Awesome Service Department. I got my used Ram truck in Burnaby in early Feb/2020 and brought it in to Foundation CDJR in Squamish a for Peace of Mind inspection. Bradley took great care with me and even provided me with a summary report of my truck’s VIP Summary Report with all service, warranty & recall history. Adrian provided me with an update of a pending recall and took away any concerns I had. Service a Manager Don Khela came out of his office to introduce himself and told me to see him if I ever have any issues. I asked him about a third-party extended warranty I had purchased and he assured me it was from a good company and he even knew one of their administrators personally. I was there for an hour while truck being inspected and felt comfortable, well-informed and thorough with any explanations. I look forward to having my truck serviced there as I know I will be looked after like any customer wants but seldom gets. Thank you team.

I purchased a used car from the dealership remotely, whereas I was out of town and the deal was mostly done online. Sales team was great and we were able to get the deal done for the most part sight unseen. A test drive and final check and I found a great car. A car I loved. Due to unforeseen circumstance the car broke down but the dealership was honest and ethical in dealing with the outcome.

Took my 2017 dodge diesel 1 ton with 162,000 km to this dealership as it was overheating, they said the head caskets were gone. So 3 days later and $3900.00 in repairs. Picked up the truck and made it from Kamloops to Salmon Arm and the truck overheated worse than before so called them and they said to bring it back in, so after 2 days none of them could figure out what was wrong with it and they were continuing to charge us. On top of that they wouldn't return the $3900.00 we paid as the work they did was not what was wrong with it. So we ended up arguing and fighting and had to purchase a new truck as we couldn't afford to keep paying for them to investigate what was wrong. So after the $3900.00 wrongful charge we ended up paying $50,000.00 for a new truck that we didn't even want as the truck we had was only a 2017.
This dealership is crooked and we will never be back I will also continue to spread the word stay away from them, no customer service skills at all.

Currently trying to RETURN a broken vehicle. 2017 Dodge Journey. Day one, both Fob batteries dead. Cab ride to town to get one as Gibson's is 20 min away. Take said vehicle in, as transmission will not hold the hill, and fuel mileage roughly 7 mpg. Computer said 13 mpg. Yet at a stop sign, you can watch the gauge go down. Salesman, was just trying to clear the lot, had entire details, of a COMPLETLY different vehicle smoozed over us, before mechanic corrected him. All In all, you got my truck. I get to call a wrecker to get it off your lot, as I will not drive something with a faulty transmission.

I have been using Vernon Dodge Service since buying my new truck there almost 5 years ago. Owning a top of the line Diesel truck isn’t cheap and neither is the required maintenance.
However, they have always been honest in their charges, have not charged for anything unwarranted and have given me a break on many high ticket items.
I’ve taken my truck in with concerns, they’ve checked it out and if anything didn’t require attention, they sent me on my way with an explanation and no charge for the time they spent.
Today I went to the Parts dept. to request some info on my truck. I’ve only been to that dept. a couple times. To my amazement, he recognized me, new my name and pulled up all my info on my truck.
I can’t say enough about the way this dealership treats me as a client. They go out of their way every single time and hit the ball out of the park with their after purchase service!

But when i went in recently to trade in my Ram , which is in Excellent shape and has always been very well maintained , i was told how much it was worth on a trade in. I could not believe that they would tell me it it had depreciated $65,000 in only 3 years.

Hands down the absolute WORST service I have EVER experience in my entire life. All thanks to their service advisor Mike Gemelas.
Recently (January 13, 2020) I went and got a quote for KO2 tires for my Jeep. I was quoted $1452.55 by Cody Bodrug and I paid $1601.50 because Mike Gemelas said I absolutely need an alignment with the tire change which contradicted what Cody Bodrug stated but I wanted to keep my warranty, so I went along with it. Later however, my drivers side had a leak and a pool of water had formed on the floorboard. I called the service department on January 30, 2020 and asked if it was covered by warranty and they said no. I needed it fixed so I said okay schedule me in.
On February 6, 2020 I was scheduled for an appointment with Leak Pro at their service department for 8am. Mike Gemelas was there and he tells me to wait as Leak Pro performs their inspection to find the problem. After the inspection I was told that not only is my drivers side door seal destroyed but my passenger side was also letting water through onto my floorboard.
I asked Mike Gemelas for a quote. He said it would be $430+tax for the drivers side, but if I did both together it would be $580+tax. I was a little sketched out that they mentioned the passenger side because I hadn’t seen any signs of a leak. However, the price was okay and I assumed they had some integrity and told them to go for it, do both.
After checking inventory Mike Gemelas said they didn’t have the parts in stock for the passenger side and said do you want to just do the driver side now and the passenger side later? I said as long as you give me the same price of $580 sure. The leak pro guy was standing right beside us and said they’d have to charge more for the labour if I got it done separately. So, I refused and said to order the parts and do it together no way would I pay double makes no sense. They kept the work order open and ordered the passenger side seals.
The parts came in and I was scheduled for February 21, 2020 at 9:30am. I drop off my jeep at 9:30am and at 11:37am I get a voicemail from the infamous Mike Gemelas saying that the work was done and the total price was $1558. As soon as I heard that I flipped out. HOW DO YOU GO FROM $580 TO $1558 THAT’S ALMOST 3X THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. It’s common courtesy and I’m pretty sure common practice to let someone know if the price exponentially changes like that before you would start any work but nope Mike Gemelas goes ahead and gets the work done wastes not only my time but wastes the guy from leak pros time as well.
I get in touch with Mike Gemelas to voice my concerns and was told to come to the shop and talk about it. So I goto the shop and ask him to explain himself he starts saying he didn’t include parts in the quote. WHAT IN THE xxxx DID YOU QUOTE IN THOSE TWO QUOTES EARLIER IF YOU DIDN’T INCLUDE THE PARTS?? My experience with Mike Gemelas was complete madness. To me he seems to be an unethical employee with a history. (I’m surprised he’s still employed I’ve actually read the reviews today and people have had similar issues with him before)
My experience here on February 21, 2020 seriously made me question their ethics and makes me wonder if I even needed to get my passenger side seals “fixed”.
I originally bought my Jeep from this Abbotsford dealership in March of 2016 and my 4 year warranty expires March 4, 2020. I was going to upgrade my current 2016 Jeep to the 2020 Jeep model when my warranty expired but now I definitely will be taking my business to another dealership. As well as letting everyone I know; friends and family to avoid this dealership and their service department as long as Mike Gemelas remains their employee.

