I had a problem with my 5 year old Ram 2500. The turbo was acting up and the check engine light came on and stayed on. This is a serious problem for a diesel engine. I took the truck to a dealer in Ottawa and without even looking at the truck they quoted me $7,000 for the repair. As a result I had the truck floated to Belleville Dodge where the service department took over and diagnosed the problem right away.
Not only did they fix the problem, but they managed to replace the parts under warranty (which has long ago expired). I drove away with a bill for $1,500 and a truck that drives the way it should. A great team at Ralph Neale's made me a very happy customer. Well done and thank you folks.

We are from out of town and our engine light came on while passing through London, On. We required a replacement of the Diesel EGR valve. We found our way to Finch Chrysler service department and were greeted by service advisor Pete Donald. Pete got our truck in quickly and found we had to wait for parts to arrive. They shuttled us to a hotel for an overnight stay and back again the next morning. Pete kept us informed of every step in the repair process. Our experience at this dealership was extremely positive and we thank Pete for his professionalism.

We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

Couldn't tell me if my problem was warranty covered.had to spend $150 and 1.5 hours...only then were they able to look up my warranty...which they said they had no access to on the phone or at the service desk.
I told them that the problem was sporadic....only happened one time..and after the appointment and service charge there response was that the problem could not be found...and I should bring it back if it happened again....while it was happening...
Really..the problem is sporadic!!!!
