- Kia NOTThe first 'free' service 'Isn't, its a lie. They charged us $110 dollars to replace an AIR FILTER, in other words they just recouped their fee for a service, I could have changed the air filter myself but I didn't get the option. I would never spend ANY money at this Car stealership again, you might have gained $50 but lost a repeat customer, if you think that's good business practice, good luck. Timm Quigg was particularly rude and kept rolling his eyes at me while trying to discuss the issue with him.

I decided to upgrade to a newer vehicle, I started off by emailing some questions I had. Cindy got back to me in a very timely manner and had all my questions answered. When I went into the dealership everything was smooth and no pressure sales. Every person I have dealt with at the dealership has been great and you feel they put the customer first.

- GordI had a rattle in the rear of my Kia Soul. Sales Professional Rick Farris sent up my appointment and when I arrived at Service the Shop Foreman Sean came out and greeted me with a smile and said lets go for a drive. He listened and suggested a couple of things that it could be. He took the vehicle from me and in half an hour returned to tell me he thought it was a shock but it actually was a loose back seat and it was all fixed! Sean had a great attitude and handled the problem very efficiently. I am very impressed with how this was handled! And most importantly there is no more rattle!!!!!

I got a great price and I am so happy with the tires at the end of the day. I bring my Jeep to Starightline Kia instead if a Jeep dealer for the great customer service experience, products and price. - lorvolkI recently upgraded from a 2013 Sportage to a 2017 Sportage. I had a remote starter iPhone app installed. It was the first one that Shawn the technician had installed. I had a couple issues so visited the dealership a couple of times. Advisor Chris Randel was very good. Each time that I was there there was a recall on a couple of things and they were quickly taken care of. They got me put as quickly as possible. I even got a car wash. He is very professional and provides valuable information to what ever parts you are inquiring about. There is no category for the parts department in the dealership review and I wanted to say thank you and hope that Straightline Kia recognizes his hard work. Parts is where all servicing begins.
