I’m a long time customer at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Kym was great to deal with and so was Khloe in for service on my 2013 Sierra Slt. I met with Kym when I decided to upgrade into a 2022 Sierra Denali. Kym was great to deal with and so was Khloe in finance. The overall purchasing experience was super easy with no pressure from either Kym or Khloe. Recommend the dealership highly More

This service wasn't even worth 1 star, but that's the lowest that I can rate, so.. I initially called in and asked about upgrading the software in my radio so that I can gain Apple Carplay & Android A lowest that I can rate, so.. I initially called in and asked about upgrading the software in my radio so that I can gain Apple Carplay & Android Auto functionality. The girl on the phone said that can be done and even better, I wouldn't be charged anything as it's just a software upgrade, so I scheduled a service appointment. When I got there, the person who was checking in my car asked why is was there. I again explained that I wanted my radio upgraded so that I could have the Apple CarPlay functionality added. He booked it in and I sat in the waiting area for 1.5 hours. They called my name, so I went to the Service Desk and was presented with an invoice for more than $200. I was upset as I was told that it would be free, but I paid because I really wanted the upgraded functionality. I went to my car and tested both Bluetooth and USB. but the radio was exactly the same. No new functionality. In fact, it was still connected to my phone via Bluetooth, so obviously no upgrade to the software was done. The invoice stated that they did an update to a newer version on the same infotainment software and that's why they charged me over $200, but updates are available over the air, for no charge. I am obviously VERY angry at them charging me over $200 and gaining NO NEW FUNCTIONALITY and refusing to do anything about it. I just bought this car a few days ago and had intended on using this dealership to do all my maintenance to maintain my third party warranty, but that will obviously no longer happen. If I have my way, I will make sure as many people as possible are warn away from this dealership and I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I was NOT given the service that I paid for. More

Capital worked hard to deliver the car on time, and in the time frame that I had requested. One inconvenience is that the rear axle seal started leaking after bringing the car home with only 94 kms. but the time frame that I had requested.
