Always a pleasure.. - KDeCesaris
Whenever I go into this dealership I have always been given a warm welcome. I feel at home when everyone knows you by name and do not forget who you are. Everything is always explained very well and prices are always competitive. When trouble shooting, they never give up and say sorry I don't know, lets keep an eye on it. They continue to search out the problem and fix it. Thank you for all your hard work and perseverance when working on my car.
Service assustance - Darlyne
A very special thank you to the service department at Airport Mazda. On November 2nd, I was driving from Tweed (north of Belleville) to Toronto. When I came off the highway, I heard a sound coming from the right rear of the car. I contacted Mike, the service manager at Bay Mazda where I always take my car to be serviced. He suggested that I try to get into a dealer to see what the problem was as I was concerned about the safety of the car driving back to Tweed . I gave Mike my location and he suggested I try Airport Mazda which I immediately did. The service agent told me to bring the car in so they could have a look. They discovered the problem, fixed it and I was on my way........wonderful service and so helpful. They even gave me the number for the part so,I could take it back to Bay Mazda to get it installed...they did not have the part in stock. I was very pleased with the professional service I received on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. Thank you, service department at Airport Mazda!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE - Benznomore

great place to have your Mazda serviced, great staff, and good price, will return. shopped around Ottawa for prices on a part needed, and they beet it by a mile, saved me more than $300.00, so if your looking for a great Mazda dealership give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
Perfect servive center - keyvan8189
I bought my Mazda cx-5 from this dealership 3 years ago and I always have my regular maintenance services done at the Mazda of Toronto service centre only. Because of highly professional service advisor " VAHID " and the professional service staff . I had a problem with my steering wheel and I took my car there , "Jerry " my mechanic explained everything to me and fixed it immediately .I have been to this dealership service centre for 3 years and I highly recommend this place .
Mercedes Benz Service - Albert8500

Terrific - jeff
Went to White Oaks Collision on the advice of a work colleague. They understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. Nice, clean facilities with an exceptional staff. Thomas deserves a raise.
Always great and helpful service - Abbas Fazil
This location has served me effectively for 7 years. Loaners are always arranged when needed. Ride to-and-from my home is always arranged when needed.
Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe
Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.
Over the top - Anthony S.
Achilles mazda’s handling and care for my car is second to none. I have purchased many cars in my life, but every time I visit for anything, the care I feel is over the top compared to any other car dealership.
They are the real deal.
Service - Gen
The employee at the service center were very friendly and welcoming. The service was well done and in time. I had a good quality loaner car.
Excellent Service - Bruno
I had my vehicle in for service and found the service technicians to be extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They explained what work was required and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. My overall experience was extremely positive.
Fair and fast service - Mazda 3
My last few visits I can see the difference, improved service with new management and team specially shuttle service is way better now.on the top complimentary car wash is the bonus.
My Experience at Guelph City Mazda - Joe Blow
I have been to the dealership only once, to have service on the car and to have the summer tires installed. Service was efficient and not time-consuming.
This experience, plus the initial ones of selecting a car and buying, was very good.
Terrible - NA207
I can’t attest to the quality of service of the front of the dealership, but the service part is absolutely terrible, and it has only become worse over the years. The man at the desk was rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for an oil change and had to ask for the shuttle service, as it wasn’t even offered. When the car was ready I was told that the shuttle driver wouldn’t be able to pick me up because he was 40 minutes away and so I had to walk to the dealership. Luckily I was walking distance away at that moment, but if I was not and had an appointment afterwards, their lack of professionalism would have been very inconvenient. But perhaps the worst part of their service is that this oil change cost me more than the previous appointment, in which I got the oil changed, a lot more systems checked, and the wipers changed. This experience was truly disappointing, I would not recommend getting your car serviced at this mazda.
