I was quoted before arriving for an oil change $85 then it cost $190. I complained and they brought it down thank you as we are really tight for $$$ currently. Also I would ask them to bring me in and teach and show me potential repairs. I would love them to clear/check the check engine light I did buy a vehicle there. But nope that is a $150 charge. The brake rotors probably don't need $300 of work. Literally just got new tires and I rarely drive so please show me and teach me why my tires need to be rotated already. I'm also curious about the $2,251 to REPLACE STEERING RACK AND WITH INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS. I went under my vehicle and Youtubed a bunch of stuff and I cant see why they need replacing. Please teach me and show me these things and help me understand. I appreciate you listening. I just changed my old 2017 ram eco-diesel for a brand new 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s not that bad.
The salesperson was Kyle Linn.
I have to say he did make it easy and efficient, and I was very impressed he kept his promise and (after the deal was done), helped me get few Mopar parts at dealer cost, and got the parts dept. to order them and install them for me without having an scheduled appointment .
I thought he made that promise before I bought the car just to grease the wheels, but he did keep his word and stayed behind to help me get everything ordered at discount rates. He did not push me onto the parts department, he came and stayed with me to make sure I do get the items that I wanted to add onto the car, same day I got the car, so I don’t have to make a separate appointment and trip later on.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, with Kyle and with the whole experience.
I used to deal with O’Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack, but I just learned that Willowbrook is just as good , and I don’t have to drive all the way to Chilliwack for a new truck.

Terrible service department! I was never provided a written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another dealer on top of the $7000 repairs that were done at this service dept. When i asked the manager why they didn't offer to replace the engine they said they wouldn't lake any money do that!! We are being forced to take legal action. Sales guys are great service dept is brutal.

Bought a used 2019 Dodge Journey, Had small vibration at 60 Km. Told salesman and he said everything checked out. I Live on Vancouver Island and the salesman told me to take it to local tire shop, 2 tires out of round and out of specs. Bought new tires from Costco, Costco tires still vibrated so took the car to Duncan Dodge and found all 4 tires had the wrong weight which fixed the problem. Go Dodge should of put a name brand tires on the car instead of the tires that the top 20 auto makers don't use. Got nothing but the run around from them.

I tried purchasing a car still under full manufacturer warranty from them, agreed on a price over the phone and when I went to buy it I found that the car had an unreported accident with cracked and detached front bumper that they failed to mention (I ran CARFAX myself and it was reported clean with no accidents).
Despite ignoring the damage and maintaining my initially agreed offer, they went back to the original listing price, refusing to budge, with some outrageous dealer fees like we never discussed or agreed on anything previously. Basically, all the time spent on the phone was only meant to lure you in and try to rip you off. Not even an apology.

Have a Chrysler 200 and a ram 1500 diesel, both from wood grove, been using dealer for warranty service schedules.. been fine. Last visit with 200 was disappointing as found the service coordinator (female) lacked customer empathy and experience and only interested in pumping for $$$..wrong attitude, needs to realize many customers are mechanically inclined and need confidence in the dealership in order to leave their vehicles!!!!!

Daughter bought 2018 got sold a service plan. 1st oil service told her she needed engine fluid $200.00 ripped her off as she had just bought it 4 months before and it had been done. She is on disability. 2nd service. Terrible customer service. Told it would take 2hours. They knew I was walking and waiting. Came back they had not even started. No phone call. Nothing. I am a senior citizen and made plans around this time frame. No consideration at all.

I brought my truck in for service because there was an oil leak. The first day it didn't even get looked at. Once it finally got in the second day the service department phoned to tell me that I was low on oil. So they topped it up and told me to keep an eye on it. I ask them to find a oul leak???

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.
