I had an oil change beyond believable. Free breakfast, washed mats, vacumed inside of car,free car wash , inspection and recommendations. on potential probllems. All for 40 bucks. The big oil change companies charge 60 bucks with no perks. I have told 2 other people about this service and they went for the same experience. Fantastic.

I had connected with the dealership in mid-2018 as I was (sort of) looking for a Chrysler 300c as I had traded my 2007 in for a Dodge Ram and was cognizant of the fact that I was going through gas more than I wanted to and that I was not using the vehicle to its capacity. I also missed my 300c which had been an excellent car but was only rear wheel drive...not the best for our wintery hills. The dealership had kept in touch and did not hound me as the months came and went but then in early February, I was contacted and asked if I was still looking for an AWD Chrysler 300....I said I was interested. At this point, the information I requested was promptly provided and when the vehicle arrived at the end of February, they called me and I went in to test drive it. I was delighted with the car and ended up trading my truck (at a fair price) for the vehicle that I wanted...they made it easy and painless. Within the first few weeks, I noticed a noise or two and called my salesman to let him know I had concerns now that I had driven the car for a few weeks. He was terrific and responsive and did not disregard the fact that I was not happy with the amount of pitting on the front of the car. Mark made arrangements for the a replacement vehicle for me while they had my car and they (without cost to me) replaced the strut that was not functioning properly and ended up repainting the front of the car for me. Am I happy? You bet! The car looks and runs great and I was not without transportation while they were working on it. To top it off, they filled my gas tank for me before I left! That's old school customer service and I am tickled as punch about it!

Trying to steal on final return of the lease - Milboz
Leased alfa romeo for 15 months. Offered 25 k per year. On 15 months 31250. Negotiated kilometres and corrected and initialled 39000 for 15 months.
After 15 months dealership management and accountaning manager Kelly said it is "coma" not 9.
Somehow all numbers on agreement dont have coma only one that is nine they saying it is coma. Straight line on O is coma. It Is not beside it. It is touching O.
Somehow i downgraded in negotiation to take less kilometres than supposed to get.
Instead of 31250 i negotiated to get less. 30000. After few days new owner Dan called to discuss oour deal and talk about this review.
New owner tried to pull a thing "lets make a deal" how much you want to pay, as going to court is "silly". New Owner obviously wants fast rerurn on his investment so he is trying to steal left and right and just because 9 in the contract look like 0 comma to him. He doesnt even want to think why would his "expirienced" manager write comma in line of zeroes. 30 000 is simple number to write and no need for comma at all. But he is claiming that 39 000 is actually zero and comma "for him". If it is for him it must be right. He obviously has done this kind of game many times and cheated many more people before.he is claiming that there is space between "zero and comma" in a size of atom. BUYERS BE AWARE. This dealership was way more honest with previous owner Ian running it. This new owner Dan or whatever his name is. already loosing many customers and me in first place. Just saw car that i bought $19 000 dollars more than it was my buyout for sale. Or maybe it was $10 thousand with comma. Not sure. New owners clearly know better than buyers eyes can see. Buyers stay away from this dealership.better to give your money to people that do honest business. We as buyers should support honest people.

Best Dealership Experience - New Truck
My boyfriend and I purchased a truck from this dealership and they were quick, and personable. The sales person we dealt with took us on an extended test drive, allowed us time alone to talk about the truck, and put no pressure on us to actually buy the truck. After being at multiple dealerships this was the best hands down. The sales person who treated us so well was Imaan Randhawa.
Poor comunication - Eddie
I took my EGR code to this dealer because their price was the same as my regular mechanic and I would have to go to Chrysler anyways to have it programed. Booked a 7 30 appointment to replace or program EGR valve. Was to be 1 hour so I waited... 3 hours later they were finally done. They also took it upon themselves to fix the airbag recall without asking me. Price was $100 more than quoted over the phone....Disappointed

We just came from go surrey dodge where we where waiting for 2 hours to go into the finance office to finance a car. We negotiated a deal with the two people above and we were sitting there with the keys in hand when they told us they sold the car to someone else for more money. the original two people didn't have the nerve to tell us they sold the car to another person for more money. They made us sit there while they got approval for the other person.

I went here with my fiance to check out Wranglers, as my fiance has decided he no longer wanted a Cherokee we already have. So we popped in to look around and were greeted by Rex, he was easy going and pretty knowledgable. When we sat down with him, we decided it would be best to trade in my car instead as i don't want to get rid of our brand new vehicle. So after a run around, and what seemed to be a waste of my time. Due to Jon one of the sales managers not being in one day they called me in (I walked out due to one of the other sales managers pushing a sale of a vehicle I did not want), I got a call the next day by Jon. Who made it happen. He apologized for what happened the night previously, as he wasn't in and was the sales manager over seeing my sale. Anyways, we went in took a look at a new wrangler and we were sold. He also got me the payments I wanted on the Jeep and got me approved !! I am so thankful for his hard work, and Rex's as well. If you want great customer service and deal with GENUINE people. Those are the two guys you want to deal with.
