The big oil change companies charge 60 bucks with no perks. I have told 2 other people about this service and they went for the same experience. Fantastic.

If I could leave a zero star I would. As soon as you drive off the lot, you will receive zero help. Experience buying a vehicle and them taking your money is great; after that you’re on your own.
I bought a vehicle that was a new trade in and not yet service or inspected by the shop. I was assured when I would bring in the vehicle for its inspection, everything would be fixed to make it perfect. Long story short, I am now told I am responsible to replace warped routers and breaks for a vehicle that I bought less than 2 months ago. Even though I mentioned to the service department about some signs that the routers were starting to go on that inspection service appointment. I would never have bought the vehicle if I knew about the breaks and routers.
The dealership told me it’s legal to sell a vehicle with 50% breaks; while other dealerships tell me that’s only allowed if the dealership knew from the beginning the state of the breaks (meaning it went through their garage etc. Which it didn’t).
I was also told that my service/oil changes would be free because I am a frontline healthcare worker. They failed to mention that the promotion was ending 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle.
I made two service appointments regarding my concerns, given the run around for two weeks only to be told it’s my driving and my responsibility, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be given this treatment if I was male.
This dealership is terrible and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers, only taking your money. Would not recommend going to Maple Ridge Chrysler; there are many other places that are better! I will not be bringing my Jeep back there for anything.

After several attempts by Woodgrove Chrysler and their arrogant and incompotent service manager to find a coolant leak, these guys solved the problem , no charge !!Dealing here was like nite vs. day compared to Woodgrove.They tried to string me along until the warranty was up and then charge me for a hose clamp and diagnosis that didnt solve the problem they worked on for 3 years. I should have switched to Nanaimo Chrysler years ago ..

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.

I've seen a few bad reviews about this establishment, so I thought I'd share my experiences. I've bought Wranglers three times now, the last two being new vehicles. At no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or scammed. My last interaction was yesterday, when I brought my Wrangler in because the battery died and they said to bring it in asap, leave it with them half a day. The dealership put it on the diagnostic machine, replaced the battery, and there was of course no charge. I will say that I was especially impressed with Curt Jenson, who sold me the 2020 Wrangler. Very nice guy, and very knowledgeable.

The service for my truck was ridiculous last month I needed it service for the same issue I’ve taken it in for 3x on a rattling sound in my steering wheel issue I’ve had that they never fix and apparently can’t find which is a crock of crap not to mention tried to charge me 200$ for an OT fee of labour to put in a part they said had to do with my gas cap and engine light on that is still on in my truck! Never recommend this dealership and I’ll never go back for a new vehicle there!

Apart from the parts being severely overpriced, the Parts department will find any excuse not to allow you to return a part. I needed to replace the weather-stripping that seals the top of the cowl to the bottom of the windshield. I explained what I needed and they found the part number and ordered the part. When I went to pick up the new weather-stripping I noticed it was different from the old weather-stripping. I expressed that I was concerned that is was the wrong part. The sales rep assured me that I could return the part if needed.
Sure enough the part did not fit properly. So I decided to replace the entire cowl since the new cowl comes with weather-stripping installed. Sure enough, the weather-stripping on the new cowl was the same as the weather-stripping on the old cowl. When I went to return the original weather-stripping I bought they refused to allow me to return it, because I did not have the plastic bag the part was shipped in. This it like Amazon saying you can't return an item because you don't have the cardboard box the item was shipped in. They said they needed the bag because it had the part number on it, but the part number is on their system as well as on the invoice that I provided. I explained that they sold me the wrong part and tried to show them a photo of the different weather-stripping that comes with the new cowl but sales rep refused to even look at the photo and had no interest in taking any responsibility for selling the wrong part. I found the service rep to be rude and condescending and intent on finding any reason to refuse the return.

