They are okay Not much has changed with the new ownership, have some good people working there but some who could care less about you. Dealt with all service advisors in the past as well as what I assume is all of the parts staff at different occasions. Peter and Kirsten go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of, always great dealing with them. Jim is very straightforward and very professional, what you see is what you get with him. Brian in my experience is a bit of a scatterbrain. Seems to have a hard time keeping up with all his work and every time i came to pick up my vehicle if he saw me the first word from his mouth was always "sorry", as there would be something he overlooked, or downright forgot, but that generally led to him giving me some form of discount on the work done. Rick Prince, when needed to resolve an issue came across very condescending and often he would speak so fast that his explanations wouldn't make any sense. Parts seems very understaffed, I could walk up to the counter stand there for 5 minutes and not see a single soul. Large man with brown hair would poke his head around the corner for a second then act like he did not see me. Cannot give him a review as I do not know his name, however often dealt with Layne on the phone, very professional, very helpful and knowledgable, too bad they don't seem to have more like him. Often used to deal with Brian (?) and Jay (?), they were both generally very helpful but I am told neither work there anymore, guess they didn't bother to replace either? Hopefully the dealer reads this and is able to make improvements, don't mean to sound too critical but there should always be room for improvement. More

General Servicing of both vehicles Sierra and Malibu. Excellant service advisor, Brian. Vehicles cheked in on schedule, hilites of what needed to be done, besides the oil change and all were completed in Excellant service advisor, Brian. The coffee maker in the lounge was not working but an employee asked if we wanted coffee and produce cups of same from another machine....that's what I call friendly and considerate service...bravo. More

Check engine indicator “ALARM” no oil pressure!! Saturday January 20th 2018. My wife was driving us back from grocery shopping in a 2009 Avalanche. Not far from home (or the dealership) an audible a Saturday January 20th 2018. My wife was driving us back from grocery shopping in a 2009 Avalanche. Not far from home (or the dealership) an audible alarm and check engine indicator came on. We pulled off the road immediately as I could see that it involved the oil pressure gauge. It was past 5:00 PM on a Saturday and I was not sure if anyone would take my call, however Brian Ellis in service did. I was not ambulatory, due to a recent accident that severed my Achilles tendon, without hesitation Brian sent the courtesy van to take us, my knee wheeler and groceries home. The AMA tow truck got the vehicle to the dealership in record time where Brain took care of everything then texted me that the truck was in and safe. Monday the service team removed and replaced a damaged engine cooler line and because we stopped immediately the service system check revealed that there was no other apparent damage. Therefore minimal costs were incurred. Brian, knowing my restricted situation, arranged for payment by phone, coordinated a drop off with an area shuttle ride to get the Avalanche delivered to our home by Monday afternoon. Brian and his team went beyond any normal customer service. It would have been a very difficult situation for us if not for Brian's extra effort and compassion in looking after us. Kudos, we are truly grateful! More

Why Capital Chevrolet Buick Deserves a Five Star Rating! After viewing a red Buick Encore in the Pre-Owned car area, we approached Brian Ellis. Brian has been our expert Service Advisor for many years and we After viewing a red Buick Encore in the Pre-Owned car area, we approached Brian Ellis. Brian has been our expert Service Advisor for many years and we wished to know if the Encore was a trusted vehicle. Phil Buller showed us a Buick Encore and when we called the next day, we requested to see a similar Encore. On short notice, Phil had both vehicles side by side, for us to view. He was able to listen to our requests and extrapolate that information into the type of vehicle that would fit our needs. We actually bought the vehicle with fewer kilometres, the second vehicle Phil set up for us. Nothing was too much work for Phil. Everything was ready at noon the next day and the instrument panel and inside controls were explained. OnStar and phone pairing were set up. Thanks, Phil! The dealership is friendly; there is a positive atmosphere and the offices are impeccably clean. Phil also followed up with a friendly Email. My husband was leaving the dealership with some needed paperwork and I tried to catch the car but my husband couldn't hear me calling. One of the sales personnel was outside, saw a "damsel in distress" and caught up to the car. Huge thanks to this gentleman! Capital deserves top marks!
