I cannot attest to the sales department, but do not bring your car in to get serviced here! I brought my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation (which I had an appointment for). I was told on the phone beforehand that it should take 45mins to 1hr. After 2.5 hours of waiting in the lounge, I was given my truck back. However, when I got into my truck, it had a 10 inch long crack in the windshield that wasn't there prior. The man behind the service desk told me it must have been there before. I even spoke with the owner and his answer was a sarcastic, "So, what do you want, a new car?" I just wanted the damage done by them to be corrected. When I asked to write a formal complaint he told me there is nothing to write. I have since contacted Ford's complaint center and filed a complaint. I will now have to pay for the repair out of my own pocket (not much, but the principal of it bothers me). Overall, a terrible experience.
