I called Kanata Ford and booked an oil change for the next day at 7:30am . I couldn't make it so I asked my wife to go. Although she didn't want to go on her day off, I told her she would be in and out as it was only an oil change. When she arrived the service advisor told her to sign the invoice for the work. Turns out they added in a tire rotation and a full point inspection $300. My Bronco is brand new and didn't need any of this. They pulled a fast one on her. I have never owned a Ford nor have I ever been to their garage. I had no idea how unethical and sleezy they are at Kanata Ford. I tried to call the GM 'Jeff' but he hides away from any conflict and won't return any calls. I reported this incident to Ford Canada. The service advisor "Antonio" called me the next day and offered me a free oil change on my next visit for the troubles but told me maybe I shouldn't send my wife in anymore if she can't understand the invoices. Near the end of the phone call he said "ok, I have added $100 credit on your account" I asked how much an oil change was and he said $140 + taxes. The math didn't add up but I didn't want to deal with this sleaze ball any longer. I left a negative Google review after the phone call. The next day the same service advisor "Antonio" called me and asked if I left a negative review on Google. I said "Of course, I did. You ripped us off and others should know. He said, "Well, kiss your $100 credit good bye and then hung up on me. I tried calling the GM of Kanata Ford and apparently he does this to everyone. He won't return calls and avoids all negative feedback on his staff. This place is a circus run by the clowns. I will never buy a Ford again and I will do my service at a local run shop.

After stopping by another garage that couldn’t figure out the issue, I went straight to this shop without an appointment — and I’m so glad I did. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived. Stephen, the Assistant Service Manager, was the one I spoke with — he was amazing throughout the whole process. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic, but they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. I was back on the road within just a few hours. Honestly, 5 stars don’t feel like enough for this experience. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Thank you, Stephen and team, for the outstanding service!

Disappointing experience – Lack of professionalism and accountability I purchased a Ford F-150 Lightning from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. From day one, key accessories that were clearly discussed and expected—specifically the Ford Mobile Power Cord and Tesla adapter—were missing at delivery. Despite repeated written confirmations from their sales agent that these items were ordered and would be provided, months have passed with no resolution. Worse, after chasing them for weeks through emails and phone calls, the dealership's executive VP now claims these items were never part of the deal and is only offering to cover half the cost—even though they were acknowledged as missing from the start. This is not how a professional dealership should operate, especially when selling high-end electric vehicles. The lack of clear communication, follow-through, and respect for the customer is deeply disappointing. Be very careful with what is promised to you—get everything in writing and double-check what is included before you sign. I regret trusting their word and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I looked at a 2019 F150 at this dealership. Hamoody, the salesman was great being very engaging and friendly. The first thing I had noticed about the truck was that the tires had very minimal tread. In discussion with Hamoody, he acknowledged the minimal tread and stated that the tires should be replaced to pass safety. I asked what brand of tires they would be replaced with. He said that typically they are replaced with the same brand that are already on the truck. I made the deal to purchase the truck and would be returning to pick it up after it had been detailed and safetied. Four days later when I came back to pick up the truck, the tires had not been replaced. The dealership made the decision that there was enough tread on the tires to pass the safety. If the roads had been snowy or icy that day I would not have taken the truck because I would not have felt safe. The management expressed no concern for my disappointment for the tires not being replaced as previously discussed. The detailing was poorly done. It looked to have been a rush job with some areas missed. I give Hamoody a five star for his service. I give the dealership a one-star. In reflection, I should have gotten it in writing that the tires would be replaced.

The sales man told us last minute when we came to pick up our car that it’s not ready for pickup even though we confirmed 2 hours prior to leaving our house. We live 2 hours away left work early and this caused a lot chaos. Then when the managers came they didn’t promise anything the man said and told the sales man to leave because he told you he would provide a resolution and compensate us. The managers infront of my face told the sales man to leave as he promised us things they could not provide us with. After all this mess they didn’t provide and resolution other than have my car delivered to my house which wasn’t enough for the inconvenience this caused.

