I cannot thank them enough!!!
It started last week when I brought my car in because the track in my back passenger sliding door had crumbled away. Dan was absolutely wonderful. He knew I was on a time limit because I have to pick my son up from daycare at 3. He was awesome and called me before so I had enough time to get my son. He said he needed to order the parts (there was also a recall notice he knew of that I completely forgot about!!) And he offered me a rental vehicle free of charge just because he knew I had small children. He made a huge difference in making this as convenient for me as possible.
The following week I came to do my drop off. I was met with another incredible person named Tyler. He was very thorough, addressed all my issues and then some. I told him about the work I was here for, and I had mentioned something about my sensor on my passenger side. He was open and ready for it all. I also inquired about a detail (with 2 kids you can imagine how many French fries are there!), he quoted me but I passed because that was a little high for us right now. He then saw I was taking out everything, carseats and kid crap, to put in the rental he said if I take everything out he would do the detail for free!!! I think my jaw dropped the floor. I was shocked and so so grateful. As if he couldn't have made my day better, he asked what happened to my caps. I told him and he said he could get me caps for a fraction of the price. I jumped on that!!
After that, I met with the car rental (who was also lovely), and all the paperwork was settled. Tyler even helped me bring carseats to the rental.
These guys had no idea that I was having a rough morning. Everything that could have gone wrong, did that day, however the minute I walked into the service area, I was taken care of like the most important customer ever. I left almost in tears that day because I was so grateful for them.
Tyler kept me up to date and called the next day saying it would be ready this afternoon. I was shocked considering how much work they had to do!
My daughter and I showed up and Tyler showed me my big beautiful van. It was like she was new again. I had to hold back tears because it was incredible.
He informed me of something that I should look into to protect the floor of my car. He gave me a quote but never pressured me.
Dan periodically came to check on me, make sure everything was good. He was so so pleasant and attentive!
The rims he got me were better grade and still only charged me what he told me he would.
All the work they did and I walked away with only spending $90. I was in shock when I left.
As a mom, very busy with 2 small kids, I work (now with less hours because of covid), I'm attempting homeschool through this pandemic, and with so much more on plate, I don't think a company and their employees have EVER taken such good care of me. Words cannot express enough, how very, very grateful I am. Every time I came, the minute I walked in, I was treated impeccably.
Dan and Tyler had done everything they could to make life easier on me and I am forever going to remember them. I hope this review is enough but no words could ever aniuntvto how they helped me and made me feel.
Southbank dodge has always been amazing to me from when I bought my van to now and I will ALWAYS return.
