Unbelievable Service - Hollywood
I drive a new VW Jetta and I had the unfortunate experience of having the car driven on a flat tire. The car was driven so long that we were not able to salvage the tire. I started calling around to tire shops in the lower mainland at 4pm, including VW, but no one had one tire available it would have to wait until they could order it in. This wouldn't work for me, Stacey Seniuk of O'CONNOR Dodge Jeep, being the consumate professional recognized that I had a major issue and made some phone calls. He got back to me immediately and said he could have the tire in the next day, mounted, balanced and ready to roll. He even offered me his own personal vehicle to use if I needed to get to work. That is the very essence of customer service, and a man who cares about the people in his community! Looks like there is a new Dodge Ram in my future and all my business will go to Mr. Seniuk!

Alicia Lino and Luke Gelech - Gramdmaria
This is the 2nd car I have bought from Columbia Chrysler with Alicia and Luke. Like my first purchase, Alicia and Luke went above and beyond and got me a really good deal, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my purchase!

Great experience with lots of support - Csogen
I went to Langley Chrysler to have my 2015 Jeep Wrangler serviced and my rear breaks done. I’ve never had my vehicle serviced and know very little about cars. Naturally, I had a lot of questions that may have seemed silly as I felt overwhelmed. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered, multiple times. Josh was incredibly helpful and patient with me. The job was also finished in a timely manner.
Great Service - Pg12345

Katrina is Great! - Pamela
After I gave up on those creeps in PG I made the drive south to Quesnel and went to Regency Dodge.
What great service from Fatima at the front who greeted me to Katrina in sales.
I highly recommend them.
Outstanding customer service - Pearl 2.0
As we all know, buying a used vehicle is a gamble so we try to do our due diligence with research and reviews. In our case, this time We decided to put our trust in a dealership hoping that they would have done their inspections and repairs on the trade-ins before they put a for sale sign on their vehicles.
Sometimes little gremlins are hiding and dont appear until after you sign on the dotted line which can leave you feeling sick, not to mention stuck!
Let's just say that kelowna Chrysler went above and beyond to make sure that never happened. Our salesman, Brian Matassa, was terrific! He was there every step of the way throughout the service and at no time did we ever feel like we were on our own.(stuck) Kelowna Chrysler does stand behind their vehicles and their customers! We will be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle and recommend that you all do the same!
Cindy- proud owner of Pearl
FRIENDLY STAFF - Janet J

Changed terms of proposal - Renegade
I did a build through this dealer. Original proposal said I can get best deal from the date I signed a time til the vehicle came in (which was 2 weeks late, as well) ordered end of June. I specifically had it written into proposal, btw, or I was going to walk. So the next month comes and I wanted the deal(extra $1000 loyalty) they said I couldn't!!! Had to take original OR the deal of the month that when the car came in. So 2 months later (end of Sept) they then say I have to choose between original deal or Sept deal, couldn't have Oct deal! (car arrived Oct) unreal!!! On top of that they added $600 to the documentation fees! Went from $695 to $1295. Also the sales manager, who sat in his office when i was getting my car, did NOT even come out to say sorry the car was late, or say thank you for the business!!! AND they started my sxm free year service 10"days early, ripping me off!!!don't trust this dealer. I am following up with Jeep Canada and BBB
Great service!! - gilroy
Our car broke down while we were in Kelowna for medical appointments.. It was taken to Okanagaan Chrysler. The service we were given was above and beyond. Thank you Gary and Clayton. We would definitely recommend you.
Poor Customer Service - DBateman1969
Everything went well, the browsing, the test drive, the paperwork, right up until I came into contact with a woman named Kelly, who kept muttering under her breath and making off-color comments to co-workers. Really uncomfortable!
Overall great expearance - Brendannielsen15

