I had a 2007 KIA Rio 5 it was great car on 2019 decided to duty an other KIA went there on Jan. 4 to see about an other car . Went in and asked the l need to get a newer car and he said that l was in luck that a nice leased return just came in a few days ago. It was 2016 KIA Rio LX at a reasonable price . I did tell them that l could only afford so much . Took me out to see it looked at it only had 17,879 kls. Excellent the searched and got me a great deal They where so friendly and willing to help . What a guy, it felt like we knew him forever. So warm, personable and welcoming. We felt at ease talking with him as he went over the details of the car. No pressure just a honest conversation. After we settled on a price and what we felt like a good deal we were placed in the very capable hands of Ryan, the Credit Specialist. What a fantastic professional he is. Thank goodness my 200,000 km warranty is finished. Service department has gone through several changes just before new ownership of dealership took effect and afterwords as well. Had to push for any warranty coverage, Evan my" free" oil changes of which I technically paid for when I bought the vehicle were challenged on several occasions . Too little , too late to impress me. - van lover
I bought a used van from this deaer (no ot a Kia) recently. Mainly i blame myself for not taking more time, but the dealership and management really dropped the ball on this whole experience in my opinion. Day 1 was when I wanted to show my wife the van..it was ." In the shop " so sales guy took us to shop 3 doors down, but couldnt have a test drive because they" werent finished". Returned 2 days later to do paperwork and pick up the van. Half a mile down the road the AC quit, on the hottest day of the year! Returned on Monday and it was fixed. There were other things that angered me, like after being given a tradein dollar amount by sales manager, they reduced that amount by 1500 dollars. Granted my old car was no prize, the way they changed the deal without a word was , to me, insulting and disrespectful. Also the person paid to "detail" this vehicle should have been fired.I cleaned about half a pound of sand from rear floormats on the first weekend. Pathetic quality work. Nevertheless I completed the deal, but it has left a bad taste with me and I wont return. Certainly wont hire their shop for anything after seeing the hourly rate for simple things like oil changes. Who pays 115 bucks for a 30 dollar oil change ?!

Contacted this dealership after I established with Kia Canada (after 40 mins. on hold) that there was a warranty Extension on the Airbag fault I had, and got lots of information including an incident # and fault #. When I called, the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive and refused to take any of the information I offered about the fault or my contact with Kia Canada. He just insisted they would have to do a diagnostic first which he told me was for 3 pm Friday. My wife took the car and was told the appointment was for 9 am and when she called me, he argued on the phone with me. Then I spent another half hour with him and his boss going over the problem again and again until they finally agreed to do the work under the warranty extension. This was after the boss refused and told me it would be $700.

Highly recommend this dealership for friendliness and efficiency right to handing over the keys to my lovely red Kia Soul. I dealt with Rocky - their #1 sales superstar and a super nice guy too. He does talk a lot but he's not a BSer which is a delight in the car business. Very helpful and friendly and ALWAYS kept me in the loop as to the status of my car delivery which I really appreciated! Well done Rocky, no wonder you're salesperson of the year!
Recalls and money Grabs - chacarron91
I've had my car for just about 3 years now (2012 optima) and there's already been 3 recalls. I had to get my engine starter replaced and they said they could do it for ~$850. I looked around town and got it down for $350!!! look out and be careful folks. Do some shopping around. If you go in for a recall don't buy anything else unless you need it. What I will say that's good about these guys tho, is that they don't push things in your face to be bought.

I went to this dealership directly simply because of it's proximity to my workplace and things worked out perfectly. Upon arriving I met Jonathon Yuvall (one of the salesman) outside and we instantly started chatting. Told him I was in the market for a Forte and we began discussing options. He was direct, transparent and very friendly. Very glad I had him as my salesman. Long story short, I walked out having purchased a 2019 Forte and was extremely happy with my purchase. Jonathon also followed up with me after a few days to see if I was content with the car. Which I was.
Overall, great service and would recommend Jonathon and Airport Kia anytime!

Brought my older model Kia in for service. The service manager was very nice and informative, fixed the problem on the spot and I left happy. UNTIL the problem came back the following day ($250 later). I brought it in again, and this time they had it for A MONTH. They fixed the problem again (after an additional charge which did not absorb the previous unnecessary work), which was great, but when I picked it up I was given a new problem. My navigation screen was broken, to which they said was just a coincidence. Fair enough. lets fix it. I was quoted $150 by the service manager. Called back 4 times, no call back just to find out he no longer worked there. Then the story changed, it was not there fault it was broken and it would now cost &750 to fix, no compensation. This process took MONTHS of back and forth just to figure out they screwed me over. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.

Vehicle caught fire on 7th day was Total Loss! - Admirabl
Sold us a vehicle certified with 30 day warranty. ON 7th DAY vehicle caught fire under the hood (Was Total Loss). Dealership was originally apologetic, insisting we tow the vehicle back to them, saying "We will take care of you" 3 days later, Mark Szpara phones and actually CHUCKLED, LAUGHING on the phone saying "Oh it was a fire alright" (How unprofessional in such a dangerous situation that put numerous lives at risk!) He then abruptly says "It's an Insurance Matter" (No more "They'll take care of us" and honor their warranty). We later learned we should have NEVER been told by Brantford Kia to tow the vehicle back to them in the first place (They would have known Fire goes through Insurance)….So Brantford Kia had the Vehicle in their possession for 3 days before Insurance Appraiser went to look at it. Insurance Appraiser could not find cause of fire (How Coincidental since Brantford Kia had it in their possession/access to it all those days!--Covering their Mechanics Negligence!) We Are Lucky To Be Alive!!!

They changed the service department staff in March. Tim the service advisor is AWFUL. He has no idea. The rest are trying. But you have to see the Tim guy. Recommend going somewheres else.

Spenser the sale guy was very nice.. I purchased a used kia soul in June as the promotion being a trio to Vegas and $99 down.. it all started with Jessica the financial advisor.. first I couldn't get no information about my intrest rate over the phone so I had to go into the office only to be told that there was an extra insurance package that TD claims I have to purchase which I declined , then after signing the documents I realized I was being charged an extra $4000 for third party add ons which weren't explained as optional. After numerous calls and yelling and another visit to the office I got it cancelled but this is after JESSICA lied to both the manager and myself. August 3 and just getting my vouchers for Vegas which am being told I have to pay the taxes for ..FOSTER KIA PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. Now when ever I go there I don't even get a hello or a smile from the staff (so I only deal with Spencer who was very helpful with everything)so Very unprofessional
