This review is intended to make future buyers aware of what the owners who probably can't even read are doing to people. So why am I writing this? This is so that the interested buyers move on and hopefully find a REPUTABLE dealership. I leased a brand-new Lincoln Aviator or supposedly new. I loved this car though after 3 weeks the entire electrical system went crazy, and you know the old saying "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" well I called, and they brought my car in for service, and it was in service for twice as long as I had it. When I received it back nothing was repaired, when I asked for a new car, this car is a lemon he said "no" I brought the vehicle in again for approx. another month when, I received it back nothing was fixed though it had even more problems. I asked again please give me a safe and drivable vehicle he said "no" I then spoke to another Lincoln dealership explaining my hardships with this owner and he said, "we will buy my vehicle out and put you into this brand new Aviator" and when I approached the owner of Twin Hills with this solution he said "no". In the first year with this vehicle, it was at the dealership for over 4 1/2 months trying to be repaired in that time I received the vehicle back worse condition than when I brought it in, every time something else was not functioning. Oh, hearers the funny part the dealership now has position of the vehicle and is now trying to sell it Here is a description of this safety hazard on 4 wheels -2021 Lincoln Aviator Reserve Vin # 5LM5J7XC5MGL04541 it is a hazard I had it in storage for 7 months I couldn't risk my families and the public's safety The OWNER and upper management which is the SHADY FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I could go on and discuss the paperwork that was misrepresented the illegal financing and the service recordings I am shocked they are not in jail More

I was shocked, surprised and astonished at absurdity at this Ford dealer. I went to test drive the 2022 Mach-E to verify a few issues I had with the Tesla. I sit down with the "salesman, more like an order taker", and I am asked how much I will put down, do I have a trade in, etc(He is already writing up a sales contract). When I told him I am not ordering anything right now he says ok, and hold on a minute. He comes back and he tells me his sales manager says I can take out the car, but I can only take it around the parking lot(not on the road) because it is a very expensive car and not just anyone can take it for a test drive. Guess I should have read the reviews prior to going here. I would rate my experience as”0” stars but you have to give at least one. I came in for a Ford issued recall. After almost 3 hrs of waiting all they did was inspect it. No actual work was performed. I had asked them to see if the speed limiter in the vehicle could be removed( former Comercial passenger van) since I was the slowest vehicle on the 401. I was told they charge $115.81 plus tax, to check. No problem. Then I was told it can be done... but they won’t do it due to liability. Again no problem. What I found absolutely ridiculous was, if it’s a safety issue and you know that you can’t do it. Why change me for an hour of diagnostics to begin with. Guess they’re really hurting and need my hard earned money more that I do. I tried to speak to Mike the manager but he was too busy apparently. Not sure why there wasn’t anyone else in the dealership. Lesson learned for me. Believe the reviews and if possible go elsewhere. Be well in these difficult times. More
