I will never buy a vehicle from new roads ever. The sales rep we had was incredible.(Eddie Giancola). The problem we had, is that you have to pay more when you pay cash! Went for my oil change recently. I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life I am a Platinum Club member which is service that was paid for at time of purchase to of my vehicle. It entitled you to free oil changes for life of the car. On my last visit there was a note that read "This will be last free oil change. All regular factory service must be done at NRM to keep platinum card valid" I own 2 Mazda's and purchased the platinum club card on both vehicles. I do not think it is right to cancel card for not having service done at their dealership. Will not be returning again. More
