Terrible experience, wife dropped car off tuesday last week(April 9th) . We were Told that it needed a new transmission. Approval needed for warranty work, and we were told it would take 2-3 days to hear week(April 9th) . We were Told that it needed a new transmission. Approval needed for warranty work, and we were told it would take 2-3 days to hear on approval. After that tome period we began calling once that time frame expired. We were Told each time we called "I would check with the tech in the back and call you back" we never got called back and when we called back we were told the same thing over and over again. It is now Friday the 19th. With no answers, no car. The service dept is a joke with 0 accountability, asked to speak with service manager and we get the run around, ask for the general manager and we get the run around. Called and left message for both and no call backs. Do not bring your vehicle here. More

So we purchased a vehicle from them a few years back and there were some issues with the vehicle we wanted our money back but they gave us a 1,000 credit today they wouldn’t honour it. I needed a part claim there were some issues with the vehicle we wanted our money back but they gave us a 1,000 credit today they wouldn’t honour it. I needed a part claiming it was a different owner I tried but they wouldn’t budge. Also I’m a tradesman when I was there I felt they were snobs kind of like high society. They looked at me as if to say what are you doing here. I would not deal with them. I went to another dealership Northside it was a breathe of fresh air. The atmosphere was like night and day I’ve dealt with them before they’re great everyone is a somebody not like West End Mitsubishi. Say away from them from what I’m reading mostly all bad reviews the odd good one More
Really disappointed and upset with this dealership. I have been trying to get in contact with Kathleen (Finance) regarding our contract. I left her voicemail twice and advised the receptionist to let her have been trying to get in contact with Kathleen (Finance) regarding our contract. I left her voicemail twice and advised the receptionist to let her know to call me back. I even visited to find out that she was not in at work that day. It has been 2 weeks and not a word. The problem is that we were offered lifetime oil changes as part of our finance but she never explained that certain "packages" are to be purchased for it to be valid. These packages are very expensive and we were told to pay the difference. (refer to other reviews as they face similar scams) We DO NOT recommend this place as they will try to pressure and up sell packages. We will definitely share our experience and steer people away from this STEALERSHIP! Go to Southside instead. More
xxxx service I came here to get my transmission fixed, they took 4000 of my hard earned dollars and didnt put my skid plate and wheel well plastic back on, then wh I came here to get my transmission fixed, they took 4000 of my hard earned dollars and didnt put my skid plate and wheel well plastic back on, then when I got my car back an engine light came on and my awc is flashing and they are saying I need a new pump when it broke in their hands and they won't do anything. Don't come here unless you like paying money, I will be doing my own work from now on. More

Taking advantage of unsuspecting people I own a 2009 Mitusbishi Lancer which was purchased at West Side Mitusbishi by my daughter new. I subsequently purchased the car from her in 2015. La I own a 2009 Mitusbishi Lancer which was purchased at West Side Mitusbishi by my daughter new. I subsequently purchased the car from her in 2015. Last October I took the car to Mitsubishi to have the sensors reset on the TPMS as it appears only Mitsubishi has the equipment to reset them properly. When the work was completed and I was paying my bill, the service personnel told me that I had 7 light and signal bulbs out on the car that should be replaced and would I like to have that done at the same time. Each bulb was quoted at $5 or less and the total estimated cost was $195.50. I said no I didn't want the work done then and left the dealership. As I suspected, all of the lights/signals were working fine with the exception of the license plate bulb which I was already aware of. Despite this, I decided to give the dealership one more chance. I booked an appointment for this morning for 7:45 am to only have my winter/summer tires switched, rotated, and sensors reset. I was the first person there this morning (arrived early at 7:20 am). When I arrived, I also mentioned to the service personnel about the light bulb "misunderstanding" back in October. He just shrugged his shoulders. Despite booking and arriving early (as I explained to them when booking; to avoid missing work) for a relatively simple appointment, my car was not ready to go until 9:45am, I received no explanation or apology and I was an hour late for work. I am finished with West Side Mitsubishi. I know that some have received good service there but I certainly haven't. The treatment I have received from this dealership is unconscionable. Very disappointing that they take advantage of customers just because the think they can. I will not go back again and I would encourage others, especially women, to be careful. More
Extremely disappointed I went here my my 48000 service and unfortunately I won’t be returning they did the service which included a tire rotation and a oil change which cost I went here my my 48000 service and unfortunately I won’t be returning they did the service which included a tire rotation and a oil change which cost me over 380 dollars then they told me I would need a transmission service as to which I declined as that was going to cost me over 300 dollars, can’t remember the exact amount but I believe it was somewhere between 320-350. Now if I had of went to any other Mitsubishi dealership for that service, the transmission would have been done and most places are charging around 600 for the full service and include the transmission which yes is expensive but works out a xxxx of a lot cheaper than what westside are charging. Now the icing on the cake for me was being hassled by a salesman about selling my car and how he had someone looking to buy the exact same car, he said he could offer me more than what I paid and had the cheek to ask what I paid and what my payments are, but of course I would have to make a decision my the end of the day. I didn’t come here to sell my car I came to get it serviced don’t hassle people that are just waiting. More
