Bought 2 new cars here but service is terrible. They put a rim 1 inch too small on one tire. I had the right size rim so who knows what they did with that. I found out after a full season the mistake they made and that it was dangerous for me to have been driving like that. I also stored spare rims there for 2 years. They did not charge me because they took up minimal space and I was a regular customer. I forgot to pick them up so I called this year to get them for new snows and they gave them away without even calling me.
The manager blamed me for leaving them there for so long. Next vehicle will be Hyundai or Honda. Terrible attitude here.

I was a woman going to buy a car I felt Adam took huge advantage of me. The first day I went in Adam gave me a quote on a Kia Soul at 300 months for my payment he asked me to put down payment and I told him I had to think about it before I put any money down. I call him back 2 days later and it was his day off the next day was the finance person was off on Friday so he told me to come in on Saturday to make the deal. So when I got there he tried to upsell me for the next model up and told me it would be 15 to 20 dollars more so ok let's go and look at it. So I told them if it was no more than 20 dollars more a month I would go with it. So he went to his boss and then came to tell me the first model the EX I was looking at has gone up to 330 and the other model is 50 more a month. And then I was also looking at Nissan Kicks and he told me the warranty for a Kia was 10000.00 or 5 yrs bumper witch was much better than the Nissan Warranty and that was a lie. And that was why I picked the Kia Soul over the Nissan Kicks because he told me the warranty was much better and that was a lie. He also knew I was desperate to buy a car because I total my car and need one ASAP. So I walked out of the dealership and he could care less if he had my business didn't even try to call me back he just let me walk. So I went Kia Grimby got the deal done and i am paying with the extended warranty 312 for the Kia Soul EX+ the next model up from what Adam try to sell me. So if you want a Kia please go to Grimby Kia the deals are better and they don't lie to you

I watched the sales guy threw the window. A few minutes later a Audi shows up next to my rust bucket. As I figured red carpet service. As I stand there waiting. Oh well Kia Newmarket. Very poor service. I drove about an hour to get to the dealership. Had many emails with the staff before hand confirming the meeting, what I was trading in, and what car I was taking for a test drive. I get there, and the salesman “James”, had nothing ready, didn’t even remember I wanted to trade in my car, and the car I wanted to test drive was on a hoist in the garage (so I couldn’t even test it out), he then proceeds to insult my father, after we expressed that we aren’t just going to buy the car based on how it looks and that we want to test it out. I then grab my keys and tell him I don’t want to do business with him and he talks back the whole time as we walk to the door. On top of it, he lied about the mileage of the car! I was told 65k, when realistically the car read 95k. Unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable, and terrible customer service. Especially from James.

Signed a contract in July to purchase a 2022 KIA Seltos for pay $335 per month. I went with this dealership as they are local and they matched a price from another dealership in the city. Up to this dealings were ok with dealership….Then on day of pick up, which was 5 weeks after the date I was told I would get, they tell me that it will be $347 a month!!! The General Manager, VJ in an arrogant tone, stated they can back out of any contract. No apologies nor any offer to make it right…simply if you want it, pay more or if you don’t, don’t buy the car.
As I had already bought tires, rims and mats, I had no choice but to take it at the higher amount…If not be out $1500.
The actions undertaken by this dealership are unethical and unprofessional. You should stay away from this dealership.
For me, I will no longer set foot in that dealership nor buy another KIA. If KIA allows their dealers to treat people that way, it is not a company that I want to deal with, and not should you!

Avoid both Sales and Service Departments! My husband and I bought a KIA Niro all electric from this dealer ( unfortunately only dealer of KIA electric cars in Ottawa) and we were told by the salesman when we picked up the vehicle that our first warranty service check was at six months. Starting at three months point we were bombarded with calls informing us our car was due for a safety check. At six months my husband took our car in for its routine warranty check. He and the mechanic initially walked around the vehicle and he checked the licence plate. An hour later my husband returned to the service department and was told the service was complete.
At that point he was told because it was an electric car, it needed only to be checked at 12 MONTHS!
Nobody in either Sales or Service are aware of warranty schedules for vehicles they sell! Surely the Service person could have clued in by the green license plate that we had a fully electric vehicle!
This incident only reinforces that all the staff at this dealership are INCOMPETENT.

In the beginning they made my purchase and everything appear smoothly with no hiccups. After everything was said and done, I didn't get the exact features on my SUV that they claimed I would have. They lied to be about my trade in and offered a couple hundred for scrap. Turn around to find out that my so called scrap trade in was sold for $6,000.00. My car was not in new condition and driven already 493km when they said I was getting one with under 11km. I've contacted this representative and told this individual my concerns and was brushed off and told to trade it in. I've questioned can I pay at my own expense for these features to me added so when my child drives I can have a sound mind. Again brushed off and completely ignored.
Don't go to this dealership, they are very talented con artists. Take your business somewhere else unless you want to endure the Rath of these people.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a car from this dealer - I would have gone elsewhere. I purchased a 2018 Sportage and after a few weeks found out that the back routers needed to be replaced. The brakes were making a noise so I took it bake to Plaza and had them look at it - someone was supposed to get back to me the next day to arrange a day to have them replaced and no one EVER called back even though I called the service department several times and left a voice mail for the general manger. I also called Kia Canada and still no one called to resole the issue. I took the SUV to my personal mechanic and had them go over the entire vehicle. Plaza will not ever touch my vehicle again they are dishonest and rude beyond belief.

Bought my car March 1st, 2021, I’ve put 8,000 km on it and it already needs work done. Work that they refuse to cover and want almost $800.00 for. My moms brand new car from there also has had lots of issues. After January her engine on a 3 year old car went on us (from the same dealership). Will never deal with this dealership again.
