Since the dealership changed to Capital, the service at this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited this once great dealership has been horrible. Yesterday I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Told it would be an hour and a half, waited more than three hours. Every request for update on time was met with the “ 15 more minutes” lie. I would not mind having to wait a bit longer if the employees simply told the truth. This is the absolute last time I will be dealing with this dealership. When paying they even had the nerve to include an envelope with exclusive offers to buy a new car with rates “ just for you”. Who are they kidding?? More

Thank you Brian Ellis for the Great service I have been dealing with Brian Ellis since the days of the old dealership and the new one. My son also deals with Brian we have always found Brian to I have been dealing with Brian Ellis since the days of the old dealership and the new one. My son also deals with Brian we have always found Brian to be client first and I can attest the number of extra hours Brian works should also get further recognition. Brian has always followed up with phone calls to let me know what stage either one of my vehicles are at, and also calls to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work Brian does and the Service Technicians. Brian I did and email Bruce however no email at the company. Never the less my sincere thanks for all your hard work and it is also a Pleasure to have known you over the years. TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL, OUTSTANDING SERVICE Shopping for a new vehicle is stressful. There are so many options, so many different dealerships and they all want your business. When I was introduced to Capital in South Calgary it was different. There was no pressure at all. I feel that was because of my salesman Clair. Clair wasn't intimidating in anyway, He actually wanted me to take my time deciding and didn't want me making decisions and choices that I wasn't ready to make. I could tell his concern was genuine for my buying situation. These are feelings that I had never experienced before at a dealership. After my purchase there have been a few times I have dealt with the service department. The same goes for the staff in service. There is respect and compassion for my personal situation. Exceptional Responsive Customer Service I have taken numerous cars to this dealership and the service department (without exception) is outstanding notably Brian Ellis who not only knows my I have taken numerous cars to this dealership and the service department (without exception) is outstanding notably Brian Ellis who not only knows my car likely better than me but he goes out of his way to address my needs in a very efficient, proactive manner. Brian always follows up with me a few days later to see if everything Is OK. Truly a real gentleman and a "gem" to be valued by management and General Motors Limited. I must not forget Peter Mitchell and Jim McSorley, both of whom have helped me in the past on more than one occasion and delivered exceptional service as well.
