The staff here were all friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales person Mak was absolutely lovely and she went above and beyond to make our shopping experience fun. She even included a little surprise birthday present for me. Anyone will be very lucky to work with her! We purchased a 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid and are loving the new car so much, it’s a great drive and really fuel efficient. There was a couple minor scratches on the car during delivery, but they were buffed out promptly and good as new within minutes! The finance manager Tyler and the sales manager Collin were also very informative and welcoming. This dealership truly has a wonderful team!

After researching smaller SUV and CUV vehicles, I had settled on a new Subaru. I keep my vehicles for eight to ten years, and it was time to replace our 2011 Ford Escape. I was immediately surprised by the reception that I received at Newmarket Subaru where I was welcomed warmly and the sales person was genuinely interested in spending time with me. This was totally different than any previous purchase experience! Deborah, our sales rep was pleasant and very knowledgable and that made us very relaxed and confident throughout the purchase process. All of the staff that were involved with our deal were friendly, professional and reassuring and willing to take what ever time required to make sure that all of my questions were answered and we were comfortable with the deal that we were making. They provided a very fair assessment of our trade and I never felt uncomfortable or upset with any part of this process. I would highly recommend that anyone in this geographic area go to New Roads for their vehicle needs.

My daughter took her 2011 Soul in to fix a recall for heated seat belts. After doing the service they told her that her brakes were bad and they WOULD NOT release the car to her until she agreed to having the brake work done. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes. I had to take time out of work to call these xxxxxxxx and demand that they stop the BS and give her the car. They take advantage of young women by trying scaring them into services they don't need. It's totally despicable. Why would you take the wheels of to check brakes for recall on seat belts?
I will never go back to Bessada and I will never buy another Kia.

Recalls and money Grabs - chacarron91
I've had my car for just about 3 years now (2012 optima) and there's already been 3 recalls. I had to get my engine starter replaced and they said they could do it for ~$850. I looked around town and got it down for $350!!! look out and be careful folks. Do some shopping around. If you go in for a recall don't buy anything else unless you need it. What I will say that's good about these guys tho, is that they don't push things in your face to be bought.

Worst customer service from management and the finance Team - Ash Bright
Two leases and two chances for Kia 417 sales and management to make it good but they failed both chances; I am never stepping back into their dealership again neither for a new purchase nor for service on the newly leased vehicle from them.
Confrontational, selfish and inconsiderate staff. Ran into an issue with a leased vehicle from 4 years ago (lease ended this past July). Ran into the issue with them (management and the finance guy) when I handed over the keys of the old leased vehicle and received the keys for a new leased vehicle (the issue about the old leased happened three weeks AFTER I got the new lease, otherwise I would have walked away on them and not leased again from them).
One of the managers was very sharp and articulate in blaming the previous management and sales of Kia 417 from 4 years ago, their fault, their shortfalls he proudly claimed.
Their Finance guy had to call someone at Kia Finance to in the Toronto office to discuss the issue. I am setting with him in his office. He gets so mad and frustrated at the Kia phone routing system that he literally pounds and hammer the phone keys with aggression and mutters curse words - this is while I am with him in his office; he tells me it is the stupid Kia phone system that he gets frustrated with every time. Get help buddy!! You should never be put in front of customers!!
Shame on you Kia 417. Kia would not be happy with you. We love the vehicle and what Kia is bringing to the market.
Save yourself the hassle and the stress of dealing with the Kia 417 staff. There are others in town. And if in doubt at all, check out Kia's sibling Hyundai, great selection there too.

Had to get a car like yesterday as my Passat died on me and I needed to get to work purchased a 2020 kia Rio as price was an issue no one offered my a used car that 2yrs old with all the comfort of my Passat like a SUV SX or EX, it was just new cars that was offered that being said it took a week for the car to show up had to get a rental for the week the management offer a 100$ gas card to compensate (annoyed) picked up the car 1 week later ask at the time of pickup about the bring back policy and was told they had none plus the car would be devalued and all I wanted to know is can I exchange it for something better if need be turns out I not like this car at all...waste of 28k I am stuck paying for some crappy car I don't like. And can't exchange for something I will enjoy driving. Would I recommend maybe not for their products. Too poorly made
Vehicle caught fire on 7th day was Total Loss! - Admirabl
Sold us a vehicle certified with 30 day warranty. ON 7th DAY vehicle caught fire under the hood (Was Total Loss). Dealership was originally apologetic, insisting we tow the vehicle back to them, saying "We will take care of you" 3 days later, Mark Szpara phones and actually CHUCKLED, LAUGHING on the phone saying "Oh it was a fire alright" (How unprofessional in such a dangerous situation that put numerous lives at risk!) He then abruptly says "It's an Insurance Matter" (No more "They'll take care of us" and honor their warranty). We later learned we should have NEVER been told by Brantford Kia to tow the vehicle back to them in the first place (They would have known Fire goes through Insurance)….So Brantford Kia had the Vehicle in their possession for 3 days before Insurance Appraiser went to look at it. Insurance Appraiser could not find cause of fire (How Coincidental since Brantford Kia had it in their possession/access to it all those days!--Covering their Mechanics Negligence!) We Are Lucky To Be Alive!!!
