I can’t say enough good things about staff at Courtesy Chrysler Calgary. Dominic, Liz and Jamie made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left with my car. The atmosphere felt friendly and welcoming. They were professional, knowledgeable, and Dominic asked all the right questions about what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, I was nervous about financing as I haven’t had a car payment in many years but Jamie worked out a price I could manage and Liz put the financing in place. A tail signal light bulb on my truck went. I called two service shops closest to my residence, got outrageous estimates. Next day, I happened to be in Spruce Grove, checked with Parkland Dodge Chrysler Jeep service. The bulb price they quoted was 1/4, and the labor about half of the previous two service shops. The care and courtesy of the staff was absolutely over the top. Thank you wholeheartedly, Scott and Bonnie!

I brought my car in again and was very happy with the service and they honoured the hundred dollar credit.

I was having a problem with the battery in my 22 Jeep Wrangler, booked an appointment and brought it in the next day . When I got there I was told I would have to leave it there all day, I couldn't do that as I had other appointments later that day, I told them I wasn't told I would have to leave it all day and to cancel my appointment and left.
I spoke with Brad McCorry (General Manager) on Monday about what happened, he apologized for what happened and for the miscommunication we had (we emailed a few times), then he ask me to give him a day to figure things out. Brad called me the next day and he arranged for someone to bring me a loaner and pick up my Jeep. They had my Jeep for 2 days, replaced the battery (it was bad, failed their test), did the oil change and tire rotation I ask for and did an inspection and found one of my rear shocks was leaking so they ordered the parts and will call me when they are in. When everything was fixed and my jeep was ready they called me and I was going to pick up my jeep, but the loaner had a dead battery, Richard (service advisor) sent someone with my Jeep and picked up the loaner. Now that's AMAZING customer service.
I've bought two 2022 Jeep Wranglers from them one in the summer of 22, got into an accident in Dec and totalled that jeep, so I bought another one in Dec. St. Albert Dodge was Amazing to deal with each time. I will be buying a 2024 in the spring.

Kristina and Nizar, both with the sales team were truly amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to deal with either of these 2 again. If you are looking for a sales person who is dedicated to their job, does not pressure, is knowledgeable, super friendly, someone who listens, is honest, follows up, understands, shows compassion.... please contact these 2. Their sales manager Devon follows these traits as well and is very easy to talk to. We have dealt with a nearby dodge dealership 20 min to the north east and Sherwood Dodge blows them out of the water hands down. Andrea in finance is amazing and thoroughly explained each and every package making our decision easy and comfortable. I don’t think Sherwood Dodge has a bad apple in the building. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. - dan
I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. After negotiating the price on the phone, I had my mechanic go in and do an inspection. They gave him a mechanical inspection from their mechanics showing everything was checked off as ok. He was told when he wanted to do the test drive he was only allowed to take the van around the block. Their mechanics had cleared all the codes. The van looked ok. I completed the purchase and picked up the van on Saturday. 20 minutes into driving it home it started stalling whenever the van was brought to a stop. I called my mechanic and he said he would come check it on Monday. On inspection Monday the transmission torque converter is failing and it will cost approximately $4000 to repair. When I called the dealership, I was told because my mechanic did the inspection there was nothing they could do. They can cover up an issue, and if you don't discover it, it is your problem.
I am looking to get the van repaired or returned for a refund. When asking the salesman and their internet sales manager for their managers contact information, they won't answer my texts or emails. I have an employee that needs the van out of work because of Capitals lack of action. I have filed a complaint with Amvic but hope you contact me and resolve this fairly. I am sadden that there is a lack of caring. This type of business practice has affected our business and staff.

He was not being pushy, , simply asked a few questions, asked if I knew much about Dodge trucks, if I knew about Big 4 Dealership and yes their promotion.
We chatted and no pressure, but I was intrigued enough to come meet, and simply talk about options and some basic numbers etc. Totally friendly , meet greet etc. My experience led me to pursue more info, crunching numbers, checking out a truck or two, Comparing to my ,at current Ford truck, comparing features etc.
Big 4 being part of WOOD AUTO GROUP, Himanshu was extremely knowledgeable about my current truck and or NEW Ford trucks, yet he sells Dodge. We talked, chatted, had a simple trade in evaluation done and I went home.
Talked to my wife(BOSS) and we decided to peruse this new avenue.
She looked, she saw, obviously we did a deal.
In our minds , got a fair deal…prices on ALL NEW VEHICLES, are crazy outrageous., we arranged pickup , delivery ,prep etc,
No pressure for extra add ons …yes they were mentioned… but no pressure.
This is now my own 6 th truck, I am learning so much but so pleased.
Rambling on , BUT…I am personally saying a huge Thankyou to HIMANSHU TADIPARTY. I would highly recommend him and this dealership for a buying experience…..No I am Not getting paid , or freebies etc for this review. Try them out for yourselves , is all I can say and recommend

