I brought my three-year-old car to Markham Mazda for an EVAP system diagnostic. While my sales experience was great, the service center, managed by Harry Cheung, is a different story. He is the reason why people refer to dealerships as stealerships. They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes; instead of a simple apology for the damage, they attempted to gaslight me. To make matters worse, new check engine codes appeared immediately after their 'master technician' finished the diagnostic. Avoid this service department—they lack integrity and transparency. More

Good and efficient service. Had an issue a week after they did a routine inspection and they waived the inspection charge upon request which shows they are reasonable.
