Phil! Oh Phil, what a guy. I needed an alignment on my old Toyota and ended up having a few other things go wrong, like my carb going out of whack, and my clutch master cylinder dying when they went to move it in for the alignment. Phil was very gracious in communicating and they allowed me to leave my truck in the parking lot while I ordered in a new master cylinder. They even let me work on the truck in the parking lot. Im a cheepskate and do as much work on my own vehicles as I can, but an alignment was beyond my expertise and equipment. Upon inspecting the front end, it was determined that the truck needed much more attention than just the basic alignment. Again, Phil was very gracious and easy going in communicating with me, and I new they weren't going to rip me off. I had expressed my budgetary concerns initially and throughout the entire process Phil was aware and respectful of where I was coming from financially. In the end they did a phenomenal job. The tech had on old similar Toyota himself and was very familiar with my truck. Who would have thought! All in all, I was very pleased with how Phil and the team walked with me through such a hilarious journey to get an alignment done. Thanks Ford. Also, give Phil a raise and a promotion. You'll want to keep him around a long time!

The staff at Grande Prairie Hyundai are wonderful to deal with. Brad our salesman was great as he answered all of my questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found someone that did and would get back to me. Brittany the sales manager was awesome as she hunted down the model and color I was wanting and delivered it in a very timely manner. Kati the financial manager went through everything and made sure we understand the contract. The parts department Lori and her staff were awesome setting up future appointment and installing my mud flaps. The service department Taylor were great as well very easy to deal with. All in all it was a smooth process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there would highly recommend.

Re problem with Electronic Parking Brake on Outback not releasing and no apparent cause. In relating this tale of woe to Paul McGurran, he was attentive and and said that he would look at my file and get back to me, which true to his word he did. Furthermore, he said that when he had tested out the EPB, it had locked two times out of three and that there were a couple of other issues which he took the time to explain and that he would have his technician on it right away. The following day, my car was ready for pick up...everything that needed fixing or replacing had been done and was covered under the Warranty Enhancement for EPB Assembly by Subaru Canada. So many thanks to Paul for his diligence and to his staff, the best ambassadors any dealership could hope to have.

Terrible!! A few months ago I was compensated with a complementary detail after a huge inconvenience and mishap with freedom fords service department. I decided to get my vehicle detailed, and I received my car back after 5 hours to find what looked like a very poor car wash. I spent 45 minutes of my own time vacuuming my vehicle and cleaning my seats the way it should have been done at the dealership. Im extremely disappointed in freedom Ford for the second time now.
