"Amazing Customer Service in the Service Department"

The Staff in the Service Center has been Amazing to deal with. First thing in the morning, and everyone is in good spirits, the service technician is very knowledgeable, Ashley keeps me updated every time I drop my car off (for tire change, check ups, etc.) I love bringing my car here.

"Transmission issue - i was very stuck."

We have had our Equinox serviced here a few times and each experience has been great. Today was another great experience and our vehicle wasnt even in service. I called Service to get some advice as I was stuck and having major transmission issues; my.vehicle wouldn't go into reverse! I spoke with Shauna who helped as best she could as the Transmission specialist was away. She even offered to come over to my vehicle and help me push it....in the rain! I didnt take her up on the offer but the 15mins she spent on the phone with me exploring options was a breath of fresh air and extremely appreciated. She proactively booked me an appointment knowing that the schedule would fill up fast. We may be in the market for a new(er) vehicle depending on the outcome of the upcoming inspection. Due to Shawna's exemplary service, her dealership will be where we look first.

"Another brand new truck!"

We came in for an oil change on our 2017 vehicle. Harrison greeted us and made small talk about what we were getting an oil change on. We ended up mentioning about maybe wanting to trade up, but yet our truck was still brand new. We ended up sitting with Harrison, and with NO pressure at all, looked into some ideas. We ended up with another brand new 2019 truck! Harrison even hung out with our little man, our 2.5 year old. The entire process was great! We are return customers for a reason!!

"Service shop personal are grade A scam artists"

Took my vehicle into these "professionals" to fix an ongoing drive-ability issue. After charging me thousands, the issue came back the same day I picked it up. Took it back and was told the engine was catastrophic and was basically done......funny they couldn't find that issue the first time? Even funnier.....drove the vehicle another Winter for another 12,000km and other then a slight Engine misfire they couldn't fix, ran fine. Then recently, the icing on the Cake, discussing the issue with a Motorcycle Mechanic I know, suggested doing a compression test and low and behold......3 Cylinders low on compression. These "professionals" couldn't even eliminate the first basics in automotive troubleshooting. Doing more digging, found that this particular engine has had a history of bad head gaskets, and i'm convinced these con artists knew this and just milked me out my hard earned money. STAY AWAY!!!

I'm not convinced you take these incidents seriously - I informed more then a few employees including management of what transpired and nobody seemed too concerned...."Oh - we will have to look into that" is the response I got, never to have anyone get back to me. I think the service writers name was Rob - convincing me they had best Technicians around - what a joke.

"A Comedy of Errors is fixed by Ashley & Co"

I accidentally showed up a day early from St. Albert for repairs. Ashley said she would try her best to fit me in. They managed to start repairs but hit a snag when my (not factory) key stopped working. They sent a driver to St. Albert to pick up our second key and still managed to get everything done before closing. I need my car for work tomorrow so it would have been a logistical nightmare had this not worked out so perfect. I know there was a whole team working behind the scene, so thank you everyone! Thank you so much Sherwood Park Chevy, we will definitely give you rave reviews through word of mouth!

"Poor customer service."

After about 18 months I can finally drive my vehicle at night but no thanks to Sherwood Park Chev. I had my 2017 vehicle in for poor headlights about 10 times and even though the dealership upgraded and rewired the headlights things did not improve and the headlights kept burning out. At one point both headlights were burnt out and I had to wait almost a full week to get my vehicle in. One of my complaints was that the headlights were on all the time even during the day. I was told by the shop foreman that this was normal and was the only way the new system could work. 4 months ago I took my vehicle to a performance shop and they ended up replacing the bulbs, one of which were burnt out that the dealer refused to replace, and re-wiring the system at a cost of about $650.00 to me. They were amazed that the headlights were hooked into the ignition switch instead of the fuse box. Another example of poor Custer service. today I stopped in for an oil change. I got there early but waited in line. Sign and website said open at 8:30. At 8:45 there was 4 vehicles in line but still not open. When one person in line called the dealership They were told service was closed. Could they not put some kind of sign on the door.

"I'm Done with this Dealer!"

Purchased brand new Colorado last year and both times I've been at Service they have tried getting money from me on a Vehicle with Full Warranty.. this last time they succeeded as they would not give my keys back unless I paid for work I didn't even authorize... For $58.00, they have lost my business...I trade in trucks every 2 years and been doing so since 1998. I was treated very Disrespectful by service attendant, 2 girls watching, who work there came over after and apologized as they said there was no need for attendant to behave in that manner! I didn't even get a call or email from dealer manager to address my concerns, that's how much I matter... after buying 2 New Trucks and sending over 4 References who also purchased vehicles, this is the thanks I get. At the end of the day, they didn't Fix Anything, the charge was for having Sevice attendant drive my truck up and down lot with mechanic and visually inspect. *I took truck to another Dealer and they found issue immediately and Fixed under Warranty! I will now deal with another Dealer in the city as I'm aware that I can take my truck to any Chevy Dealer while under Warranty.

The Shuttle drivers have always been great to deal with and are friendly when driving to locations that need to be dropped off at. They have lots of good conversations and when asking where I am going always take my advice as to what way to go since I know where the construction is on way to office.