Here is one of many examples of what you can expect with Donnelly Ford Lincoln: 5 months ago (February 14th, 2025), I brought in my truck to have pictures taken in order to file a requisition for body work before my Tricor Appearance Protect warranty expired July 11th. Despite leaving many messages for weeks for an update, I did not hear from Donnelly Ford Lincoln until more than 4 months later (June 23rd, 2025), only to be told that I should go to the dealership where I purchased my truck to make the claim. The service advisor and manager at Donnelly Ford Lincoln knew that the claim had been processed months ago but could not be bothered to call me to let me know!! With only a few weeks left before my warranty expired, I had to start the process over again at Donnelly Kia Mitsubishi (brutal dealership as well).

We had nothing but trouble with our 2018 Ford Escape. In March 2025, we paid for an extensive diagnosis and then almost $7000 in repairs. Two months later they said the car needed another $5000 in repairs. We decided instead to trade it in. Luckily the dealership had a Mazda on the lot. The negotiation was questionable at best (they said one thing but at the last minute put in a different number for our trade-in value) but we ultimately traded in ourFord for the Mazda. The final straw was when I went to pick up the Mazda - they charged me over $400 for the diagnosis of the problems with the Ford I was trading in. They needed to diagnose it anyway and so essentially I paid for that. Don't buy a FORD and if you do, don't use this dealership.

Today at 7:00am I dropped my car at Summit Ford for schedule Service, I am doing this for 8 years. I also requested a shuttle pick up at 2:30pm Ryan Knox was the Service Advisor. He did not text or call me all day. (0)communication all day. I called him at 2pm to see if my car was ready and to confirm pick up. he said my car was ready, nd my pick up was schedule on the board, at 3:10pm or 40 minutes later waiting for the unknown I had to find my own ride to the dealership. This is the worse service I experienced in this Dealership in the last 8 years. Never been left out with (0) communication. I did tell Ryan Knox that I was going to leave the feedback he deserved.

BUYER BEWARE...Brought my car in and was quoted nearly $700.00 for tire rod repair.($419.97 for labour!!) Took it to another mechanic was charged $70.00 and was told tire rods were fine, had a loose break pad. Saved myself over $600.00. Rude service, and lost all trust in this "Family run" business. NEVER AGAIN. ( AND was told I could not speak with the mechanic who worked on my car...just the receptionist...unheard of!! )

Very poor customer service ... actually NO customer service or an ounce of respect from Greg Quirk. I felt like I was being "talked down to" instead of "listened to". There is a very long story behind my issue but between a poor service made on my vehicle to trying to get some support back for having to spend over $1600 to repair their mistake, Mr Quirk refused to dee any reasoning and was very abrupt and made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Brian Henry does not keep his word on promised items. Does not answer texts and hangs up on you when called. All ok when buying vehicle after papers signed, no help to keep his word. First I brought a 2022 Hybrid Escape because of knock in engine, traded and lost money for Escape Titanium with the promise to provide cargo cover. Almost 9 months now still waiting. Always making excuses eg; on vacation, virus, no part, ordered, parts department will call me, nothing pans out and still no part. Refuses to return calls or text and hangs up when he realizes who is calling. Dealership seems great but salesman Brian Henry is not to be trusted to keep his word .