Got referred here by a close friend I got a 2017 jeep Cherokee 103000km but was actually miles now it's up to 125021 km which is actually miles I do security and investigation work so wasn't too hard figuring it all out they sold me a 2017 that went for 23 k in Ponoka years back and resold to me 25 k lol in 2023 rolled the odometer back lots of fraud came up as well especially in Alberta and BC she tells me I have two year warranty to boot then I get the card in mail their was no talk of kilometers let alone them being MILES SO THIS jeep is actually 200 kilometers so the warranty ain't even valid stay far away from these crooks well this ain't gonna just go away I assure you that I know how to handle myself very well in law and getting the truth out won't be a problem at all

I was I the market for a truck and when I reached out about buying a truck they jumped into action right away, they showed me some options and I ended up buying a truck sight unseen based on the photos and information they gave me, they even delivered the truck to Edmonton airport for my arrival time, they even carried my bags out to my new truck, the pictures I’ve seen didn’t do this truck justice, after the truck was driven from Calgary to Edmonton I expected it to be dirty and I was fine with that, but when I walked out I was amazed! The truck was all shined up like they washed it in the parking lot, the exterior was spotless and the interior was even better, the use of protective covering in the interior was unreal, I took possession of the truck without hesitation! Who wouldn’t! It was spotless and showed better then the pictures, it drove and handled like a brand new vehicle, they did a follow up call just to ask how I liked the truck to just check in and make sure I was happy, this experience alone will definitely have me buying another vehicle from them, it was by far the easiest dealership to deal with and they will continue to get my business, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler in Calgary because they have an amazing team that goes above and beyond the customers needs!

Bought a brand new vehicle there while in town. From Yellowknife and explained I wanted a warranty that I can use in Yellowknife and will cover oil changes. Made this clear several times. They said to my face yes we will get you that warranty. Went for my first oil change to find out my warranty is only good at Dodge Derrick in Edmonton (1800km away from where I live) , did not cover oil changes, and had vivyl seat protection and my vehicle only has material seats. Very disappointed as I was in town for medical reasons when I purchased this vehicle and won’t ever be in Edmonton when it will need whatever warranty work it covers. Never coming back and highly recommended people out of Edmonton not to purchase a vehicle here.

WARNING!! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Dave Jackson, the used car sales manager and the sales associate Paul Kane will do anything to get a sale including misrepresenting a vehicle and advising the customer that their used vehicles have been properly and fully inspected.
Then what they do to try to cover up their unethical practices is sell you an after-market warranty that is supposed to give you peace of mind for approximately three years; however, once you experience an issue the warranty provider will recommend after market parts that are not suitable for your vehicle, leaving you with the bill.
Then when you go back to Dodge within 90-days of realizing their is a significant problem with the vehicle they sold you under their 90-day warranty guarantee, they will advise you that they will not honour it because you have an extended warranty which is not guaranteed to cover mechanical issues. Then to solve the issue, they will attempt to sell you another used vehicle and will decrease the value of the vehicle you just bought my more than $10,000 so they can make a good profit.
Maybe they aren’t aware that it’s illegal to misrepresent a vehicle’s true condition with the purpose of encouraging a customer’s decision to purchase it.
I will never ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership and advise you to exercise the same caution if you decide to buy from this dealer. #lessonslearnt #eastsidedodgeisunethical #poorcustomerexperience #buyerbeware

Bought Brand new car, after driving 2km we hear like propeller noise
When we visit the dealership we spend 5hours, then send us home. next day no update so we keep calling them, we did not get any info until afternoon.
I asked help to General Manager, nothing happen, he believe everything is taking care of.
They will provide good customer service when you buy, once you sign contract they will not gave you update or assistance. Don't go to to this dealership.

Bought a brand new Jeep in 2018, even bought the “waste of your money ” (extended warranty)! Paid way too much money for it and with two vehicle trade ins at the time. Yes, my fault for signing the paperwork. Now, let’s fast forward to Oct 12 2023. Keep in mind my warranty ran out 4 months ago. I’m driving in to Spruce Grove on 16a highway and was completely traumatized by my panoramic sunroof exploding, with no apparent reason! No other vehicles were even around me at all. Called SPC to ask for advice and told to bring it in and they would take care of it. They took care of absolutely nothing for me. No advice, no coverage under warranty of course and not even offering to give me a quote! Complete waste of my time. I will never walk in that dealership again. Buyers beware. They only care about making money off you. Oh and the staff are not professional at all. One of the salesman came up to me outside and gestured toward the hotel and if I would like to join him!!! Disgusting! I only went there for my services because it was part of my package!! Hard lesson learned on my part. Oh, and I’m still waiting to here back from the General Manager.
