I purchased my last 4 vehicles at Capital in Regina because of the owner Bruce Axelson and the professional care, quality service and kindness that he offered his customers. I have received nothing but the best care here especially from Brian Ellis (service advisor) who always goes above and beyond providing the ultimate in customer service. No matter how busy he is he always takes the time to get back to you and keeps you well informed. He is the most kind , caring professional person, always giving the best service. As I had been ill over the past 10 years and purchasing a new vehicle is not a possibility at this time, I am confident that Brian and Capital will help me keep my car going until I can purchase new once again. I’m a long time customer at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Since the dealership changed to Capital, the service at this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited more than three hours. Every request for update on time was met with the “ 15 more minutes” lie. I would not mind having to wait a bit longer if the employees simply told the truth. This is the absolute last time I will be dealing with this dealership. When paying they even had the nerve to include an envelope with exclusive offers to buy a new car with rates “ just for you”. Who are they kidding?? More
