We had a very pleasant experience with Kia of Brampton. This is the third vehicle we have purchased there. The salesman we dealt with, Harshul Khanna was very helpful, and patient with us. He was able to obtain the car we purchased much faster than anticipated, and was willing to spend the time to show us how everything functioned on the car, and told us to not hesitate to contact him if we needed any other questions answered.

I brought my 2010 Kia Soul to Kia Cobourg for a brake inspection. They recommended all new rotors and pads. A week later I noticed a loud noise when going bumps. On the weekend I put car on ramps and noticed that the passenger side caliper had no bolts! This could have caused a serious injury or a fatality. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Total s***t -show! Run, don’t walk away. They don’t do all-in pricing and will add 3 to 4 grand to your invoice for even a base model vehicle. $700 admin fee for doing nothing, $115 for wheel nuts,$1100 for a useless care package, $531 for a useless windshield theft sticker, then they try to add $1500 for a set of winter tires that you can buy local for $875. Try to decline the crap and they will refuse. They never called me back with a trade in price but i can only imagine the lowball on that as well.

Once you decline the warranty package he will start disrespecting you and is very rude and arrogant.

I want to thank Aaron, Rob and Mike from the Service Department for providing me with their insight on the condition of my rotors. I literally walked into the shop in an unscheduled visit at the end of the day and they were most gracious to spend their time with me providing me with an education about the pair of rotors that I brought in with me. This was not a regular service call and Kia did not make any money from my visit. I can tell you though that this is an example of why my wife and I bought our Kia Sorento through Leggat Kia. I would also like to add that Aaron was kind enough to help me back to my car with the rotors (I have a bad back). Aaron shared more of his insight with me about rotor condition and wear with me outside the shop. He is clearly very knowledgeable about automotive aspects and is passionate about his work, a real asset for Kia. Kia is very fortunate to have such dedicated people like Aaron, Rob and Mike working for them.

Worst experience of my life. Bought a new Sportage and it spent the first month in the garage. Check engine light was always on. It took a month to figure this out. They asked me how they fix the problem and I told them to take the vehicle back or give me another one. They said they couldn't do either. So why ask how they could help. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I recently called to purchase an oil filter for for 2021 Kia K5.
Upon speaking to the receptionist she advised parts closes at 5pm.
I spoke to parts and explained I knew they closed at 5pm, but could the filter be left with reception so I can buy it after work as I was working till 5pm.
Upon arriving at the dealership it was apparent they close early on fridays!
This wasn’t explained to me over the phone. The employee in the lot leaving tried calling the manager but wasn’t willing to swing back to help. The employee said he would make arrangements to drop it off at my work as it was close by.
No call, no arrangements.
4 days go by and nothing!
I called and again made the arrangements & upon getting there they still made me pay for the oil filter!
I will never recommend nor use this dealership for anything!

Went to purchase a 2023 Sportage. Benjamin was very attentive and went through the sales process to get to the point of the quote. We understood the there was no negotiating the price, full list,so we just wanted a cash price with all the costs, and let’s order the car. Simple, right ? Wrong. Quote came back with $500 locate fee added, plus a $600 service package. When we questioned this he removed the items, the service pack, he admitted that some of the items in the package were not even offered anymore. Ok, now to the “box” or business office. The business office made a bill of sale with $1500 of added extras that were not even discussed, paint protection and some kind of insurance stickers in case the car got stolen. Thought that was what I have insurance for. We were not encouraged to review the document, just sign it. We did and found that even the name on the contract was not correct. My friend is a woman and the contract had some guys name , address and other information on it, so it was not even legal. Went back the next day to get the $2500. Deposit back, which was one of the smoothest part of the transaction.
Generally, this type of business approach is by design and promoted by the Dealer Principal and or the General Manager of the business.
Judging from our experience and others, this dealership is out of control and needs some new management and a different sales approach in the business office.
It has been 5 days and have not even got a call back, with some explanation from the Sales Manager, as he lost a deal and now has some negative feedback .
My advice, run away from this dealer.
