We have had the WORST experience with this dealership. I would definitely NOT go back or recommend. My partner and I did a custom build new truck that somehow didn’t get ordered (we were told the order wasn’t picked up by GM-but I am not sure that it just wasn’t ordered) that was the 1st issue. So when some Fleet trucks came in, we were told we could have 1 of them but of course after 7 hrs of back and forthing on the price, we ended up having to pay for options we didn’t want/order and not getting some options we did want and ultimately paid more than the original deal . That was the 2nd issue. The 3rd is that we were guaranteed the financing from the original truck but again had to drive to Duncan from Victoria for another 4 hrs only to find out that the financing wasn’t set up and had to wait another day to get that sorted. The 4th is that we finally thought we were in the clear and all was good, but they gave the bank the wrong date to take out the payments….resulting in an NSF fee from the bank …and it was up to us ourselves to sort out the banking and set up the proper payment plan. It has been 1 cluster after another we don’t trust them not to screw up the level kit and tire install, so we have to make yet ANOTHER trip to Duncan to check out the service department as the sales, management and finance departments have all buggered this deal. We have wasted so much time, energy and been stressed that I wouldn’t recommend them. The truck is great but this dealer….not so much…..Just 1 major hassle after another. So much so we haven’t been able to fully enjoy our new truck.

Vehicle sat for a full week for fluid top ups. 2nd time with problems, refused to do an oil change on my Cadillac because they aren't a Cadillac garage. Cadillac garage confirmed they could because I'm not close to one. Small town and the only reason they are still in business is because of it. Classic case of you don't have a choice without travelling so customer care isn't a priority. Don't waste your time at Brian McLeans.

I made an appointment to have my airbag replaced as per the GM notice that I received. According to Gm the airbags are now available. Appointment made I drive the 39 km to dealership and was told should be done before noon. Came back but job was not done wasted a couple hours and then asked for status. Status was no airbags on stock drove the 30 km home after wasting a day. I did receive a sorry but no explanation. Not very encouraging and not a sign that they know what they are doing.

I refused to pay and the service guy immediately threatened collections so I spoke with a manager in a room filled with big guys with their arms crossed (more kept arriving as I spoke).
When it became clear to the manager I wasn't going to pay or to play his game of 'let's be reasonable and negotiate'. I was offered a lifetime ban, which I proudly accepted. A large man with his arms crossed watched me until I pulled away.

They gave me fair price on my Chrysler 200, when ICBC failed to show up to do my insurance due to computer system failure they were quick to give a rental car so I could get to work on time and return after work to do the insurance and plates. Had a problem with vibrations in steering wheel and under the front end due to tires needing balancing but they were quick to fix the problem the next day. I appreciated Kris as he seems to be a very sincere and honest salesman which is pretty rare today! So yes definitely recommend Kris to handle any of your new or used car purchases.

I had put a deposit in a vehicle to hold it and my deposit was returned and the vehicle sold without communication to me. We attempted to negotiate a deal on this vehicle and the salesman refused to budge on the price or throw in anything, including winter tires/rims in February.

The sales manager suggested that if the vehicle fail any aspect of the out of provenance inspection to submit the bill for reimbursement. The braking brake fail. I received a check for the full amount promptly.
