Richard was very kind and easy to talk to about my concerns. He helped my car repairs and maintenance go smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed. Would highly recomm concerns. He helped my car repairs and maintenance go smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed. 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience at Norden Volkswagen If you’re considering buying a vehicle or having one serviced at Norden Volkswagen, do yourself a favour and think twice. My experience Volkswagen If you’re considering buying a vehicle or having one serviced at Norden Volkswagen, do yourself a favour and think twice. My experience with Norden has been extremely frustrating and has left me seriously questioning the accuracy and reliability of the service information associated with my vehicle. I recently brought my 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan to Norden for an oil leak and an oil change. During their inspection, I was told the timing cover/gasket was leaking and that the vehicle also had a damaged CV boot. The major concern is that the vehicle’s Carfax history contained service records indicating that timing cover/gasket work had previously been performed by Norden. I have since been told that the information was manually entered into the Carfax system and that it does not necessarily represent a complete manufacturer service record. That explanation does not make the situation any less concerning. If a dealership is entering service information that makes it appear that significant repairs were completed when they were not, customers have every right to question the accuracy of those records. Then, immediately after picking up my vehicle, I drove approximately 10 minutes before the check-engine light came on, with a P0327 knock sensor code. Norden's position was that this was an unrelated issue. Considering the timing of the failure immediately after the vehicle was in the shop, I believe that deserves a proper explanation rather than simply being dismissed as unrelated. I was also presented with a diagnostic charge that I strongly disagree with and do not believe I should be responsible for paying, given the circumstances. What bothers me most isn't simply that my vehicle has problems. Vehicles break. What matters is how a dealership handles problems when they arise. Between the questionable service-history information, the timing of the check-engine light after service, the diagnostic-fee dispute, and the overall handling of my concerns, my confidence in Norden Volkswagen has been completely destroyed. I am now taking the matter further with the appropriate parties, including AMVIC and Carfax Canada, so the service-history information and circumstances surrounding this vehicle can be properly reviewed. I would not recommend Norden Volkswagen based on my experience. When you're spending your hard-earned money on a vehicle and trusting a dealership to service it properly, you should be able to trust the information you're being given. Unfortunately, I no longer have that confidence in Norden Volkswagen More

Good experience when we purchased our 2025 GLI. UNFORTUNATELY, the after-sales services are not! 1. They forced us to buy their 3rd party extended insurance for “peace of mind” on minor accidental scratches, rock chips, dents etc. A year later, i brought the car in to get a a small scratch and a rock chip fixed but we were told that their insurance provider said NO for the paint touch up. 2. Last march when i brought the car in for its first annual maintenance, we were charged almost $300 even though we have a 3 yr prepaid maintenance plan. A month later they fixed it. SAY NO AS HARD AS YOU CAN IF THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR USELESS 3rd PARTY INSURANCE. ITS A SCAM More

He went the extra mile to find my car in the parking lot and drive it over to the service door for me. The shuttle driver, Leonard, was a good driver and pleasant companion during the drive to my house. I really like the videos from the technicians who worked on my car. I feel more confident on what work was done and what needs to be done next. All in all an excellent service experience. More
