I have purchased two grand cherokees from these guys.The SRT jeep got written off and I needed an insurance quote for a new one.The insurance quote was put together quickly and was 20000 less than the last one I bought.Meaning the insurance company was going to give me 20000 less for replacement cost.When I confronted the sales person about his quote he said that he was too busy for this stuff and that was the best he could do!!!!!The manager jumped in and after a couple days reluctantly updated then value!!!!Buy second hand you will be better off!!!!

I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 from Willobrook Chrysler on May 14th 2019, First month of owning the truck I had a few issues with my dash going black and my radio not working. Kept trying to book it into service department but kept getting the run around from them. Then a few weeks later my truck kept miss firing and would shut off every time I came to a stop. I drove the truck to the dealer ship had the service department look at it, they scanned it and sent me on my way home and said there was no codes and it’s good to go. On my way home that night it died 4 more times I get in touch with the dealer again. They send it to the nearest ford dealer. Was at ford for a month and half. They changed the spark plugs and updated the pcm. It was fine for about a week or so. I had a holiday planned for my self in August long weekend the truck died in Chilliwack BC. And the truck broke down on Highway #1. My Truck then was towed to Chilliwack ford on August 1st 2019. October17th ford sent me a away with a reset button every time it would die out and not run. Also they installed a a refurbished transmission and it still miss fires and dies. now November 1st 2019 and I still don’t have an ETA on my truck. I’m a 20 year old kid just trying to get through life. I have tried to get the dealer ship to help me out as I spent$ 4000 on extended warranty (Bumper to Bumper) and all they try to do is put me a in a way more expensive truck and double my payments but I can’t afford that. I would love nothing less to get my money back for this lemon of a truck I bought! the apparently #1 dealership and Steve’s saying is “friends mean more than money” that is definitely not the case and I would not recommend BUYING ANYTHING from this dealer ship.

The service for my truck was ridiculous last month I needed it service for the same issue I’ve taken it in for 3x on a rattling sound in my steering wheel issue I’ve had that they never fix and apparently can’t find which is a crock of crap not to mention tried to charge me 200$ for an OT fee of labour to put in a part they said had to do with my gas cap and engine light on that is still on in my truck! Never recommend this dealership and I’ll never go back for a new vehicle there!

Visited Cranbrook Dodge and was greeted by Joe, who answered all of my questions in a straight forward manner. I felt confident in his knowledge. Joe was excellent to work with, and when it came to needing help from management, the manager, Steve was there to satisfy all of our needs
We felt we were treated honestly, fairly and with respect by the staff there, and will absolutely buy another car from them and refer them in the future.

The owner, had the nerve to tell me that they would only pay $15,000 on a repo for my $40, 000 car..... Like she was throwing it in our faces, practically laughing about it....
So go ahead, buy a vehicle from these liars and thieves.... You'll get screwed..... And not in a good way....

She approved it, and when I arrived a couple days later, the new Jeep was ready to go. Paul explained the value of my old car, made sure the new car was inspected, offered to help me sort out the bells and whistles. Victoria organized the financing quickly, and I was soon on my way to the ferry home. The dealership is bright and clean, there was no up-sell pressure, there was even a price reduction because my daughter has purchased vehicles from them. . More fun than shopping for shoes! I brought my truck in for service because there was an oil leak. The first day it didn't even get looked at. Once it finally got in the second day the service department phoned to tell me that I was low on oil. So they topped it up and told me to keep an eye on it. I ask them to find a oul leak???

My Jeep had damages in the front from a collision and after the auto body shop repair, the vehicle needed wheel steering sensor recalibration and alignment. The service manager, named Farhad, said that they are not sure that issue came up from the impact.
ICBC now taking advantage of this and they don’t want to pay to finish the repair.
I consider the Marine Chrysler as bad business to deal with and that person as an idiot. I spoke with other Chrysler dealerships and they told me that it’s most likely after a hard impact a vehicle to need that wheel steering recalibration with wheel alignment. When you need them they are not there. They’re there only to take your money. Go to another dealership and don’t deal with Chrysler Marine, don’t feel sorry for yourself later when it happens you need them.

Currently trying to RETURN a broken vehicle. 2017 Dodge Journey. Day one, both Fob batteries dead. Cab ride to town to get one as Gibson's is 20 min away. Take said vehicle in, as transmission will not hold the hill, and fuel mileage roughly 7 mpg. Computer said 13 mpg. Yet at a stop sign, you can watch the gauge go down. Salesman, was just trying to clear the lot, had entire details, of a COMPLETLY different vehicle smoozed over us, before mechanic corrected him. All In all, you got my truck. I get to call a wrecker to get it off your lot, as I will not drive something with a faulty transmission.

having dealt with this dealership for the past ten years and purchasing 4 vehicles in total, the last experience was a disaster. Salesman made false claims about options on the truck we bought. I was working out of town when my wife picked the vehicle up. Complained on several occasions and the promise of “ we’ll do something to make it right” never happened. Then they have the nerve to invite me down as I have a “high demand vehicle” to try to get me to upgrade a year later. Won’t even use th for service.
