I scheduled my 2025 F-250 6.7L Power Stroke for its second service and advised the service department that the steering wheel has been off-centre since the day I took delivery of the truck. I requested that the issue be inspected and corrected under warranty, as it is clearly not the result of wear and tear, but rather a condition that has existed since new. The most likely causes are an improper factory or dealer alignment, or an alignment shift that occurred during transportation and was never addressed prior to delivery. I was advised that this repair would likely not be covered under warranty. I find this unacceptable. A steering wheel that has been off-centre since day one is not a maintenance issue; it is a delivery issue that should have been corrected long ago. I also inquired about the availability of a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. I was informed that loaner vehicles must be requested in advance. If that is the dealership’s policy, it should be clearly communicated at the time an appointment is booked so customers can make appropriate arrangements. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with my first service visit. I brought the truck in for an oil change, paid nearly $400, and the vehicle was returned to me filthy. It wasn’t even rinsed off before being returned. This is a brand-new F-250 6.7L diesel with a purchase price well in excess of $110,000. I expected a significantly higher standard of customer service and support. Instead, I have been met with resistance regarding a legitimate warranty concern and a level of service that falls well below what should be expected from a Ford dealership. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking that a defect that has existed since delivery be addressed appropriately and that customers be treated with the level of professionalism one would expect when making a purchase of this magnitude.

Worst customer service ever!! while in for a insurance claim, I wanted other things done, a little rust repair willing to pay!! no communication what so ever I asked for other work to be done at my expense, the manager gave me a verbal price in the parking lot, I said great get it done I telephoned the office several times asking for quotes no call backs ! I assumed that he was getting it done. I went to pick it up this morning extremely disappointed I had a rental vehicle for 2 weeks, now I must start all over again and take it to another shop to have this work done. I would not recommend anyone take a vehicle to this shop I should have known better so ignorant and arrogant

My 2023 Ford F150 (best vehicle I’ve owned) was due for a 20k oil change and it became very frustrating attempting to use Ford dealers Fast lube lane. They just don’t do fast lubes anymore or so it seemed…….Until I attended Leggat Discovery Ford, Burlington. After a very brief discussion with Staff & Mgr who understood my concerns “Fast Lube” was honoured and Mgr Rob Leggat even provided an almost new Bronco to do some shopping while the Service was done. Full complements to Rob Leggat and Bailey Binns who were wonderful in providing quality and friendly service. You now have committed customer to LEGGATS. Thank you.

I took it to Brant County Ford and was told the cdf drum was bad, a well known issue with ford. Went back to Woodstock was basically told, because I didn't complain enough I was sol.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. Rude money hungry employees. But once they have your money, it's game over, they won't assist you with anything. Their warranty is a big joke - a scam and nothing more than a money grab. Do NOT buy their warranty. NOTHING is covered. For everything that goes wrong with your vehicle, they will say it's excluded from the warranty. They charge up to $5,000. for a warranty the basically covers nothing. You'll never even spend $5,000. on repairs yourself. What a crock of xxxx that is. I bought a vehicle there 8 months ago. Now, already, it needs alot of work, $5,000. worth. AND NONE OF IT IS COVERED under the warranty. So basically, $5,000. down the drain. I have many other complaints about them, but there's not enough room to type it all in here. Just trust me when I say do not buy from them.

She have the truck for about one hour and she gave the bad news your compressor is toast. My wife drove to pick up the truck and left me in the dealership Anna without a second though put me in one of cars .She said take the car and I will phone you when I am finished with the truck. By husband had his 2007Ford Transat towed to Ridgehill Ford as he was having trouble getting it started. After one week he received a call only to find out that the vehicle required a costly repair ,he was not going to invest any more money on that vehicle ...( rust bucket I called it since it was literally falling apart at the bottom side board like most Ford Transat’s that you see on the road) Anyway my husband asked me to pay the bill which I did last Friday. We called Saturday morning to ask if we could get access to the keys so we could have it towed out. I spoke with a nice gentleman I believe his name is Matt, asked him if it was possible to get the vehicle out , he explained that he did not have access to the service department but would see if he could locate the keys... (yes keys since we were asked to drop off the two set of keys just in case they needed to reprogram ???) Matt called me back and was sorry but he could not locate the keys. I thanked him and said that I would contact the service department on Monday. Monday morning I called and spoke to Kelly ,I explained to her that I was arranging for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle on the afternoon, no problem she said. Around 4:00 p.m. I get a call from the tow truck driver , he has been waiting for over 20 minutes but Ridgehill Ford could not locate the keys or the van Right after that I called Ridgehill Ford to find out what was going on I was asked are you sure it was not picked up... what I said !!! NO it was not picked up I made arrangements to have it picked up this afternoon!! We cannot locate the keys or van was Kelly’s response. At his point not that the vehicle is worth much however how can someone lose or misplace a vehicle is beyond me !! Anyway tow truck driver had tonleave as he had another call. Shortly after Kelly called to say that keys were found someone had moved the vehicle over the weekend and had not returned the keys back o the folder. Why I am writing such a long boring review you may ask ? Service at Ridgehill Ford was not the best waited for a week to get a diagnostic test. Keys and vehicle misplaced how do you explain that ! Rust and repairs to that vehicle has taken a hit on our pocket book . No we will never buy a Ford AGAIN

I Booked a service appointment well in advance for transmission issues and specifically requested a transmission fluid inspection. Dropped the vehicle off at 7am on the day of the appointment and then waited several days with no work being done, only to be told the vehicle had not yet been looked at due to technician availability. After continued lack of communication, I went to the dealership in person and was told the vehicle had already been assessed. I later confirmed via dash cam footage that this was not true and that the vehicle was only inspected after I arrived. I waited at the dealership for 4,5 hours for basic diagnostics to be completed. Despite the delays, inaccurate information, and the requested work not being completed, I was still charged the full amount for basic diagnostics. Extremely poor communication and service execution. I will not be returning for service or future vehicle purchases.

We bought a Truck off them 10 months ago. We bought a extended warranty thank God. About 5 months ago we were towing a empty trailer, and wrench sign would come on. Told them, they said its nothing. Odd time you feel a thump. We concerned re; transmission. Left us without anything to drive for 5 days, they still weren't sure.. So they checked codes, no tranny. Drivers side cylinder head replaced, 3 weeks shop. $10.000. Next 1 month passes banging worse, Had screaming match with service manager, very rude, Took us in office on his computer he had Ford bulletin about 10R80 Transmissions. We just got finished now with $8.000 rebuild. We said all along it was Transmission. And I positive they knew. I won,t trust sales people that sold truck to us and lied about engine in it. Or service people. We had truck back about 3 weeks and its do same thing . They said not Transmission even though they left a major transmission valve body off, and used old one. So they replaced 3 coils and said it was misfiring.. Another $1,000. Don,t get screwed but these people, With all their smiles and help you out. Because when comes down and you are pointing stuff that's not right or just plain xxxxxxxx, They all get rude, and attack and bully you. Beware.
