I was approached by O'Connor wanting to take my old vehicle off of my hands. At first I was skeptical but after speaking with Brad over the phone I started to feel better. Met with him the next day and he made me feel very comfortable with going ahead and getting a new vehicle. We test drove two different vehicles that Brad picked out for us and fell in love with the first one (I only had to change the color :P) Brad made everything easier and broke down all the little details for us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and listened to what we had to say. The vehicle he put me in is by far the most amazing one I have ever owned. The safety features put my mind at ease and i actually feel safe driving in the snow with my son in the vehicle. Everyone at O'Connor was amazing and I can't thank you guys enough for helping me with this purchase. Carson and Brad are top notch! Richard in Finance was also amazing. Our 2016 Ecodiesel truck (bought last year) is experiencing issues regarding the exhaust filter being full. The electrical system has taken over causing the truck to go into limp mode and the truck will no longer get up to speed properly which caused us to go only 50-60km/hour on the Coquihalla highway while Semis and other vehicles passed us at high speeds. First of all this was very dangerous but the biggest annoyance is that the error code just displays "See Dealer" in order for them to fix. There is no way to try fix it ourselves so we booked an appointment for the truck at Kelowna Chrysler which we couldn't get until 2 weeks down the road. We were forced to continue driving the truck for that time in said limp mode. On the day my husband brought it in for service the salesmen approached him and was interested in our Ecodiesel truck and asked what it would take to trade it in. With our growing family we could use an SUV as is so we said we were interested in a Jeep BUT we were not willing to make higher payments than we already were or have a longer term.
My husband worked a deal with them after a whole day spent down at the dealership going back and forth, 3hrs of negotiaing. Meanwhile, the truck was just sitting waiting to be repaired while all of this was going on.
Once a deal had been made that both parties agreed on we gave a deposit to hold the Jeep until the next day. That night, we received a call stating everything was good with financing and that we were all to come back the next morning to sign the paperwork as a family. We kept the Jeep overnight.
We got the baby ready to go the next morning, went down to the dealership, sat in the office and then were told that the financing had changed and the bank would not approve this deal on the terms the sales man had already stated we were approved for ,took a deposit on, and most dissapointing shook my husbands hand on. It was a fair deal and to hear that it was not going to work on that particular vehicle was disheartening.
Then the salesmen said BUT we can get you into a brand NEW Jeep for slightly higher payments. He knew this before having us pack up a 3 month old baby and all come down to the dealership as a family just to try and start a new deal on a new vehicle.....GREASY SALES MOVE "CRAIG LEIS"! It was a huge waste of time and a giant let down not to mention awkward having to wait to get our truck out of the service bay. We all felt very trapped by the situaion.
When we went to see what was happening with the truck they said it would be $900 to fix which we knew full well it should only cost $150-$300 at most for a manual regen on the exhaust filter . They quoted $70 as well on an air filter replacement which is horrendous when you know they are buying the part for $25 with 15 mins of labor. We took the keys back and tried to leave, the sales team hot on our heals even as we loaded our daughter into the car.......relentless...
The entire time we waited for our truck the sales people continued to try and talk to us about making a deal on a new vehicle and making excuses for their service departments high prices.
So all in all, after everything was said and done, we took our truck NOT fixed home and chalked it up to a wasted weekend. This was an extremley dissapointing experience overall. Buyer Beware.

We were greeted first, by Paul, the official, friendly Meet/Greet gent. He made sure we found the correct person for our needs. That was BRETT KASAKOFF, sales person. He had shown my husband the vehicle earlier and sent him with a driver and the van to show me at home. After being met by Brett, he took us through the ‘paper process’, carefully explaining all the details and answering all our questions, also carefully and in full. He worked the ‘numbers’ of cost, took it to The Business Manager, Joe Frye. He also ‘massaged’ the numbers, kindly in our favour and took time to explain all the financing ways of ‘ease’ for us. At no time was there any pressure felt to make a purchase nor to buy a more expensive unit. We were offered food, beverages, and a choice of gift during the Company’s big Sale. The vehicle was spotless, thanks to Jordan, who also drove us home and switched plates for us. I would like to say “We have never been so well, over the years and two provinces.” We look forward to the pleasure of a vehicle for our particular needs, at a price we were happy about and also to a social visit with Brett again. He did a great job for us and was acutely considerate and agreeable. We heartily recommend Willowbrook Chrysler, Langley, to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much fellows.
Dealer doesn’t stand behind its cars or service. - Never again
Zero customer service. Bought a car with 400 km and only on dealer lot. Took car back for service 5 days after buying and they said no problem found. Turns out it needed a bunch of warranty work. FCA would not cover repair ‘due to faulty repairs by dealership’. Go Dodge response, “you bought a used car”. Really?! 400 km and you can’t fix the faulty repairs you did on windshield?

