At first, there was a little confusion regarding spacers that were needed for the summer tires with rims, but that was sorted out the winter tires came off and the summer tires were installed. I had a very that were needed for the summer tires with rims, but that was sorted out the winter tires came off and the summer tires were installed. I had a very interesting chat with Sonja the shuttle driver, she is definitely the courteous driver and an excellent representative for Wolfe GMC Buick. I was also very impressed with Rosie in the office, she was very helpful and friendly and a super representative for the dealership. Renee the service person has always been and still is a great supporter of the dealership and an outstanding representative of this dealership. More

Staff consistently pleasant & professional; but this last encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! First visit, I was called 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, only to encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! First visit, I was called 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, only to be told....oops they did not even have the parts needed. After continued issues and 3 more visits....Turned out parts they were replacing with were defective. Not dealership's fault, but would have been nice to receive a free Oil Change (or 2) for the inconvenience More

I’ve always had good, quick and efficient service with my vehicles at Wolfe GMC and traveling from Yellowknife for work and being far from home, having to rely on my vehicle makes it a huge deal. I was happy with the service I received and decided to purchase a new vehicle from the same dealership. Millie was very helpful He went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. He has proven to me that he cares and that makes all the difference. Felt like it was the beginning of a good friendship. More

I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and warranty job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge charge with no actual benifits.I’ve used this dealership for quit a while and they only became this pushy for sales when they got bought by Wolfe. I had asked for my parts that they changed to be put in the back of my vehicle to keep for later. They couldn’t even handle those simple instructions cause I had to go back in and get my parts. More