Good friendly prompt service. - Wheelsjock
I recently had my 2014 Mazda 6 at the dealership for brake servicing and installation of my pre mounted snow tires. The work commenced at the agreed appointment time and was completed in a timely manner. As usual the staff was courteous and friendly. I would like to make one suggestion. Placing the removed dirty tires in plastic bags as is done by other service shops before placing them in the customers vehicle would be a nice touch and maintain the cleanliness of the their vehicle.
Customer Service falls far short of expectations - The 6
Upon picking up my vehicle after waiting 4 weeks on a safety recall repair, I was shocked to see a fresh ding and scratches on the front fender, dirty work boot prints on the seat, and a check engine light o that wasn't on before. Service counter staff deferred my concerns to the service manager. Email to the service manager went ignored and unanswered.
Couldn't find a needle in a hay stack - Speed3life
I brought my 2015 3 in for an intermittent issue with cruise control, would not always activate/deactivate and regularly had to spam buttons to function. After a day at the garage I was told there is no issue with the car and to stop bothering them with it. Performance Mazda in Orleans was able to pinpoint the issue to a bad circuit board and replaced within 30 minutes of receiving the car and gave it a wash after!
Absolutely horrible service from the service department. - Samantha
I purchased my car in 2016, I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3GX. The sales representative explained the extended warranty which he called it “ bumper to bumper”. Friday March 8th my car had an issue, when I put the car in reverse from Park it made a very serious “ clunk “ noise and was having issues shifting at Normal operating speed. I called right away to have my car in for service. My appointment was scheduled in for Monday, which upon arriving I was then told that I would be responsible for a 130$ charge. This is unacceptable! When I purchased my vehicle, I purchased the 2,000$ “ bumper to bumper” warranty which I was told I could bring it in anytime with no charge for a “ diagnostic “. The service advisor said that I would only be charged if the issue was not under warranty, which it should have been. My car had a transmission slip which caused my car to go into a fail safe mode, which took the mechanic all of 4 steps ( fairly simple) to clear the code to return back to its normal function. They were expecting me to pay the full 130$ for a 4 step process which takes little to no time at all. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic does these procedures all of the time. The only reason I spent the extra 2,000 was to reassure myself that I would have little repair cost until August of 2020, not including regular maintenance that I follow very strictly. Since my boyfriend is a mechanic an oil change is VERY simple, but I continued to pay the ridiculous amount for Mazda to conduct the service so that my warranty was valid. Well, what a huge scam! These past three years I could have saved hundreds of dollars by 1. Not purchasing the warranty 2. Conducting maintenance services on my own.
After a talk with the service manager, he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault as I did not conduct a transmission service that was apparently refused by me. I have never been spoken to about a transmission service only a break service and I just regularly schedule my oil changes and follow the booklet I was given. He then told me “ since I come in for regular maintenance he will do me the courtesy of taking care of half the bill. I ended up paying $60 for the service, which I was less than impressed with but I was not given a choice.
Upon picking up my vehicle, they had parked it in the back where the employees park. There were multiple open spaces where the service pick up for cars is out front. They did not even mention to where I could locate my car when I came to pick it up. Obviously upset at this point, I go to get into my vehicle and IT WAS NOT EVEN LOCKED! This infuriates me as I trusted the dealership with my vehicle to be protected. Finally, upon leaving my car had used 2 ticks of gas in the possession of the mechanics, which is ridiculous because my car is very good on gasoline and must have been driven a fair amount to have gone through that much gas. The car only made the sound while in park, no driving needed. The car was disgusting, mud, dirt all over the doors and sides of my vehicle and that was NOT the condition of my car when I dropped it off early in the morning.
Needles to say, this experience was disgusting and I refuse to deal with that dealership any longer. My family has always been pro Mazda, but I will not be in the market for another Mazda when I purchase my next vehicle. An absolute disappointment and waste of money
Fast and excellent workmanship and service! - Elantra Lady
My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday! They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!
Fast, efficient and fair - defearz
It was our first time at New Roads Mazda for service. We were greeted by Emily who was just a pleasure to deal with, we were booked for an oil change but we also noticed a strange sound coming from our front end the day we drove to the dealership.
