Service was good but I did ask them to put air in my tires but it doesn’t look like they did it. The warning light is still I’ve and it tells me to inflate my tires. I would, but with that metric reading and it being cold out I had hoped to have it done

I contacted a service rep. on Monday, I needed my windshield replaced I gave him all of my info. he told me that he would get back to me with a price and appointment details. I'm still waiting for his call. I contacted speedy glass the job was done in less then two and a have hours new wipers and cabin filter all work that I wanted to give to your dealership your loss. I don't know who I spoke to but needed to choose someone to submit my review.

Intake process was quick , friendly and efficient. Then , I enjoyed a good free coffee in a well organized waiting room with a large screen TV . No crowding to respect the Covid problem with adequate washrooms available. The mechanic went beyond the call of duty and asked to repair a problem that's bothered me for a couple of years ! I ended up with a a good tune-up as well which I had been procrastinating about also ! More money than I had wanted to spend but probably saved a bunch down the road . A really good experience overall . Thank you.

This was the first time since purchasing my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan in June that I had service done at Southbank. With 5500Kms I brought it in for the first oil change , mounting and installing snow tires and adjustments to the rear doors. I was very pleased with my reception and Tyler was excellant in advising me of the options re purchasing rims for my snow tires and his explanation of procedures at Southbank. The only criticism I have is that it seemed to take excessively long....approximately 3 1/2 hours. Since I had an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early I was surprised it took so long. Perhaps advising me of the estimated time at the beginning or as time passed would have been helpful. I look forward to many more service visits to Southbank as I was very pleased with Tyler and the service people, with the one critique discussed above. Please be aware I prefer to have good and complete service to "fast" service but I feel this was a bit long for the service required.
