I brought my car in for repair at this dealership to fix a ticking noise which was quite noticeable. I was told it would take a week to get the parts for the repair, so I asked if there was a courtesy vehicle or anything to help me out. Was told "nope and we don't offer rentals either" I made it work for the time it was in repair for, and even when they needed to keep it longer I was ok with that... When I picked up the car, first thing I noticed was the tick was not fixed and I contacted my service advisor with a video showing the tick was still there. He said that it was not an issue, but I could bring it in for peace of mind to have a technician look at it. I brought it in and sure enough the two technicians confirmed that it was not a normal "tick" I was told to make arrangements for another appointment where this time they would hopefully fix the tick. As the dealership I bought the car from was paying for the repair as apart of the deal, I was told to contact them and arrange payment for the issue. But the other dealership had already paid for the first repair which did not fix the engine tick... I involved the General Manager at this dealership to try and get some customer service, but all I got was a very rude GM sending rude text messages saying the engine tick was my problem and that they had fixed the issue by replacing a water pump (which did nothing for repairing or diagnosing the actual cause of the tick) He told me to contact the other dealership to see if they would be paying for it which I did again. I got confirmation that they had spoken with Okanagan Dodge about the issue. I was told to call the other dealership's manager directly and when I did, they told me that the GM from Okanagan Dodge had been in contact with them that day and told them there was no tick and the car had passed multiple extensive safety tests, and did not need further repair...
The GM also went so far as to quote one of my messages with him where I was expressing concern over bringing my vehicle to the wrong garage as I did not trust their competency in regards to this repair. He then told me to take the car elsewhere for repair. I will NEVER buy from this dealership or use them for repair as they are dishonest and a little shady to deal with as I did not appreciate at all the way the GM was rude, commanding and prideful to me in his messages. No customer appreciation at all like you would expect from a GM who's job is based off of customers buying the products for sale...
This whole situation is sad to me as I swap vehicles yearly and love to support local dealerships... End of the story the cost of the repair I originally brought the car in for is now my responsibility.
If you don't want to be treated like dirt with 0 customer appreciation, and being lied to constantly, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you will be treated fairly.

He also makes sure to keep my up to date with all my services and I always know my truck is in good hands with him. I should have read the complaints on Google Maps before I purchased the Jeep. There are many recent complaints about manipulation, misrepresentation,
markups and lack of response after the sale.
Marked up new vehicle. It was not disclosed, but hidden within the Window Sticker which I did not receive until I requested it after I arrived home with the new vehicle.
The vehicle was marked up $7,700.00 plus taxes. Then there is the $895.00 Document fee as well. No other dealer has hidden markups like this!
I emailed the finance manager a few times, but he has ignored me with no response.
The salesman was a fast talking vague manipulator. I asked the salesman what their fees were and he said just a Document fee.
The salesman was very vague with the numbers on my trade and the numbers he gave me did not add up.
The salesman said that the new Jeep was fully loaded, but it is not.
Once this dealership gets the sale, they ignore you!

Their service department charges you three times more than every Ram dealership in town and the manager (James Plowright) is so rude, arrogant, and seemingly mentally disturbed, that told me that he would neither allow me to pay the bill nor would he submit the car key to me! So I was left with no option but to call the Police on James Plowright to make him passing me the key. Even more interestingly, after I got the key and started walking toward our car, James Plowright started harassing my wife and I by walking behind us while filming us and doing his best to turn the situation into a physical fight by bullying us, which of course he didn’t receive anything more than our middle fingers and some “f” words.
After this experience, my wife is definitely not going to buy her brand new Dodge Charger SRT from here; my third brother won’t buy his Ram 5500 (to replace it with his current old tow truck) from here; my second brother won’t purchase the Challenger that he was planning to buy in a few days from here; and I will never spend another penny for my 2020 Ram’s services or accessories in Maple Ridge dealership. That is of course unless James Plowright is fired, the new manager sends us a formal apology and a $250.00 check that would cover the excessive charge of the bill as they have charged me $450 for a service that the Coquitlam dealership charges $150.00.

We had a very poor experience taking our truck to get repaired here. Incompetent and dishonest! We had to contact Chrysler Canada to get our truck fixed and to have our truck's warranty honoured. We went from a $400 dollar diagnosis, to a $3000 diagnosis and then to a $15000 diagnosis and all was wrong and false! Such incompetence and dishonesty needs to be reprimanded. It's shameful that a business like this continues to operate!

this dealership has got to have some of the worst time management in their service department that I have ever dealt with. their scheduling of appointments is horrendous. for most people, we don’t have the luxury of having the whole day off work to get our vehicle serviced and we book appointments accordingly; however, this dealership does not schedule accordingly or get vehicles in on time, consequently screwing up customers days and leaving them without a vehicle for an extended, unexpected amount of time. completely dissatisfied with my experiences here as this happens often and they seem to have no respect for others time. the standards of appointment times being met and customers being without their vehicle with the least amount of time possible is not met here. so if you have all day to wait around, then this is the place to go!

I am a nurse with a busy schedule. I made an appointment for 1100 hours for scanning of the car engine which I know takes a few minutes. I had planned to return to work within an hour.
A receptionist called me 2 hours prior to appointment time to ensure I am not late.
But when I arrived there, the price for scanning was higher than the one quoted over the phone. Worse still, I was advised to ‘leave the car here, pick up at 4 PM for a job that takes 10 minutes or less.The excuse given was ‘not enough technicians’. I requested for a courtesy car in the meantime but it was refused.

I was never provided a written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another dealer on top of the $7000 repairs that were done at this service dept. When i asked the manager why they didn't offer to replace the engine they said they wouldn't lake any money do that!! We are being forced to take legal action. Sales guys are great service dept is brutal.

Daughter bought 2018 got sold a service plan. 1st oil service told her she needed engine fluid $200.00 ripped her off as she had just bought it 4 months before and it had been done. She is on disability. 2nd service. Terrible customer service. Told it would take 2hours. They knew I was walking and waiting. Came back they had not even started. No phone call. Nothing. My one year old Jeep left me stranded on the connector with no cell service in 40 degree heat wave. Got it towed to Jeep Chrysler in Kelowna and the deduced it was a computer software glitch and did an update. When I went to pick it up the service guy treated me like a stupid Lady that should not ask questions about such technical things as a vehicle. I asked why I do not get service or change oil lights on my dash and he said “ oh honey, cars are quirky sometimes” what? He went on talking down to me, being dismissive and condescending. I will NEVER go back. When I got inside the truck, I scrolled through to my oil level and I was in the red zone at 4%. Do you think if they had my truck for a week and did a full check on it that they could have seen and fixed that? Crap service

just a really negative experience while trying to get a service done took 6 hrs to change the oil and check the belts and hoses but still didn't get what I wanted done and they ticked off things on their check list as okay but weren't working , and never offered me a courtesy ride anywhere as I live in a different town and was basically stuck in Duncan , I'll vote with my wallet and never go back.

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.
