Had an excellent time working through the process of converting from a Toyota 2019 Highlander to a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan. In hindsight, I only wish we would have done the shift to minivan years ago, but I'm glad we waited for this iteration of the minivan (I would argue the best available out there right now, second to the Sienna, and Odyssey being the runner up for 2021! The buying experience was smooth, and when we realized there was no vehicles in stock or on order that would match exactly our needs, we factory ordered one. Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep honored the Dec previous year price quote for the trade in value, and we were grateful in the end we waited for the delivery of our new ride. Our family loves the tech, the comfort and the safety and working with Dennis was a breeze, as he was excellent at bridging the gaps in expectations as we were making the large purchase. Would recommend Dennis if you are looking for a no hassle and honest buying experience.

Stay away! False advertising! Not honoring the deal you make over the phone!
I tried purchasing a car still under full manufacturer warranty from them, agreed on a price over the phone and when I went to buy it I found that the car had an unreported accident with cracked and detached front bumper that they failed to mention (I ran CARFAX myself and it was reported clean with no accidents).
Despite ignoring the damage and maintaining my initially agreed offer, they went back to the original listing price, refusing to budge, with some outrageous dealer fees like we never discussed or agreed on anything previously. Basically, all the time spent on the phone was only meant to lure you in and try to rip you off. Not even an apology.
A waste of time and total lack of respect for customers.

We have worked with this dealership on and off for many years. We always get respectful, knowledgeable friendly service. This time we needed a new truck. We searched their website and found the one we ended up buying. The website was up to date and they indeed had the truck on the lot.
We were only in the city for a couple of days, so no time for anything except good prompt salesmanship and accurate service.
We got both and lots more. We’ll be back for our future vehicle needs.

I am a nurse with a busy schedule. I made an appointment for 1100 hours for scanning of the car engine which I know takes a few minutes. I had planned to return to work within an hour.
A receptionist called me 2 hours prior to appointment time to ensure I am not late.
But when I arrived there, the price for scanning was higher than the one quoted over the phone. Worse still, I was advised to ‘leave the car here, pick up at 4 PM for a job that takes 10 minutes or less.The excuse given was ‘not enough technicians’. I requested for a courtesy car in the meantime but it was refused.

After spending most our time sitting at an empty desk we were told they'd get back to us and then we never heard from them again. Got two emails from Nicole with her contact information and nothing else. Was that supposed to mean I was supposed to chase you down to deal with more of the unprofessionalism? I'm not sure. I was never provided a written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another dealer on top of the $7000 repairs that were done at this service dept. When i asked the manager why they didn't offer to replace the engine they said they wouldn't lake any money do that!! We are being forced to take legal action. Sales guys are great service dept is brutal.

They couldn't find the truck I wanted, so I checked a different dealership and found exactly what I wanted. They quoted me on it, so I went to that dealership to find out what they would quote me. I was quoted $8,500 less for the EXACT truck. When they found out I was buying the truck from the other dealership they were insulting. Needed documentation for my trade in and JC Dayne refused to email it to me and made me drive across town to pick it up. Don't waste your time or money here. You are not valued as a customer.

Daughter bought 2018 got sold a service plan. 1st oil service told her she needed engine fluid $200.00 ripped her off as she had just bought it 4 months before and it had been done. She is on disability. 2nd service. Terrible customer service. Told it would take 2hours. They knew I was walking and waiting. Came back they had not even started. No phone call. Nothing. I am a senior citizen and made plans around this time frame. No consideration at all.

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.
