It might seem like a simple thing, but the dealership manager, Don the mechanic and client service rep Raylee, went to great lengths to bring in necessary software/hardware to cut and code a 2nd key for our 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid after my wife had her purse stolen. There was no extra charge for their effort.
As well, our 96 Mustang GT had to be have the same, and as it was an older model, they had to do the research to make it happen. With a little back and forth, they got the job done, at no extra cost to us.
Very impressed with their customer service.
