Great experience with this dealership. They have great personnel in all aspects of their business dedicated to overall customer satisfaction. I dealt with Charlie Bartolo. He was just as attentive and personable as he was when I first bought a vehicle off him in 1986, 38 years later I bought another one off him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but Donovan the parts manager was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any Ford dealership or better yet in retail PERIOD. For starters he sold me a BROKEN part but no big deal, things happen I understand that. The part was a shock and a bracket. When I installed the bracket on the truck I discovered the shock was broken and called first thing to let him know. He said, and I quote “No problem at all. We’ll order you a new shock, just bring the broken one and your invoice back tomorrow”. I said wow, wonderful. Quick, easy, done, right? I arrived today promptly with the broken shock and my invoice. I spoke with a parts advisor who went to go get Donovan. Donovan then came out to the desk, did not greet me what so ever, couldn’t even crack a smile, looking annoyed he had to deal with a customer, and the first thing to leave his mouth in the most miserable and confrontational tone said “WELL WHERE IS YOUR BOX”. I said “my apologies, it’s in the garbage. I didn't bring it because on the phone you told me I didn’t need it. The bracket is very difficult to get on/off and I was happy when you told me I didn’t need to bring anything but the broken shock. Therefore I left the bracket on, threw the box out and brought what you requested”. He then as rudely as possible responded with “NO I DID NOT AND IM NOT DOING A THING WITHOUT THE BOX” and then, actually just turned around and walked away from me just like that. I was left standing there in complete shock. If the box and bracket were infact needed, I WOULD HAVE brought it. I never refused to bring it. But he specifically on the phone it’s “no problem and “not to worry”. Another reason why I’m shocked, is because funny enough, at THREE!!! OTHER different Ford dealers I do business with; when I have received defective parts from them, in each situation the parts advisor would ask for JUST the individual defective part + invoice, and would swap it promptly with the new part without any sort of issue at ALL so why this was all of a sudden an issue, even after I asked what was needed, and why he spoke to me like I was garbage, is beyond me. Because of the very long distance I had to drive to get to this dealer and to not waste my time, I had to pay for the part in full, AGAIN. For the SECOND time. I am actually and genuinely appalled at the way he treated me, his complete and utter lack of customer service skills, and complete unwillingness to even ATTEMPT to ASSIST me. He needs training in customer service skills. I absolutely refuse to do anything that has to do with this dealership ever again for solely his poor attitude and complete and utter lack of care for customers. If this is how a parts manager treats customers I can only imagine what other staff get away with and I am not finding out. Clearly I should have consulted with the other negative reviews which have many examples of customers being treated poorly or scammed. I urge everyone else to do your business at any other Ford dealership unless you enjoy being treated like garbage or want a headache.

We purchased a used Dodge Promaster from this dealership in early April for business use. Shortly after leaving the lot we learned that the vehicle had been in an accident that resulted in extensive roof damage with a poorly done repair using household paint, styrofoam, and bondo tape. We requested a refund for the vehicle or a swap for an equivalent vehicle, including the additional expenses for installing a ladder rack. 6 weeks later, while driving, the brakes on the truck failed completely, we are unable to press the brakes and had to use the emergency brake to stop it. The brakes were allegedly inspected during the safety but the sales rep and manager have so far failed to show us proof of a safety inspection as required by law in Ontario. The sales rep Sam Thapa and manager Vineet have ignored all of our requests. We now have an open OMVIC claim as dealers are required to provide clients with proof of a safety inspection and disclose all past accidents. Stay away from this sleazy dealership unless you too would like an unsafe, damaged vehicle.

I had very bad experience with Yonge Steeles ford Lincoln. I bought the Ford Lightning from them in August 2023. Since then the Ford lightning has a problem with it's Frunk and some OTA Software update services (letter 23B70 from Ford company) in Nov 2023 I try to call and setup service appointment with Yonge Steeles ford' service department but its so hard to get though their system and unfriendly services call center. I complaint to my Sales Rep (Mr. Aravind) and got the name of Service person, Mr. Tony Soprano, he said he will call me back to schedule the service but he never call back, I try to call him a few more time and give up. Finally I have to call and get the service with Yorkdale Ford Lincoln, all my truck problems were solved smoothly within a week. even though I didn't buy the truck from them.

Wanted to sell my vehicle which I no longer use so I went to several dealerships to get a price. I have a Honda Civic. Went to 2 Honda dealership to get a cash offer because friends told me I would probably get the most from Honda. My friends were wrong. Both Honda dealerships were awful in terms of customer service. Although Ford did not offer me the most for my car, Nick the sales manager, was extremely polite and professional. I didn't end up going to Ford to sell my car but because of how impressed I was with my interaction with Nick, my next vehicle will either be a Ford or Toyota. Dependability of a car is very important (that goes without saying) but customer service is a very close second. In my book both Ford and Toyota (Ken Shaw) impressed me and for that I will keep both in mind in the future. Honda and Mazda not so much.

I had a 10am appointment scheduled for service on my truck this morning. I showed up and gave the service person my keys and took a seat in the waiting area. At 10:10am I noticed a person drive my vehicle into the service bay. At 10:55am (45 mins later) I noticed my truck coming out of the garage as the service had been completed. I waited 10mins, until 11:05am, and went to the service desk and asked to pay so I could return to work. The service person said he hadn’t gotten the paperwork yet and to continue to wait. Paperwork?!! It was an oil, lube and filter, which can’t be a lot of “paperwork”. So I waited and waited and waited. At 11:35, FORTY MINUTES after the service was completed the guy says I can pay now and leave. This is hands down the most abysmal customer service I have ever seen. It takes 45mins to service my vehicle and then another 40mins to pay!! Who runs a business like this? I will NEVER return to Hanna Ford. Who makes someone wait 40mins to pay in the middle of a work day?

Brian Henry does not keep his word on promised items. Does not answer texts and hangs up on you when called. All ok when buying vehicle after papers signed, no help to keep his word. First I brought a 2022 Hybrid Escape because of knock in engine, traded and lost money for Escape Titanium with the promise to provide cargo cover. Almost 9 months now still waiting. Always making excuses eg; on vacation, virus, no part, ordered, parts department will call me, nothing pans out and still no part. Refuses to return calls or text and hangs up when he realizes who is calling. Dealership seems great but salesman Brian Henry is not to be trusted to keep his word .

We can not fo it .Teresa ( finance manegar) very rude and screwed up my file and treated us with racial discrimination. Very disappointed Wasted 3 months No approach from their team and no apology I got the approval from different location within a weak .just because of our rase they did not served us properly. We went to this dealer to take a test drive and being pleased with this vehicle we purchased it. Our salesman Randy was very nice easy to talk to. The vehicle had a very little chip on the front window and they replaced it. Being close to the Christmas holidays Randy told us that with having to do a hundred something point check we would have to wait till Thursday of next week to have all the work done but that night called us to come get our car. The reason I believe was Randy was trying to get us into the car before Christmas good for him. The only thing I didn't like was the detailing of the car was not close to what I would have expected.

This is not a 5 star service. I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service has gone downhill. I had a scheduled works package on my Lincoln. Could not take my car in so my 19 year daughter took it in. She waited 3 hours and was asked to authorize $$$ of unnecessary repairs like $$ cabin air filters and servicing wheel hubs. Any experienced manager would realize she is not the vehicle owner. Not an honest establishment anymore. Take your care elsewhere.

Trying to charge us for work that was under warranty. The manager was the biggest dick in the work and has no idea how to take care of people just like the people in the parts department.
