I have leased many cars in my 32 years of driving and when you walk into Kia St. Catharines you are immediately looked after and treated with the utmost respect. I put a deposit down in August 2022 and was told 6-8 months for my Seltos. Sam called me a few weeks ago and said I have a Seltos that was just delivered and when would I like to pick it up. Sam knew that my parents that are 76 years old were having trouble getting in and out of my Forte GT and he acted very quickly and made sure we were looked after. Sam is a caring person. He puts his clients first. My parents and I are thrilled and we are really enjoying are new luxury vehicle. Ernie who is the Financial Manager is organized and professional. He was updating me in the process and immediately contacted my insurance company and made sure my new policy was ready and correct for me. Ernie is very patient and takes the time to review your lease and answer all your questions. Sam and Ernie have followed up since I have picked up my Seltos and made sure that I knew they were there if I needed any assistance with my car.