My boyfriend and I purchased a truck from this dealership and they were quick, and personable. The sales person we dealt with took us on an extended test drive, allowed us time alone to talk about the truck, and put no pressure on us to actually buy the truck. After being at multiple dealerships this was the best hands down. The sales person who treated us so well was Imaan Randhawa.

I just picked up our 5th vehicle purchased from Harris, a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland EcoDiesel :-) Not only am I in Love with the new Jeep, but can't speak any more highly of the level of service I received. From the moment I contacted Glenn & Rob Muloin, I truly felt like a valued customer. Rob was quick to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them!) and worked hard to keep within my budget. Rating is based on communication level from service department. Parents brand new renegade needed repair when they returned from vacation, and as such they were stuck in Victoria until repair was complete. Unfortunately took 4 days to fix, parts etc... I can understand delays. However, service department never called to update them on the status of the vehicle, never offered courtesey car/ride despite extended warranty. The service department was soley fixated on excuses and laying blame elsewhere instead of even putting forth a token effort to address my parents predicament. No one was looking for an all expenses weekend in Victoria. All we wanted was to be kept in the loop as to the cars status and some help with transportation.
Total lack of customer service, made us feel like we were putting them out.

Being a woman I was nervous about going and buying a vehicle by myself but I was put in touch with Scott and had the best experience. I think he sensed my nervousness and put me totally at ease. He took his time and walked around and around and then around the the lot again with me asking me questions as we went. When I still couldn't decide, he picked a truck out for me and once I sat inside it I totally fell in love and bought it on the spot! He explained everything to me and then gave me his number so I could ask him questions any time I needed. I had the best experience ever and will definitely be buying my next vehicle with him.

I went here with my fiance to check out Wranglers, as my fiance has decided he no longer wanted a Cherokee we already have. So we popped in to look around and were greeted by Rex, he was easy going and pretty knowledgable. When we sat down with him, we decided it would be best to trade in my car instead as i don't want to get rid of our brand new vehicle. So after a run around, and what seemed to be a waste of my time. Due to Jon one of the sales managers not being in one day they called me in (I walked out due to one of the other sales managers pushing a sale of a vehicle I did not want), I got a call the next day by Jon. Who made it happen. He apologized for what happened the night previously, as he wasn't in and was the sales manager over seeing my sale. Anyways, we went in took a look at a new wrangler and we were sold. He also got me the payments I wanted on the Jeep and got me approved !! I am so thankful for his hard work, and Rex's as well. If you want great customer service and deal with GENUINE people. Those are the two guys you want to deal with.

I brought my truck in for service because there was an oil leak. The first day it didn't even get looked at. Once it finally got in the second day the service department phoned to tell me that I was low on oil. So they topped it up and told me to keep an eye on it. I ask them to find a oul leak???

My truck 2014 ram 1500 has never had weight or payload, except a dirtbike in the back. Currently (Jan 26,2019) at 65,000km and I still have powertrain warranty, transmission leak showed up $700 and 4 days later later, replaced transmission cooler not under powertrain warranty, even though it's part of the powertrain. I then took my truck home and noticed a afew days later it is stil puking out transmission fluid!! I take it back to the shop, and oh found another leak in the transmission cooler lines, said it's a stress crack. Another $650 dollars, even tho it's on the transmission it yet again isn't covered under powertrain warranty, so where was the leak actually coming from. I feel like my transmission cooler didn't even need replacing, why would a part like that have a leak other than if the part was DEFECTIVE. I think they just missed the leak in the cooler hose. My 2014 ram 1500 has been the biggest financial mistake I've ever made. Avoid like the plague if you can. That being said the staff seems nice and seem like they want to work with you, but I suppose that's normal when they have their hands knee deep in your pockets.

I. Bought a car second week the battery kept dying tha car was supposed to be completely inspected and cleared ready to sell. Because the battery kept dying I noticed a trickle charger hooked up to the battery Red Flag ?? they finally agreed to tow it from my place to look at it after ignoring my suggestion the after market stereo installed by previous owner which discounted my gps system was draining the battery. After a week with no car finally was offered a dealership car and I was later Leary about buying the car made arrangements to meet and discuss other options sales was no show for 3 visits I basically was ignored and cornered to keep the car worst experience ever total scam artists buyer beware
