Altaf was my sales rep and it was his first sale in this role - congrats! I’m happy to be your first client who made a purchase! He went above and beyond to show me the inventory and explain the differences role - congrats! I’m happy to be your first client who made a purchase! He went above and beyond to show me the inventory and explain the differences between the models, and when he was unsure, being a new sales rep at the dealership, he did not hesitate to bring his colleagues for help. Great job and thanks for your help! More

I purchased my last 4 vehicles at Capital in Regina because of the owner Bruce Axelson and the professional care, quality service and kindness that he offered his customers. After moving to Calgary and because of the owner Bruce Axelson and the professional care, quality service and kindness that he offered his customers. After moving to Calgary and finding out that Capital Calgary was owned by him, I knew I was in great hands and could trust this dealership. I have received nothing but the best care here especially from Brian Ellis (service advisor) who always goes above and beyond providing the ultimate in customer service. No matter how busy he is he always takes the time to get back to you and keeps you well informed. He is the most kind , caring professional person, always giving the best service. As I had been ill over the past 10 years and purchasing a new vehicle is not a possibility at this time, I am confident that Brian and Capital will help me keep my car going until I can purchase new once again. Thank you Brian and Capital Chevrolet Calgary for being a dealership I can be confident with. My future vehicle purchase will be from you! More

I’m a long time customer at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. I am a 30+ year customer and these guys keep "Dropping the Ball"...."Poor Quality of repairs and No warranty for their work"!... I took my Cadillac to them for service because my back wheels were squeaki the Ball"...."Poor Quality of repairs and No warranty for their work"!... I took my Cadillac to them for service because my back wheels were squeaking. I was told my car needed a back brake job. I did not ask, but they suggested they could save me money by grinding the edges of my old rotors plus installing new brake pads. They told me this would fix the problem so I agreed. I paid them to do a rear brake job (over $400). A week after I got my car back, the squeaking was back and I also developed a bad vibration in the back of the car when I applied the brakes on the highway. I called them and talked with my service advisor ( Tommy), and he said I would probably need new rotors. I told him I would pay for the cost of the new rotors but the rest of the labor cost of the original brake job should be under warranty. He informed me that none of the previous work they did was under warranty because of the rotor grinding that they recommended, so I would have to pay for another rear brake job( another $400+). I told him I would not pay for the same brake job labor twice! Originally I relied on their advice and knowledge to check my car properly and make the necessary recommendations and repairs. They failed to do this and did not repair it properly. I do not think I should have to pay a mechanic twice because he initially misdiagnosed the problem. So, how does this save me money and how many times do they expect a customer to pay the labor for a rear brake job?...Now, my car feels like I have no back brakes! In the future I will take my car someplace else for repairs and buy my new vehicles elsewhere. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! More
