Recently had to take my 2018 Equinox in for service for what turned out to be a faulty alternator and serpentine belt. Although I didn't have an appointment initially, Todd Taylor in service was kind enough to squeeze me in so that the problem could properly be diagnosed and the parts ordered. He was very professional, and most helpful in getting my repairs looked after as expeditiously as possible, as well as in getting me the best price possible for the repairs, and providing me with a loaner vehicle. I can't rate his interaction with me highly enough!

They were very patient while I kept changing my mind. There’s no pressure at all. In fact, it was a tad eerie because no one there seemed to mind either way if I bought a vehicle from them or not. There was a few things that didn’t sit quite right with me but I did go ahead with the purchase. Bottom line… better than the dealerships I’ve had business with over my driving lifetime.

Lisa towes- one of the most rude customer service workers I have ever experienced. Being a young women, I often find mechanics try to pull the wool over your eyes and thats what happened to me at the victoria Chevy. I got an oil change from the dealership and my car kept leaking oil for a few weeks after so I returned to discover the problem. Linda acknowledged that my filter cap was not put on properly during the previous oil change done at this shop. However, she then charged me with the full oil change price plus an extra 10$ or so dollars for more shop time to clean up my car. I tried to discuss this with Linda but was returned with rude remarks and I ended up having to pay the full price. After emailing Chevy and calling them about this situation and how to rectify it- noone has replied. So here I am writing this review to warn other customers to not go to Chevy and try to avoid Linda towes at all costs!

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had!!!! Seemed okay in the beginning then it became a nightmare fast!! Definitely do not recommend their service for any car buyer or truck buyer for that matter! They are horribly dishonest with their services telling you multiple stories about the car or truck your interested in AND low ball your trade in worse then any other dealership around! They also blow your phone up even if you state your at work or busy AND when you tell them NO DEAL and you are not interested anymore they text you two days later bugging you again about the same vehicle (but two days prior have 5 people they could call to buy the vehicle if you won’t right now) they have 100% lost my service and anyone else who asks me about their dealership sad to because I’m in a career where trucks are needed!

When I purchased my vehicle there, everything went well but, recently, I asked if they would buy the vehicle back outright from me. Not that it wasn't a good ride but mainly because it came with " Run Flat " tires. No spare tire. A lot of the models there come equipped with run flats. I only had the car for 5 months / 700 Km.
I was treated like an absolute criminal. they know me yet they thought I was scamming them or something. Made me wait a long time. Finally I thought enough was enough and left. Went elsewhere. ( Never to Return )

I had put a deposit in a vehicle to hold it and my deposit was returned and the vehicle sold without communication to me.