Had Been looking for a used truck at a reasonable price and found it at Leslie motors. An hours drive from Guelph but worth a look. 1st time I booked a test drive that the dealership ( I looked at 2 others before coming to Leslie) didn't sell the truck the night before my drive (one was listed on Car gurus for 22 days). The Truck was there and ready for me to test. Rubber was worn but Curt said no problem we will replace with the same tires that originally came with the vehicle. I was impressed. After about a week of driving I noticed a grinding noise when at low rpms. Curt said no problem we'll book it in for a look , Flavia called me the next Day and we booked a day for them to have a look and it was fixed that day with new parts (not just WD40). My son bought his 2022 Ranger from Curt the same week. Overall the experience has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend their way. Dealing with this dealership is so sickening I advise everyone to STAY AWAY from Maitland ford what a disgrace of a service department 3 months fighting to get my 2023 f150 truck fixed i called and booked an appointment 2 weeks till I could get in ok ill wait the day of my appointment it went in for a "drive control fault" and the back passenger running light didn't work they kept it 3 days on day 2 I called and they told me they ordered a sensor and on day 3 at 4p.m I called and they told me they changed the sensor and it didn't fix it so I would have to bring it back or leave it for the weekend but I use my truck for work and I needed it so they told me they would call me when they find a time and date so I called highland ford and booked an appointment so 3 days later my truck went in to highland they called 4 times in 3 hours with everything they found and found the part numbers and mapped out where the problems were and I took it to Maitland because highland dosent deal with Maitland extended warranty with the parts list and where the wires were broken they copied it and the older guy then argued with me about me not giving them enough time lol 3 days wasnt enough so they booked me in again were they said they would fix it so I dropped it for at 7 a.m. and I called at 4 to see how it was coming and they told me "oh ya its been done since noon we only needed pictures" so another day I missed out on money because they had it all day so I got annoyed so they said they would call me when the parts came in a few weeks went by they called me to book it in 2 weeks from then so I dropped it off again 7a.m. and they said it would be done by the end of the day and then they called me at 12 to ask if they can keep it the night were I angrily agreed and then called again at 3 to tell me to come get the truck because they can't get to it that day or the next so I was pissed went in a asked to speak the the service manager where she rudely ignored me and then wouldn't come speak to me so they said they couldn't get me in to fix it for another 10 days so I was even more mad so I sat across and waited for her and watched her keep looking at me and not come talk to me about this clear problem I was having with her service department so now this morning I took it in there were she then was short extremely ignorant with me then laughed at me when I asked her about my bill from having to take it elsewhere and ive called to speak to the manager and still nothing needless to say what a complete BULL CRAP place to deal with and so many ignorant people Maitland ford I will never be back and you people deserve to loss your jobs over the way you treat your customers

We went to this dealer to take a test drive and being pleased with this vehicle we purchased it. Our salesman Randy was very nice easy to talk to. The vehicle had a very little chip on the front window and they replaced it. Being close to the Christmas holidays Randy told us that with having to do a hundred something point check we would have to wait till Thursday of next week to have all the work done but that night called us to come get our car. The reason I believe was Randy was trying to get us into the car before Christmas good for him. The only thing I didn't like was the detailing of the car was not close to what I would have expected.

This is not a 5 star service. I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service has gone downhill. I had a scheduled works package on my Lincoln. Could not take my car in so my 19 year daughter took it in. She waited 3 hours and was asked to authorize $$$ of unnecessary repairs like $$ cabin air filters and servicing wheel hubs. Any experienced manager would realize she is not the vehicle owner. Not an honest establishment anymore. Take your care elsewhere.

The worst Ford dealership in the whole GTA. Service manager is completely incompetent. Technicians greedy, lazy, didn’t fix my car. I had to bring it back 3 times to have a noise in the suspension checked. And they forgot to install a part I had paid for. The sales managers act like your best friends until you buy a car then they ignore you and hide in their offices with the door closed There’s so many Ford dealers around Planet Ford that are so much better. For the time you waste waiting at Planet Ford you could drive somewhere else and save the days of back and forth driving for the same problem you just fixed. It’s worth it to try somewhere else. Planet Ford has has no customer service. Stay away!

I had the worst service experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of driving at this place. Completely disrespected and taken advantage of by the service team here, and when I asked to speak to the service manager, Roger, he was the worst of them all. While trying to diplomatically and calmly explain my problem, he repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me to make excuses and say his piece, never actually letting me plead my case. I’m embarrassed to admit that eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and allowed myself to be dragged down to his level, cutting him off and trying to talk over him, desperate to get a word in. I regret this because I endeavour to treat everyone with respect, regardless of who they are, but this man’s complete lack of respect for me, and condescending attitude were just too much to handle. When I tried to make a comment about my customer service experience he interrupted me again to inform me he had 40 years of experience, and he knows customer service better than I do. Honestly shameful that someone working in this business that long treats paying customers this way. When the dust had settled I actually apologized to him for losing my cool, and calmly asked if he could at least see where I was coming from, and he said “not at all, you make absolutely no sense.” All of this regarding a repair on an issue that has existed since I bought a $110,000 F150 from this very dealership, with all extended service and warranty coverage packages, and they wouldn’t help me at all. My advice is to avoid purchasing bonus coverage on your vehicles if you buy from this dealership, and to go anywhere else for service, because Roger doesn’t care about you, nor does he care about your vehicle, and he isn’t accountable to anyone but himself, as he confidently told me more than once

Now I’m buying my new F150 from Marigold and the sales team has been exceptional so far. I may be trading my infinity for a Lincoln now as well. My impression is that the company culture is far better at Marigold than Fraser.
