Very friendly staff. Was always asked about having something done to my car. I never felt pressured to have work performed I didn’t want.

White oaks auto repair is unlike any repair shop. They treat you extremely fair and honest. They look to help in all possible ways and they always treat you with respect.
Tim and the team at white oaks auto all feel the same way, strong nature , honest and all around feel good humans. Which in any industry these days is hard to find let alone the car world. 2020 has been hard and to be met with the level of kindness and decency that I’ve received at this shop is just just a reminder that amazing people still work in business around me.
I’ve received help on multiple occasions now and always absolutely pristine work completed.
I honestly couldn’t recommend more!
Service - Gen
The employee at the service center were very friendly and welcoming. The service was well done and in time. I had a good quality loaner car.

My Experience at Guelph City Mazda - Joe Blow
I have been to the dealership only once, to have service on the car and to have the summer tires installed. Service was efficient and not time-consuming.
This experience, plus the initial ones of selecting a car and buying, was very good.
great dealership. - bob
great place to have your Mazda serviced, great staff, and good price, will return. shopped around Ottawa for prices on a part needed, and they beet it by a mile, saved me more than $300.00, so if your looking for a great Mazda dealership give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Have been a client for many years and have been looked after in sales and service. Always in a timely manner and for emergent issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Love the staff and my CX5!
Impeccable service! - Fil
I had a nightmare of a situation with my 2014 Mazda 3 that was handled by Jon in service. From the first minute i dropped off the car, to the day i picked it up, Jon was keeping me up-to-date. He went over and beyond my expectations!!! I can't believe how professional and thorough he was! It's times like this that make me feel like dealerships are the way to go for service!
Overall great experience with Pfaff Mazda - Janicebalch
After a disappointing experience at another dealership I happened to be on east side of city when I had a concern regarding my brakes. I stopped in and was impressed with the care my 07 mazda3 . I have never looked back. In the recent years it was Kim and Chris that helped me navigate my aging car. Last summer it was time to replace the car and this is when I met Ian. Such a patient man. I wasn't entirely sure of what I wanted. After a few test drives and consideration I graduated up to the CX-5. I LOVE my car. I can not say enough about the team, from service to sales and reception. A genuine caring group of people
Always been fine and friendly - darcyw
Service at Autohouse Mazda (Sarnia) has been easy and the show room staff are helpful. I actually use them more for parts for my restoration and they've been great to deal with.
The service was fine. - Simpquelph
They did try to make the customer aware of the car problems right away. The overall experience was fine. It was like most service areas.

Love the service department. In 7 years always had good, fast, trustworthy service. Never felt uncomfortable or like they were unnecessarily up selling. Recommend them for sure
Customer Service falls far short of expectations - The 6
Upon picking up my vehicle after waiting 4 weeks on a safety recall repair, I was shocked to see a fresh ding and scratches on the front fender, dirty work boot prints on the seat, and a check engine light o that wasn't on before. Service counter staff deferred my concerns to the service manager. Email to the service manager went ignored and unanswered.
Good service and good maintenance on the car. Always... - Mazdaowner4
Good service and good maintenance on the car. Always happy to get my car repaired here. I bought my car here nearly 4 years ago and there hasn’t been to many difficulties with it. I will visit this dealership again.

I have owned 3 different Mazdas and they were all purchased at Bank Street Mazda.
The service department at this dealership is excellent bar none. The Service Manager - John Dustan - always makes it a point to make sure the customer is satisfied. The Service Advisors I've dealt with over the years have extensive knowledge and experience with Mazda products. Marcel Faucher, Brian Joiner, Christopher Nolan and Robb listen to the customers' concerns and issues. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else. It's very reassuring to know that the Service Department at Bank Street Mazda competently and effectively completes any repairs or work orders on my vehicles. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
Service - LP206
We purchased my 2016.5 CX5 from Mazda of Toronto but get it serviced at Prima. The Service team is pushy and always trying to upsell. The service Tech said I needed new brake pads, took my keys and did the brakes elsewhere. When I came back the guy said we should check the brakes as my car hadn't done is "24,000 km inspection, Told him the brakes were fine they were just done. He seemed surprised even though when I was told to replace the brake pads the first time, he was the one who suggested it. Since then on my service report, they have yet to do a courtesy check on my brakes. Haven't dealt with their sales team but Service is pushy and annoying. The only reason we continue to service my CX5 here is for location.
Sometimes great, sometimes not - FowlerFan
I bought the car at this dealership and get it serviced there still. In general, their sales department is like a frat house - lots of guys hanging around, joking and messing (luckily I got the one mature sales guy). Their service department is much better. On the whole, they've been great. Once or twice the sales desk person looked at something and 'turned me away'. There was nothing they could do (such as tire wear), and there was no point in bringing it in. I find their service isn't fast, and it does seem like they have trouble with their scheduling. I've had an oil change take upto 90 minutes ...
The worst possible service mechanics that you can refer... - Ra
The worst possible service mechanics that you can refer to in Toronto. Gave me a long list ($2675) to get rid of a noise! none of the list items were the source of noise. Here is the list they recommended:
- RR Coil Spring Broken. Recommend replace as a pair (290 single) (600 pair)
- Rear shocks. One rusty one sweating. Recommend replace as a pair (460)
- Right front ball joint has lay. recommend replace as a pair. (L+R control arms 800)
- Recommend alignment after suspension work (135)
- Power steering lines leaking. Recommend flush and replace (365)
- Oil change (70)
- Transmission fluid flush (245)
After checking Dear YOUTUBE, I learned that the the source of such noises is the sway bar (bought it from Canadian Tire for $56). I replaced the rear sway bar by myself and the noise is gone!
Please if you do not want to waste your money, and if you do not want to get upset with their customer service, never go to this dealer.
Incompetent service staff - Dean888
I had my vehicle in for a regularly scheduled oil change and service on a Thursday. The woman at the service desk ran me through what was done saying all fluid levels, engine checks and inspections were all good. 5 km down the road the check engine light comes on. I book a new appointment with them for the following monday for 11 am. I arrive, explain how the light came on after just leaving the previous appointment. She says no problem well have them look at it right away. 2 hrs roll by sitting in the waiting room. I check with the desk on the status of the car, the guy behind the desk says it hasn't even been brought into the garage yet. And I've been sitting here for 2 hours! They're explanation was that the service team goes on lunch at noon. And my appointment was for 11 so i don't know how that logic works. So now I'm waiting here for even longer... going to have to pay 110$ just to check this engine light not counting any possible repairs... never coming back to this place again. They're clueless and great at wasting everyones time.

