Chuck, the service adviser and the team had done a excellent job in honoring the manufacture warranty repairs, the job is done right, professional and clean, they taking good care of my transportation while my Jeep was in repair wait on parts. I would definitely be a long-term customer and I would recommended this dealership to family and friends for their repair or maintenance needs.

We were travelling and had car troubles with our Dodge Journey. We googled dealerships near us, and had the fantastic luck of finding this dealer. We didn't have an appointment, but they worked us in, and got us fixed up with a fairly major repair. Service didn't have any loaners left, but Sales jumped in and got us a loaner vehicle so we were not stuck while in Edmonton. The service and staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH at Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Everyone we dealt with was super from the reception people in Service, to the service technicians, to the sales staff - you can't go wrong here!

Service at Varsity has always been great.
Most recently I had a regular service done and some recommendations for more maintenance came out of the check up.
Keith, the service advisor, gave me an estimate for the maintenance required.
When I brought the Ram in for the recommended service the estimate had gone up.
Keith did his best to honor the original quote and I appreciated that very much.
I drove out very satisfied with Varsity. Wish they would have given me a free detail.

I damaged a piece of plastic moulding upon getting in my vehicle Sunday night. I went in to the dealership Monday morning and Roger brought one of the tech's out to look at it right away. Roger ordered the new part, called me Wednesday to say it was in, and then replaced it Thursday morning very quickly without an appointment AND did it under warranty! He made my visit very pleasurable by being so efficient and friendly! I really appreciated the great service today!

I have dealt with Crosstown a few times over quite a few years along with a couple of other Edmonton Chrysler dealerships. It is still the best Chrysler dealership in Edmonton. Dealt with Steve, who has been at Crosstown for years,, in new vehicle sales. He was absolutely EXCELLENT to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and no pushiness or stupid dealer games. I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

Worst experience buying a vehicle. Extreme pressure put on you to make a decision right away, don't tell you what the vehicle is worth you are buying, instead just focusing on what you can afford to pay if you finance. Plus they make you sign bulls**t papers saying "if the numbers are right will you do business today"? Never going back and regret buying from there in the first place. Also I had my vehicle in recently because it wouldn't turn off, and when I got my vehicle back I noticed my oil change sticker was changed without the service being done. So I went back to question them about the situation, and I was told that I was lying and they dont believe it happened. No apology, or any effort to make things better, or resolve the situation. Very unprofessional. Please do not give this place your buisness. One of my biggest regrets in a long time going there. I just hope others dont make the same mistake.

i have a jeep that i bought in the usa, used. i went to find my block heater plug before the cold snap...whoops! didn't have a block heater. Jamie in parts got one coming on a rush, and Jo in service miraculously managed to fit me in with 2 hours notice. Presto! the massive cold front arrived and i had my Jeep ready for it. Consistent great level of service from Jo, and Mike and Jamie in the parts department are two of the best in the business.

I needed the transfer case removed and inspected in my 2008 Dodge 2500 4x4, also needed both universal joints changed in rear driveshaft, and both airbags replaced as per factory recall. All the work was completed on schedule, exactly as I requested, and for LESS than the written estimate I was given. An honest shop, with experienced Service Mgr's and technicians. I Highly recommend. I want to thank you for the exceptional customer service I received when I brought my truck in to have the AC and tranny looked at.
Because of you and your staff, I was armed with the knowledge about how a leak is verified. I want to tell you that I went to the previous dealership who recharged my AC last year with this knowledge and learned that they never even ran dye through my truck to diagnose the problem. They simply recharged my truck and sent me on my way.
Because of this, they are now covering the cost of the part and replacement. I know that you have ordered the part for the truck already so I wanted to tell you that you can pass it on to the next person waiting in line.
