I left my Mazda 3 with the service dept. as the engine check light came on, with no other issues. I was told that I required a new Engine Control Temperature sensor and that the cost would as the engine check light came on, with no other issues. I was told that I required a new Engine Control Temperature sensor and that the cost would be $450 plus tax! Seemed high for a sensor so I checked with my husband. The sensor could be purchased for $35 and was reasonably easy to replace. I cancelled the service stating the quote wasn't reasonable. They still charged me $146 for the diagnosis, a full hour labor for a 5 minute reading. After I picked up my car my husband checked the coolant level and it was very low so we topped it up and the engine light came off. I was quoted $450 +tax for a $20 fix. The service department cannot be trusted or don't have a clue what they are doing. Don't waste your time and money going here, they will rip you off. More

I wasn't expecting to purchase a car so suddenly but I fell in love with the CX-30 and the dealership happened to have a slightly used CX-30. I have never driven a Mazda before and was quite pleased with fell in love with the CX-30 and the dealership happened to have a slightly used CX-30. I have never driven a Mazda before and was quite pleased with how comfortable this car was to drive. Dimitri was great and he didn't mind me taking the CX-30 out for a couple of test drives, even as the day was coming to a close. Dimitri and his team were lovely to deal with. I felt no pressure to buy and when I decided to make the purchase, which was fairly quick, it was smooth transition. Marion (finance department) was very knowledgeable and was excellent in answering any questions. The day of the pick up Dimitri took his time in helping me familiarize myself with my new car. He even laughed at my jokes. I would recommend Kingston Mazda to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dimitri and Marion!
