Jennifer and Shawna helped address my concerns regarding our truck during the warranty installation of a heated steering wheel. The original work was done well and I was happy with the service. I do have a concern about the truck braking performance that has existed since new. In the end the issue was beyond their control, but they communicated what they could do and shared a GM contact to see if the problem could be resolved. The More

I’m extraordinarily disappointed. After dealing with who was easily the best sales person I have ever dealt with (Wayne) the vehicle that I purchased used, started showing signs of a After dealing with who was easily the best sales person I have ever dealt with (Wayne) the vehicle that I purchased used, started showing signs of a starting issue the day after I purchased it. The vehicle I purchased was a Ford they would still have been under warranty through Ford so it was sent to their dealership in the area to be looked at. The issue came back to be some thing. It was not warranty approved by Ford any longer so the conversation started with a Sherwood Park Chevrolet, in terms of having them deal with the issue. The issue was water leaking through the newly installed windshield into the BCM of the vehicle. GM said they’re willing to have the windshield seal replaced but they’re not willing to cover the damage that the faulty windshield seal created. I’ve asked to have a conversation with the service manager do you understand why that is the decision you come to as I do not agree with it. I was told the service manager would call me on Friday. It did not happen then I wasn’t sure if I would be able to speak with her on Monday and at around noon. I still hadn’t heard anything so I left a message. The voicemail says they will return your call within an hour on business days that also did not occur, I have now been told that I should maybe hear from her on Thursday. This has completely soured my experience dealing with a Sherwood Park Chevrolet as I stated at the beginning the salesman I dealt with was absolutely spectacular, but it appears as though once they have your money, then they will no longer supply anything that would rival quality service. More

I have been taking my 2002 GMS Denali here for service since day one. I have always been treated well and although my vehicle is getting harder to work on the staff continues to do there very best to keep since day one. i shall not be giving anymore of my cash to these people anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and fl anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and flushes and such, they lose interest in helping. Issues get shrugged off and calls not returned. I will only be going back for my oil changes for life that i've already paid for. More