I think I never did get a proper oil change!
Took my vehicle here as part of their maintenance program so that someday I may get some free brake pads. After about 6 oil changes I went to the in town “Oil Changers” and they were amazed at the dark colour of my oil. However what was more shocking was the air cleaner that had about 2 years of debris formed in it. Like other reviews have said, they are friendly till you sign.
Worse customer service - Roy
This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership
Horrible Experience at RICHMONDHILL MAZDA DEALERSHIP.... - Jay jay
Horrible Experience at RICHMONDHILL MAZDA DEALERSHIP.
Terrible service. Shop Forman was not friendly and argued loudly in front of other people at the front desk over a brake job they did a while ago that didn’t go very well!
Service manager won’t take your call. I called 3 or 4 times, every time the receptionist said he’s not there or he just stepped out.
I took my car To another dealer and my issue was solved right away.
I would stay away from RICHMONDHILL MAZDA.
Terrible - NA207
I can’t attest to the quality of service of the front of the dealership, but the service part is absolutely terrible, and it has only become worse over the years. The man at the desk was rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for an oil change and had to ask for the shuttle service, as it wasn’t even offered. When the car was ready I was told that the shuttle driver wouldn’t be able to pick me up because he was 40 minutes away and so I had to walk to the dealership. Luckily I was walking distance away at that moment, but if I was not and had an appointment afterwards, their lack of professionalism would have been very inconvenient. But perhaps the worst part of their service is that this oil change cost me more than the previous appointment, in which I got the oil changed, a lot more systems checked, and the wipers changed. This experience was truly disappointing, I would not recommend getting your car serviced at this mazda.
Do not go here for routine maintenance! And if you do,... - SamS
Do not go here for routine maintenance! And if you do, keep meticulous records about what you are told. I had to pay out of pocket for a new battery that should have been covered under warranty. Staff told me it wasn't covered. As well, when I tried to ask about this problem and get reimbursement the Service manager was rude and didn't believe me. Terrible service and staff that lie to you to get an extra $200 from you.

I met Lorenz Campos while shopping to replace my 10 yr old vehicle. He put me behind the wheel of a like-new pre owned vehicle, and I’m very satisfied with our transaction. No pressure, attentive, efficient and friendly. I’ve been dealing with Gyro sales and service for a decade and will continue our valued relationship.
I have had a fairly good experience with regular oil... - andreychenko.sergey
I have had a fairly good experience with regular oil change service at this place etc. Until I was advised to change the spark plugs (I'm not sure this should have been done, but I have a lot of milage, ok if so). This is official mazda, so I thought it's trusted place to pay more and get the service done properly. The problems started after, I've got check engine on the same day after a short run (there were never any problems before from the time while i'm using this vehicle, either with engine or electronics), brought the car back, the error was fixed. The problem was low vacuum in intake tube, seemed not a big deal, fixed for free. Got the check again after driving of 30 km. Came back to service, the problem turned out to be with resistance of solenoid 60 ohms instead of 30, has to be replaced. That got me another 410$ (diagnostic+labor+part). The thing is the check engine came out immediately after changing the spark plugs, there were no problems with the electronics before that, most likely, when the terminal was dropped from the battery, it was struck by current somewhere or whatever happened, but just the fact, I have a used Mazda 6 2010 and it makes no sense to do a service of oil change with the replacement of spark plugs for a total of $ 1000
