Took my new 2024 vehicle in for an issue and still have the same issue a month later. They can reproduce issue but can’t seem to fix it. Told would get call back from service within the week. Very disappointing since I bought new 2024 vehicle and further disappointment with lack of customer service from the service department. Wish I never purchased a KIA or had my vehicle serviced by this dealership! More

It took less than 1 hour to get our car back and when we did we were told that since we brought morning. The service we received was very friendly.
