I bought a new truck here, and it was my first and last time dealing with them. I thought we were on the same page when I was dealing with the salesman over the phone, but when I showed up to complete the sale, the terms were not what I was expecting. The reason why I didn't walk away was that I had foolishly put down a deposit and had driven a long way to get there, and I didn't want to walk away from $1000.
All I was really looking for was transparency and to know what the terms were up front, but the salesman was more interested in getting my credit card to secure the sale. It didn't help that once I got there and discovered the problem, he was pretty smug and condescending about the whole thing and just pointed the finger back at me. Misunderstandings happen, and I know I should have done some things differently but that goes for him too. I really wasn't impressed.
I don't think I'll buy another GM, but if I did, I wouldn't even bother calling these guys. I only went here because I thought I was getting a better deal than I actually was. Just stick with one of the bigger dealers in Prince George or the Lower Mainland, do your homework, and don't waste your time here.