Some confusion over trade in values - Glenn and Marlaine
We had some confusion/concern over the value they gave us for our trade in and communicated that to them after the sale (too late). In retrospect we would have handled the negotiation differently.
We enjoyed dealing with the Finance manager, JC , who was great in every way, a real keeper.
Gerry, a straight shooting, tell-it-like-it-is salesperson - Justin
After visiting about 10 smaller independent dealers in search of a used Dodge Caravan, we decided to give Carter Dodge a try. Originally, I called in to see if a vehicle posted on the internet was still available and spoke with a salesperson named Walter who was eager to take ownership and advised me to request him specifically when my girlfriend and I arrived at Carter Dodge.
Upon arrival, we didn't really get the warmest of welcomes (I think it's because we dress so "young" and casual) and after asking for Walter, we were promptly referred to Walter's partner Gerry and inquired about the vehicle in question (a 2008 Dodge Caravan with approx. 120000 km). Gerry was friendly from the onset, offering coffee and cracking jokes as we made our way down to the vehicle. He allowed us to inspect a couple of options in our price range and immediately drove us around in the vehicle we inquired about originally so we could get a feel for how it drives.
After returning from the short trip, my girlfriend and I were strongly considering the vehicle and even asked Gerry to talk about it outside alone. While we were discussing, Gerry rushed outside and informed us that this vehicle had damage declarations on it (a major sticking point for us). Although I was disappointed our search for a vehicle would have to keep going, I did interpret Gerry's quick disclosure as a good sign that he would be forthright with us about everything. Gerry invited us to his desk so we could explore other options.
During this "consultation" Gerry uncovered the real reason we were set on a used caravan and the budget we had in mind. He gave solid advice tailored to our situation and opened our eyes to the fact that initial sticker price isn't everything and what we need to ensure is that we pay the least for the life of the vehicle ie. buying a cheaper 2008 may cost us more in the long run than paying a little more for a 2010 with less km. Suffice to say, his advice piqued our interest and when he gave us a call shortly after we walked out of the dealership to inform us that he thought he found the right vehicle for us we arranged a meeting to see him again in the next couple of days.
The first thing Gerry did was he set-up some temporary license plates for us and got us in the caravan to test-drive it. He told us to take our time, drive around and even go to Tim Horton's if we wanted. So after a smooth ride and comparing this particular vehicle with the countless others we had seen, we knew that this was the one for us. We got all the paperwork together and sat down with the finance manager to arrange payment (we were hoping to pay via wire).
*This is the point where Gerry's true commitment to his customers and to the 40+ years reputation of Carter Dodge shined through.*
So after letting the decision marinate for a while and discussing the deal with colleagues at work who have more experience with cars and car dealerships, I started feeling a little bit of buyer's remorse and almost like I got "taken for a ride". Based on the recommendation of my close friend, I called Gerry back asking if I could take the vehicle for an independent inspection just to ensure everything was in order. I won't lie, I was expecting resistance and for him to quickly dismiss the request, but instead he responded with "You do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable, just let me know in advance when you're picking up the car so I can get everything set up". (it turned out that at this very moment, another dealership who we were talking to called with a vehicle that met our requirements BUT they would not permit independent vehicle inspection).
The inspection was completed at a shop down the road and Gerry committed to doing everything listed there related to safety, plus threw in a couple of extras to ensure I felt like we got the best deal we could. And in all honesty, even if we didn't, I know we got the best salesperson we could. Gerry was fully transparent from the beginning, had nothing to hide and most important of all, he based his advice and actions on what was most important to us. Another selling point was that Gerry said that this whole thing was not just one transaction, but instead the start of a relationship which we could leverage whenever we needed extras for the van such as new tires, a snowboard rack or even graphic design if we wanted to use for business like we mentioned (all at a discount). Finally, back to that reference of not being welcomed warmly, I would like to point out that Gerry prides himself in giving everyone a fair shake from the beginning, especially the young people as he knows that we can bring long-term business, referrals and loyalty like no other demographic.
That said, if you're in the market for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep and want a straight shooting, tell-it-like-it-is salesperson who will make you laugh and ultimately find the right vehicle for you at the right price, then go to Carter Dodge and ask for Gerry!
Terrible service from Service Department - BlueJeepWrangler
Do not buy warranty, and do not service your car here.
I had an issue with my ABS light turning on randomly while I was driving. Wasn't too sure on what it was but my friend who was a mechanic suggested it was a pinched wire. So I took it to the dealership while my car was still under warranty and let them know my suggestion. My car was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks, and they made me pay for parts that did not solve the problem.
When they thought they finally solved the problem, they made me pay $600 for a part. I drove it off the lot, and my ABS light still turned back on randomly. They didn't think to put back the old $600 part because obviously that did not fix the problem. (Why would I need to pay for the part if it was never broken in the first place)
A week later when they finally realized it was a pinched wire, they went on and fixed it (as I had suggested from the beginning). I had driven it off the lot and had been driving it for a couple days. The ABS light was not turning on anymore, however I started to hear some type of rattling sounds when I was driving on my back left wheel where they did work on. Turns out they didn't put a shim back onto my breaks while they were inspecting that area of my car. My warranty is over, they won't admit their fault, and are not compensating for what they did wrong. They are insisting I pay for another inspection so they can 'back track' and see if it was their fault. Stupid, and super dangerous.
Honestly, all these guys care about is finding ways to make more money. I always ended up with a bill for a part to pay for, rather than relying on any type of 'warranty'. Save your time and money, and find a better mechanic. Very disappointed. Highly unprofessional.
Best Dealership Experience - New Truck
My boyfriend and I purchased a truck from this dealership and they were quick, and personable. The sales person we dealt with took us on an extended test drive, allowed us time alone to talk about the truck, and put no pressure on us to actually buy the truck. After being at multiple dealerships this was the best hands down. The sales person who treated us so well was Imaan Randhawa.
Excited about my new truck and quad - Jeremy
I was very happy with the service and options made available by Kyle Sethi when I went to look for a used truck. He introduced me to better options that made financial sense on a new truck and also helped include the cash to purchase the quad I was also wanting to get. The package together was made possible at a great finance rate and 2 months later I am still very happy with the purchase.
New vehicle purchase - Shulo
Highly recommend this dealership when purchasing as vehicle. Quick, effiencent and excellent service! Vehicle was ready when promised and cleaned perfectly. Excellent sales, parts and service.
Incompetent - traveler from far far away
They cannot even do an adequate inspection and service. I will not be returning!! Within a few months another dealership had to pull up the slack of this service department.
Excellent Sales Department - Happycustomer
Excellent selection of cars and pricing. The sales department works like a well-oiled machine, run by a group of young, enthusiastic and service-oriented people. We were particularly impressed with Omar Tubeishat, who provided us with outstanding and personalized service and went over and above to ensure our satisfaction. We never felt pressured and were comfortable with the entire process, thanks to Omar’s professionalism. We are repeat customers, having a bought our previous car from Harris.
I’d give them a 0 if a could - Ben
The worst service I have ever experienced. The are dishonest, sketchy, unreliable, lazy and unknowledgable. They will try and take your money even if you have a warranty because they can’t seem to take the time to look it up. You will be without a car for days or even weeks while their “techs” try and diagnose issues when you already know what they are. Disgusted is an understatement. I’m trading in my car for another make mainly because of this horrific dealership, but they could care less. They don’t deserve your business.
Another happy Customer! - Jana Workman

