buddy I hope Karma haunts you when you get older and someone treats you without any dignity or respect.
Please hear my warning and stay away if you want honest work or even remotely affordable service.

Took my 2018 cx-5 in for service and 2 days later the engine blows. Repeatedly they refused to provide the diagnostic report, which they have to provide by law. They claim the engine issue is due to a defective part. I'm very sceptical and would not return to Ajax Mazda for service if they were the last shop left on earth.

Love the new cars design and interior , would buy a Mazda but not after this first service visit, I wouldn’t ever come back or even considering buying a Mazda due to their unprofessional treatment with my car.
Had a tire leak, called in to book an appointment. After nearly 2.5hrs, they said the repaired is done. Got back my car, found my floor mat was very dirty, covered with dirt and oil, also the door and panel of the driver side was dirty and could of been scratched up due to their carelessness dirty boot and footing when entering the car. My rim was also damaged, found an inch long chip damaged to the wheel rim finished coating also the replacement valve stem didn’t fit nicely like the other wheels, the part was not the matching part. When I checked the tire pressure it was 42 psi should of be 32psi.
My over all first experiences warned me to not trust this unprofessional dealership service department and hence I may never buy a Mazda ever.

The service department at this dealership is excellent bar none. The Service Manager - John Dustan - always makes it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied. The Service Advisors I've dealt with over the years have extensive knowledge and experience with Mazda products. Marcel Faucher, Brian Joiner, Christopher Nolan and Robb listen to the customers' concerns and issues. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else. It's very reassuring to know that the Service Department at Bank Street Mazda competently and effectively completes any repairs or work orders on my vehicles. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

A few years ago we moved from Waterloo, ON where we had excellent service on our two cars, a Mazda 6 and a 3. Unfortunately after our move we had some back experiences with the service at Bay Mazda and had focussed our buying power elsewhere, but recently due to a safety recall and five years passing we tried dealing with them again and recieved fantastic treatment. The service manager, Mike, went far out of his way (literally) to regain our confidence. Looks like our next car will be bought at Bay Mazda!!
