They look for sympathy for xxxxxxx at their job. They will tell you what you wanna hear then avoid you. Terrible service department. Seems no one is ever around to answer the phone. Only way you’ll get anywhere with this dealership is to be persistent on getting them todo the right thing. Months later and many trips to this dealership finally have our new truck back. Went multiple times because we were told it was fixed and ready for pickup. We would get there a nothing was addressed and it kept gaining new damages. Never had our time wasted more than with this place. For an example one of the times they sent us with the truck, they said take it home and enjoy it. Meanwhile the drivers seat belt wouldn’t even function properly and was a safety concern. If we didn’t say anything they would have happily let us go with several other damages as well. When they finally acknowledged some of the issues we were told everyone has an off day. I could go on forever about how unprofessional, irresponsible, unreliable, lazy and all around how terrible this dealership is. Was definitely the first and last purchase from this place. I do not recommend this place to others and have heard things after the fact of this dealership’s reputation. Only positive I can say is the sales department did a good job but the service department is a joke at best. More

I had my 2016 Equinox serviced on April 21, 2026 at Sherwood Park Chevrolet and had an excellent service call even though it was expensive. My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position kept me well informed about the status of my car and made sure my vehicle was serviced great and in a very timely manner. Faith was fantastic making sure I had a ride back home after dropping the vehicle off. Thanking her for the great service. In addition to the servicing, when I went in to pick up the car my interactions with the Guest Services Specialist Lynn was great. She quickly got all my paperwork in order along with my keys and sent me on my way and jokingly put the amount I had to pay into great perspective. Great interactions with everyone I came into contact with. Would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Sherwood Park Chevrolet More

I was sold an absolute lemon, then promised the service department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on i department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on it were there when they would have had it. On top of that the day I bought it I had to take it back as the sun roof would not closed. It eats oil like no tomorrow, the passenger side doors both jammed and the dealership reluctantly fixed those. The more people I talk to the more I see what a terrible business this is.they have refused to do anything to help with this fiasco of a vehicle. I've tried and tried to get help from them and they refuse. I have had this vehicle about 9 months. They wouldn't take it back even within the first 2 weeks. They lied about how the financing works and the warranty. Really terrible experience. More

I recently had service done at the dealership. I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. It was a shift to park issue and the diagnosis ended up being clos I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. I will be going elsewhere going forward. More
