I contacted strathmore dodge about a car listed on their site in July 2021. I went and looked at the car that night. While I was on the phone they said the car had just arrived and hasn't yet been cleaned. Once we got there we were met by Lucas. Lucas was very friendly and gave us the keys for a test drive. We knew the car was a perfect fit but I always take it to my mechanic and get it on the lift. Strathmore Dodge was very accommodating in me taking the car into Calgary for an inspection. Since the car was a farm car there was lots of gravel in the underside shields and pans but minor repairs otherwise. I took the car back and we made a deal to buy, on the condition that the shields and pans would be removed and underside cleaned up. While they were removed i also paid $500 for undercoating. I picked the car up 3 weeks later(due to my scheduling) andwas told the car was taken apart and cleaned. Perfect, I thought. On the way home my girlfriend was following me on the highway and after every bump was being showered by rocks coming from the car. After getting home I put the car on ramps and took one of the underside rock shields off. Lo behold I find gravel, a mouse nest and undercoating that is about 3 inches wide and not under the shield like I asked. Over the next few days I pulled a 5 gallon bucket of gravel from the car. It was very evident that the shields were not removed and the undercoating was not sprayed correctly. I contacted Strathmore Dodge and they gave me the options of either bringing the car back for cleaning(which I had already done) or a refund on the undercoating. I asked for the refund and a cheque arrived the next week. Overall I enjoyed the experience at Strathmore Dodge however it seems there is a information disconnect between the shop and sales staff. I would shop here again

It was an incredible buying experience! I was edgy as most buying experiences I have had are always a constant battle and you have to validate and verify everything. From the moment I arrived they were friendly and upfront. I was very impressed with all the staff and being in the mountains made the experience even better. Honest it was worth the drive with two small children to have an experience and service of that quality. Our sales person was Robert aka Robby he was awesome!

My girlfriend bought a 2010 hyundai sante fe from this dealership and we have had nothing but issues with it. The wiring was wrong and we took it back to get fixed because the battery kept dying and they tried to send us somewhere else because they couldn’t fix it even though it was under warranty they wanted us to pay for it. Now the vehicle does not lock and we have had to change the alternator twice because the dealership put in a faulty one the first time. Battery light flickers on and off among the many other issues including worn out shocks and struts which should have been dealt with before being sold. The people who work there are very rude and just want you to spend all your money for them to not fix any of your vehicles issues.

Bought our first new Jeep Cherokee from Ray. He was great and informative. We had to purchase an upgraded model due to lack of inventory for the options we wanted and it turned out to be a blessing, as the vehicle is more than we hoped for and did not cost much more. The only downside to our experience is we ended up purchasing a demo model with ~5000kms on it and we tried to look at every angle to ensure all was pristine still and the perfect cleaning/buffing job hid a couple scratches on the back bumper from what appears to be luggage bag dragged out of the hatch. That is on us for not being "buyer beware" enough. A great experience all around and recommend Ray!

ATTENTION: Ex Military and Serving Members. I am a 59 year old disabled vet with 29 years service. Please read this. June of 2020 my 82nd year old mother purchased a 2 year old vehicle. My mothers annual income is $23000. I was with her and agreed to subsidize her venture. There were some inclusions in the contract, to include add ons. Paperwork went missing and it took 6 months to resolve the add ons promised. Recently an individual from St Albert Dodge was in contact with my mother to see if she wanted to come in and look at a newer vehicle which has more advanced safety features. My mother when contacted about those safety features certainly felt it was important for the safety of her great great grandchildren. So we went for a ride in the newer vehicle and my mother loved the newer safety features! So during negotiations we conclude my mother cannot afford any more than ?25 every 2 weeks at a promised rate of .49 %. Add ons would include a cash back, floor matts, bug deflector, trailer towing package (max towing) and detailing (standard anyways). So having agreed and felt optimistic about the transaction I went out to start moving items from one vehicle to the other. So I proceeded back to financing where my mother was just told to sign here and there. I looked at what she signed and they added 2.54% as a blended rate and another $19 to her biweekly payments. When I said thats not the agreement I was told “well your mother signed!” That was July 11, 2021. Ok buyer beware, someone will take advantage of the elderly!! Now to today, 3 Aug 2021. I have not been contacted by anyone at St Albert Dodge about the add ons so I so I have made many attempts myself. Apparently the paperwork is lost? He quickly checked out my concerns and found that I actually had no working headlights. I was very thankful. He walked me over to the parts counter and advocated for me to purchase the right bulbs that I needed. The team in Lube worked so well together. Its not often that you recieve top notch customer service these days, but I must say these group of men worked very well as a team. BIG thumbs up!!!
