I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and warranty job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge charge with no actual benifits.I’ve used this dealership for quit a while and they only became this pushy for sales when they got bought by Wolfe. I had asked for my parts that they changed to be put in the back of my vehicle to keep for later. They couldn’t even handle those simple instructions cause I had to go back in and get my parts. More

No masks were worn! I believe that any business should wear masks…I do for your protection and staff should for my protection!