The repair needed few hours to repair, the team was kind enough to get a car to drive. We were unable to return the same day to pick up our car but the team at NewRoads Mazda never made any fuss about our late return. Instead when we did pick up our car the next day it was also cleaned and vacuumed.
Thank you New Roads Mazda team, we are grateful and we look forward to coming back.
Waste of my time and money - Disappointed
Service manager is arrogant and disrespectful. There is no care for the customer or effort to do a good job. Took my car in to get wheel bearings replaced. They broke and dented others parts which caused the car to drive poorly and steering wheel to shake. When we called them out in it, they could not have cared less. Don't take your car here to get fixed. Don't buy a car here. Go anywhere else.
Amazing - Daniela
First time buying a car and all I can say is that it was an amazing experience, especially with Kevin and Ziad. They are very knowledgeable. Made me feel that I wasn’t just a sale. I highly recommend Gyro Mazda!
Awesome Service - Ashna
Brought my car in for the yearly service and a gentleman named Chris helped me. This was my first time coming here for service since I received poor service at another Mazda dealership. Chris was so detailed with me when explaining the service. He told me it would take a few hours and he would call to update me with my service. There was a recommendation but he was honest and told me I could wait until the next service.
Super impressed with the staff there. Definitely recommend others to go there for servicing.
Disappointed/cheated/disgusted - Rose&Arthur
We r long-standing customers for service & have given every opportunity for the service area to improve. Recently the last few instances are totally unacceptable for us. Every time we have something done small parts aren’t replaced back onto the vehicle or the electronics aren’t reset! We spend time complaining to the service desk and ask to talk to the service manager who is never available! Our time is as valuable as anyone elses. The quality control is sorely lacking here. The service guys don’t care about the Customer-only how many vehicles they can do in a day.
Why treat customers like dirt???? We are still waiting on some parts. It’s been over 2 weeks now. For any future purchases of vehicles will be done elsewhere
Worst experience ever - Racheykins
Do not go here. The price I was quoted in writing got jacked up by 500 bucks who else can pull this crap ?
They didn’t even fix my bumper or install properly after waiting 4 days .. for an hours work ... really ??
Service - LP206
We purchased my 2016.5 CX5 from Mazda of Toronto but get it serviced at Prima. The Service team is pushy and always trying to upsell. The service Tech said I needed new brake pads, took my keys and did the brakes elsewhere. When I came back the guy said we should check the brakes as my car hadn't done is "24,000 km inspection, Told him the brakes were fine they were just done. He seemed surprised even though when I was told to replace the brake pads the first time, he was the one who suggested it. Since then on my service report, they have yet to do a courtesy check on my brakes. Haven't dealt with their sales team but Service is pushy and annoying. The only reason we continue to service my CX5 here is for location.
excellent service - ammar
very excellent service and customer care.
starting with Steve ( the service manager ), who has a very open mind and heart to listen to your problems, help with it and at the end solve it completely.
to Ron, which is a very helpful, professional, lot of experience, and fast responding guy.
I want to mention as well Dennis which is a very nice and very helpful, with nice big smile.
I would recommend this service for your Mazda.
Not Disabikity Friendly - Rrrggghhhttt
I came here by recommendation, and will never pass on that recommendation.
This company does not accommodate those with disabilities specifically the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. All communication must be face to face for me to read lips. Every staff member I encountered (even after explaining my disability) neglected my request to meet my needs of accommodations to my permanent, life long disability.
How do you expect me to trust you, your “professional” advice, as well as your service if you are unable to give me the BASIC accommodation a person of my disability needs?
Very Unhappy with purchased extended warrenty. - JH
I purchased a new Mazda3 from Llalo and paid $$$ for a full extended warrantee.
I always had scheduled service done by them. The car is still under warranty and the factory Installed Infotainment Centre failed. They repaired it by upgrading the software and CHARGED ME!!!!!
What good is an extended warranty? The staff at LLalo is always pleasant, but be careful.
Sorry to say I'm shopping for a new car and Mazda is off my list.