When asked about the history of the vehicle, the salesperson did not disclose that it was a rental vehicle from Alberta. All they said was that it was an employee's wifes vehicle (who knows if this is even true at this point). Back and forth multiple times, wasting time and gas from Campbell River and finally go to sign the papers after being on the phone with insurance and everything and that is the moment they disclose that it was a rental vehicle. Waste of time and money, and sure don't appreciate the feeling of basically being lied to. I'm a young driver and have many purchases to make regarding vehicles in my future, but never here after the way they handled things. Pro tip for any future buyers, ask to see the Carfax before you even test drive because they won't disclose anything until you are ready to sign.

My Jeep wont start and the whole car was shut off. I called in, and they said Bring it on Wednesday, and we promise we will take it in on Thursday (Next day) at 7am, and wil have someone look at it by 8am. And someone will get in touch with you no later than noon to give you an update
Hours go by, and nobody is reaching out. So I call, they say yes we have your car. X is taking care of it, and he will reach out within the hour or 2. Sure, I put my phone down, and I wait. 1 hour, 2, 3, 4,... Nobody is calling. I pick up the phone, and call again, and again, I am told, sorry about that, X was supposed to call you, he is on lunch now, but promise, he will call you as soon as he is back... needless to say, nobody called that day
I call the next day, exact same story, and exact same process, whole day goes by. nobody calls or returns my calls.
Next day, Saturday, I am finally off work. So i decide to go to the shop and have a face to face conversation to see whats going on. Upon my arrival, Im shocked: My Car is exactly where I parked it, outside, 3 days ago, and it hasnt moved since ! So basically, nobody has even looked at my car yet, worse: Its been staying outside, in an open unsecured spot, for 3 days !
I go inside the shop, demande to speak to the manager, surprise suprise: He is on his lunch break and just left 2min ago ! Of crouse he did :)
The lady takes down my info, and she says, he will contact you today, as soon as he is back. So I leave. An hour goes by, 2, 3, 4.... NOBODY CALLS ! I call in, and she says yes he is here, but heis with a customer. I will make sure jhe calls you back as soon as he is done. So I hang up, and guess what? NOBODY CALLS ! I call back, shop is closed now..
Monday, Finally someone returns my call around noon, My car is still outside. They say promise we will take it today, and we will get back to you today..... Hours go by... nothing again....
Tuesday, I am getting a call. I had 3 main problems: Car wont start, The seats heaters are very weak, and the car gas gap wont open with the elctronic button (opens like 1-2/10 times). Worth mentionning that I am also under warranty.
They run the diagnosis. Find out the battery is dead, so we decide to replace it.. ~ $500. I mention the other 2 problems, and thta they're covered under my waranty, so they can go a head and fix them.
I get a call next day. The price is now +$800 because they had to run a software update and fix the gas gap, and these are not covered. Worth mentionning: I said not to do any extra none covered work without prior approval. But they went and did it anyway. I thought, no big deal, they said whatever they did fixed the heating & gap problems.
I pick up my car. Then I find out that what they claimed was fixed is actually not. The heater is still as weak as always, and the gap still wont open ! I'm very upset (*As I had to rent a car while they were supposidily taking care of all of this). So I call in: I demand to speak to a manager, and explain everything to him, and how the "fixes" they billed me for, actually did not fix anything.
The mangager, after couple of minutes on the phone, says he is gonna speak to the mechaninc, and will call me back "Within an hour or 2". Do you wanna guess what happens next? : Yes, 2 hours go by, no call. 3 hours, 4, 5... so I call, the rep picks up the phone, says yes the manager is right here, but on the phone, and he will call me back right away !
Nothing ! Shop closes for the day. Next day comes. I call again, and again, The rep says, the manager is right here, but he is with a custumer. He is aware, I will remind him, and He will call you right after.... hours go by. No Call
Next Day, repeat, same, manager not taking my call, he'll call back, and nothing....and again the next day...., and the next...And still nothing until today..
Needless to say, if you value your money, and your car, STAY THE AWAY from this place. You're better off Youtubing it yourself.
