second occasionally, no matter if I'm listening to radio or through USB. As well, the camera in the right mirror (surround view) flickers in blue occasionally. Both are intermittent problems that they may not surface when I bring it to the dealer. I find it very troubling that Kia Newmarket would charge the customer for the diagnostics if there's no problem found when the car is still under warranty. I'm not sure if it's just Kia Newmarket or a direction from Kia Canada. This practice would deter customers from bringing problems to the dealer, and may manifest into further bad customer experience when the problem becomes prominent but past the warranty period. This mal-practice need to stop, for the sake of the auto industry as a whole. This is the service side of my experience with this dealer. On the sales side, I also saw other comments about Jesse. And I too have negative experience with him on my inquiries on a new Kia (inaccurate info, try to pressure to commit on the spot, low ball on trade-in, etc.). Not sure if this is reflective on Jesse as an individual, or on Kia Newmarket as a dealer. In any case, Kia produces very good cars compared to the competitions. It's a shame that Kia Canada and their dealers are not taking the good products to their advantage to make it a slam dunk.
