From the moment the receptionist answered my call things were great. Service department (Andy) great to deal with and his crew were all business. Sales team (Jason and Nairn) not pushy, didn’t pressure a purchase. They came across very proud of the RAM line and were just happy to show me the new features going at my pace when chatting about a purchase- very refreshing in my truck purchasing experience. I’d recommend seeking this dealership out if you like looking for a new vehicle without feeling you need to be on guard!

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

First time ever coming to this dealership was during a work trip from Calgary, where I had just arrived in Grand Prairie when my truck started having major issues.
We managed to limp the truck to the service shop, it was later in the day which didn’t help but when I explained the situation and my return drive back to Calgary the next day they took the time to look at the truck and see how severe the issue was.
Turned out to be an easy fix, only requiring the truck to be in the shop for 1 to 2 hours. They had me back on the road that afternoon and 48 hours later, I have not had a hiccup since.
Unbelievable service, not only in repairing the truck, but understanding the situation and impact of me not being able to have my vehicle what could have been an extremely stressful situation turned into one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Thank you to everyone in the service department for taking the time to help.

I damaged a piece of plastic moulding upon getting in my vehicle Sunday night. I went in to the dealership Monday morning and Roger brought one of the tech's out to look at it right away. Roger ordered the new part, called me Wednesday to say it was in, and then replaced it Thursday morning very quickly without an appointment AND did it under warranty! He made my visit very pleasurable by being so efficient and friendly! I really appreciated the great service today!

As in a previous review at a different dealership, the policy of recommending 5000km intervals on oil changes, even full synthetic oil, continues to benefit the dealership. As it is stated in the manufacturers manual oil changes for vehicles not in heavy service (read police, fire, ambulance, etc.) can be up to 13,000kms. Motor oils are far more advanced and capable than they were back in the day when 5000km changes were required. I had a discussion a few months ago with the manager of this dealership service department voicing my displeasure over this practice and the obvious disregard for the environment as well as the money grab it is. He assured me at that time this was going to be rectified and would no longer occur. So much for that. If this, or any, dealership would take their customers best interest ahead of their own desire for profit I would gladly provide a strongly favorable review. If they would only say something like, "the manual calls for less frequent oil changes given that your vehicle is not in heavy duty service, or would you like to continue with a 5000km change interval?", then the customer can make an informed decision. As it is this dealership's service department continues to hide behind old habits for the purpose of increasing profits at the customer and environments expense.
Understand that I do not hold the individual service technicians accountable for this as undoubtedly this is a management directive.

I needed the transfer case removed and inspected in my 2008 Dodge 2500 4x4, also needed both universal joints changed in rear driveshaft, and both airbags replaced as per factory recall. All the work was completed on schedule, exactly as I requested, and for LESS than the written estimate I was given. An honest shop, with experienced Service Mgr's and technicians. I Highly recommend. The cost to replace a cracked windshield washer fluid reservoir was simply outrageous.. the labour etc was responsible but almost $400.00 for a plastic reservoir simply blew me away. When you consider it was probably made in Mexico or CHINA !! It becomes even more outrageous. Never again !

I just arrived in Calgary from Winnipeg to visit the Grandchildren. Noticed tire going low around Medicine Hat.

Previously, I had enjoyed good service at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 125 Glendeer Circle SE Calgary, Alberta. However today, I had my 2017 Ram Truck in for an oil change and a Peace of Mind inspection. My truck has low mileage on it, only 21000km. The service attendant was going to do routine maintenance work for a 2 year old truck with 35000 to 40,000km on it. Once I realized she was scheduling work beyond the oil & filter change, I directed her to do the oil & filter change along with the Peace of Mind inspection and, I told her, if the inspection showed there were parts in need of maintenance or replacement I would make a follow up appointment and have the work/maintenance completed. Following the service, once I got my work order invoice/bill, I noticed the service attendant had stated on the work order that I had declined to have a bunch of work done. However, the Peace of Mind inspection clearly stated these same parts were in good order, all the same parts on my truck had passed inspection, and no work needed to be done. I went back to the attendant and questioned her. Specifically, I asked if she was going to replace or service parts that, at this stage, and according to their own inspection, did not need service? The conversation did not provide any clarity, and I walked away feeling, if I had not intervened, the dealership would have completed a bunch of work on my truck, at my cost, that did not need doing. I have now lost the trust I had in this dealership!

We had hoped the Service Department could replace the engine and transmission in our Abarth 500c with used units. Shaun Harrison and Keaton Grbavac worked hard to try and resolve the issue but, in the end, could not source a used Abarth engine.
Coincidently, a Jeep Compass fitted with the same brand towing hardware had been taken in trade and was offered at a price that fitted our budget.

Bought a truck from them ... we are on holidays it’s plus 30 and it’s my husband birthday wanted to kept the truck cold so I left the phob in the truck and took the key out locked the doors to find out the key doesn’t go with the truck... lost over 227 in groceries because of there mistake ... their answer was we could have called road side Assiant hard to do when you leave your phones in the truck!! So happy birthday to my husband and I love throwing out 227 worth of food!! Way to go to Edson dodge I’ll be back to fox ALL your xxxx up and then will never set foot in your doors again!!!

Up until a couple years ago the service at this dealership absolutely stunk. They didn’t even have an after hour key drop off (had to leave keys at reception desk)!!!!
Every service trip was actually two trips 1)” yes there’s a problem” and 2) “appointment to FIX the problem “
They NEVER considered inconvenience. Then, a third time because they didn’t have parts and usually a fourth time to fix what they neglected to fix in last appointment.
Jury is still out because any service beats the BS they used to offer.

I want to thank you for the exceptional customer service I received when I brought my truck in to have the AC and tranny looked at.
Because of you and your staff, I was armed with the knowledge about how a leak is verified. I want to tell you that I went to the previous dealership who recharged my AC last year with this knowledge and learned that they never even ran dye through my truck to diagnose the problem. They simply recharged my truck and sent me on my way.
Because of this, they are now covering the cost of the part and replacement. I know that you have ordered the part for the truck already so I wanted to tell you that you can pass it on to the next person waiting in line.