Great sales and customer service! - O'Keeffe
Thank you guys for treating me so well.
I purchased a white 2017 Jeep Wrangler sport hardtop with automatic transmission. I was treated like I matter, and the sales staff were genuinely helpful, the sales manager knew my name, and introduced himself to me with a smile and a handshake. Great dealership experience! Thank you!

Loose stabilizer link - Nate12345678
Horrible service. I called to get my stabilizer link tightened and was told I would have to wait to have it fixed. This car shouldn't have a loose stabilizer link in the first place. Its 3 months old.
Great Team that Provides Outstanding Customer Service ! - C&H
In the past decade, I purchased many new cars, some very expensive from fancy dealerships, but nothing compares to my experience of buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Marine Chrysler. Aside from their impresive customer service skills, everything is well organized in a smooth, clear, and efficient way of doing business. There is no pressure from their part to buy their cars, but once you decide to buy (which cannot happen without test driving it first) the entire process goes smoothly and friendly. From the start they will offer all the possible and impossible discounts and rebates. Papers and insurance and plates are done in no time. Everyone shows genuine care and professionalism along with their natural friendly smiles. You leave with a strange pleasant feeling that you say goodbye to old friends that you cannot wait to meet them again. My hat is off to you! You are simply the best!"
Quick and amazing service - Dean F
Ive been to 9 dealerships across 3 provinces in the last 5 years and I have to give a shout out to Kamloops Dodge and their service department. Ive been to them twice for warrenty work.
Lanny MacLean has been my advisor both times. Hes very friendly and helpful and makes the whole experience of having a vehicle in for work easy and almost enjoyable. He really does what ever it takes to treat his customers the best he can. Dropped my truck off in the morning and it was done by 11am. On top of the quick turn around they also washed my truck. None of the other dealerships i have been to have taken the time to do that. I cant recommend Kamloops Dodge enough.
