just now NEW Ordered a Mazda3 October 23rd, 2023 with a trade and cash deposit. This dealer insisted that they have to do credit approval even thought they don’t have the car in stock and weren’t sure abou trade and cash deposit. This dealer insisted that they have to do credit approval even thought they don’t have the car in stock and weren’t sure about the car arrival date. They assured me car will be arriving within 120 days and my loan approval valid for 120 days they don’t have to approve again when I come to pickup the car. November 15th car arrived. My trade weren’t applied towards the purchase. They re-evaluated my trade offered almost $5k less than what was promised on October 23rd. I was assured again new application will not impact my credit since they are simply adjusting my previous loan application. Took delivery of the car despite I was offered less than what was promised for my trade, went home, next day I was alerted on my app second credit inquiry. Contacted the dealer several times asking to remove one of the inquiry from my credit bureau no response what’s so ever. This dealer Just like every other car dealers in Ontario, deceiving, not honest, out there to scam people. Please stay away! More
