I came to Columbia Chrysler after seeing an ad for a Ford Focus online. The entire experience was simply fantastic. F Jay was very professional and patient, and he went over every single details and questions I had with the car with me. He was very helpful and not at all pushy, he took the time to understand my need and made sure I got what was right for me. Alicia was also helpful and she made the purchasing process smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend Columbia Chrysler and these two wonderful folks if you ever need a car in town.

I did a factory order with brad smith get kept me up to date though out the waiting process and once the truck came in he found there was a problem with the paint on the roof of no fault of his or the dealer he didn’t try to hide it and was very up front with me about it with my options of what we could do to fix the situation he even answered me after hours and on his days off work if I texted him

I still don't know why I finished doing the deal with them. Degrading and rude. I bought a Challenger but wasn't even allowed to test drive it without a salesman. (I'm 55 years old).

Lee worked hard, and got me into my new SUV . I liked the service, the friendliness and I trusted Lee. At this dealership they are not pushy and phony, that over board niceness that some salesmen give you. In past years at other dealerships, I'd be told come in you are approved, after sitting at a dealership for minimum 5 hrs and not driving away in a new vehicle. Lee kept his word had everything ready for me. I wasn't at the dealership very long and I drove away with a brand new vehicle.

I bought a new 2018 Ram 3500 diesel w/ a 6 speed manual transmission at Kamloops Dodge and took it back there for every service since it was new. 19000 kilometers the clutch and flywheel burned up. It was 30 days past the warranty but under the mileage. Kamloops Dodge "diagnosed" the problem and it was a flat out incorrectly diagnosed. Dodge/Chrysler would not cover the warranty because of the false information on the "Diagnosis". Since this has happened to me I have met numerous other people with the exact same truck and transmission with the same clutch and flywheel failure. THIS IS A KNOW AND COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE TRUCKS. An online search will prove me right of this problem. Kamloops Dodge gave a me a quote to repair the problem and it was more than three times more than any other shop that I had the work quoted at. I asked for a breakdown of the costs and they flat out refused blaming the parts department, TWICE. They held my truck for three weeks and made me pay for a false "diagnosis". I am faced with massive towing and repair bills with no support from dealer or manufacturer of a know problem.

Frustrating experience in the least! - Shrugs shoulders on what to think...
To start with, I did get a new vehicle and I am very happy with it and there are good people that you can work with within the company. But that was the only good I have experienced thus far.
1. was in dealership for hours!
2. person (Ali Z) I dealt with that was working with the banks, just did not take me seriously about what I wanted and could afford.
3. Waited 2 weeks to get car detailed which never happened and I ended up doing myself. They could not accommodated my work schedule nor provide me a loaner that they had promised which turned around and said they cant give a loaner for details.
4. made appointment with service department to have a chip in the windshield repaired and waited in the waiting room 2 hours after my appointment before they even looked at the car.
5. Plates on the vehicle I gave to them were not cancelled right away so I ended up paying 2 insurance payments on 2 different cars and it bounced my rent which I have now paid 2 nsf fees and a late fee for.
6. dealership is claiming will pay these fees but I have yet to find out if that is true.
If you speak to anyone there, speak to Tiffany (sales) and Shane Helop (finance)as they great to deal with and personable. Be firm with what you want and do not let anyone try to take you out of your comfort zone!

This weekend my wife and I travelled from Kelowna to do business with Destination Chrysler. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with professionalism and respect. The sales team took almost 4 hours out of their busy schedules on a Saturday afternoon to help us with this purchase! They took us on a test drive, worked out a fair price for our trade-in vehicle, and negotiated a price for our new car that worked for our budget. I cannot be more pleased with the customer service that we received from Destination Chrysler. Our sales agent, Ken was genuinely happy for us to make this exciting purchase. He even spent over an hour showing us all of the features of our new vehicle before letting us drive it off the lot. It was well worth the trip from Kelowna and we will definitely do business with these wonderful people again!

I brought my truck in for service because there was an oil leak. The first day it didn't even get looked at. Once it finally got in the second day the service department phoned to tell me that I was low on oil. So they topped it up and told me to keep an eye on it. I ask them to find a oul leak???

Got denied for a 2 year lease on a new 2019 big horn Ram. Manager informed me I had to come in for my refund of 2000$ deposit via cheque. I asked why I couldn’t get a refund on my visa on which the deposit was charged. He said I’d have to speak to the accountant Monday(on Saturday). Accountant would not respond to my texts, calls or voicemails ALL DAY Monday. Tuesday I call back frustrated and annoyed and the accountant says I need to call the manager. The manager says we can refund the visa over the phone, but then realizes the cheque(which I never agreed to) was already issued and I’d have to come in to get it. The back and forth between manager and accountant was annoying enough, but then telling me one thing and immediately flipping to another is even more frustrating. The big question is, for EVERY refund I’ve ever had, it was to the original form of payment: visa to visa, cash to cash, cheque to cheque. The footwork, the phone tag, the misinformation, the runaround has been EXTREMELY unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not recommend this dealership.
PS. almost 2 weeks of interest on 2000$ during this whole charade

I. Bought a car second week the battery kept dying tha car was supposed to be completely inspected and cleared ready to sell. Because the battery kept dying I noticed a trickle charger hooked up to the battery Red Flag ?? they finally agreed to tow it from my place to look at it after ignoring my suggestion the after market stereo installed by previous owner which discounted my gps system was draining the battery. After a week with no car finally was offered a dealership car and I was later Leary about buying the car made arrangements to meet and discuss other options sales was no show for 3 visits I basically was ignored and cornered to keep the car worst experience ever total scam artists buyer beware

having dealt with this dealership for the past ten years and purchasing 4 vehicles in total, the last experience was a disaster. Salesman made false claims about options on the truck we bought. I was working out of town when my wife picked the vehicle up. Complained on several occasions and the promise of “ we’ll do something to make it right” never happened. Then they have the nerve to invite me down as I have a “high demand vehicle” to try to get me to upgrade a year later. Won’t even use th for service.