My Jeep wont start and the whole car was shut off. I called in, and they said Bring it on Wednesday, and we promise we will take it in on Thursday (Next day) at 7am, and wil have someone look at it by 8am. And someone will get in touch with you no later than noon to give you an update
Hours go by, and nobody is reaching out. So I call, they say yes we have your car. X is taking care of it, and he will reach out within the hour or 2. Sure, I put my phone down, and I wait. 1 hour, 2, 3, 4,... Nobody is calling. I pick up the phone, and call again, and again, I am told, sorry about that, X was supposed to call you, he is on lunch now, but promise, he will call you as soon as he is back... needless to say, nobody called that day
I call the next day, exact same story, and exact same process, whole day goes by. nobody calls or returns my calls.
Next day, Saturday, I am finally off work. So i decide to go to the shop and have a face to face conversation to see whats going on. Upon my arrival, Im shocked: My Car is exactly where I parked it, outside, 3 days ago, and it hasnt moved since ! So basically, nobody has even looked at my car yet, worse: Its been staying outside, in an open unsecured spot, for 3 days !
I go inside the shop, demande to speak to the manager, surprise suprise: He is on his lunch break and just left 2min ago ! Of crouse he did :)
The lady takes down my info, and she says, he will contact you today, as soon as he is back. So I leave. An hour goes by, 2, 3, 4.... NOBODY CALLS ! I call in, and she says yes he is here, but heis with a customer. I will make sure jhe calls you back as soon as he is done. So I hang up, and guess what? NOBODY CALLS ! I call back, shop is closed now..
Monday, Finally someone returns my call around noon, My car is still outside. They say promise we will take it today, and we will get back to you today..... Hours go by... nothing again....
Tuesday, I am getting a call. I had 3 main problems: Car wont start, The seats heaters are very weak, and the car gas gap wont open with the elctronic button (opens like 1-2/10 times). Worth mentionning that I am also under warranty.
They run the diagnosis. Find out the battery is dead, so we decide to replace it.. ~ $500. I mention the other 2 problems, and thta they're covered under my waranty, so they can go a head and fix them.
I get a call next day. The price is now +$800 because they had to run a software update and fix the gas gap, and these are not covered. Worth mentionning: I said not to do any extra none covered work without prior approval. But they went and did it anyway. I thought, no big deal, they said whatever they did fixed the heating & gap problems.
I pick up my car. Then I find out that what they claimed was fixed is actually not. The heater is still as weak as always, and the gap still wont open ! I'm very upset (*As I had to rent a car while they were supposidily taking care of all of this). So I call in: I demand to speak to a manager, and explain everything to him, and how the "fixes" they billed me for, actually did not fix anything.
The mangager, after couple of minutes on the phone, says he is gonna speak to the mechaninc, and will call me back "Within an hour or 2". Do you wanna guess what happens next? : Yes, 2 hours go by, no call. 3 hours, 4, 5... so I call, the rep picks up the phone, says yes the manager is right here, but on the phone, and he will call me back right away !
Nothing ! Shop closes for the day. Next day comes. I call again, and again, The rep says, the manager is right here, but he is with a custumer. He is aware, I will remind him, and He will call you right after.... hours go by. No Call
Next Day, repeat, same, manager not taking my call, he'll call back, and nothing....and again the next day...., and the next...And still nothing until today..
Needless to say, if you value your money, and your car, STAY THE AWAY from this place. You're better off Youtubing it yourself.

Performed an oil change on a Charger. Failed to tighten the oil filter resulting in the oil filter falling completely off, losing most of the oil in the engine and causing a catastrophic engine failure. Not only that, they say "oil filters fall off" and accept no responsibility despite the vehicle only traveling 10kms from the dealership directly after picking it up from the service department.
Stay away, they are not accountable for any of there actions. just out to get all your money and offer nothing in return when they blow up an engine.

Worst. Delearship. Ever. Horrible horrible service department. Jason Pulay is the worst person to deal with. He is a service manager and he doesn't give a single crap about you or your car. Does not man up to anything and when is faced with a clear proof does not care about customers at all. You know this things called customer service and customer satisfaction, he has no idea what that is. They damaged by car twice in the same except place and when I prevented a third exactly same damage and pointed it out to Jason Pulay he did not give a single crap and kept saying he does not believe the damage is done at his delearship. Freaking laughable. And if you think you are covered or can do anything about, well think again. I talked to ICBC and they can't do squat. You have to have a video or some kind of concrete evidence of them doing damage to your car. Which is cute, cus how the xxxx you going to have that? When they take your car to the back they can do anything to it. Anything at all and they can just say "It was like this when you dropped off" that's it. And you cannot do anything at all. They open doors into cars, they damage scratch wheels, they charge you for new part when it does not fix the problem. Why the xxxx did I pay $500 for this replacement new part if the problem is still there???!!!! Strongly strongly suggesting to avoid this delearship at all cost. And if you cannot, take pictures of every single part of you car including the inside and specifically door edges and doors. But if you are dealing with them you could not ask for a worst service. If you think it's a one time thing, it is not. I have bough 2 cars from them and tried working with these people for last 4 years. I clearly should have switched way earlier. Tried to be loyal. They don't deserve that even for a second.
