"Joe and his crew are incredible!"

I cannot say enough about Joe. After my Dad passed away, Joe continued to help my Mum and I with the maintenance of his Jeep Liberty. Not only is Joe kind, friendly - and funny - he genuinely cares about customers. He goes that extra mile to explain what is happening and to fix the situation in the most cost-effective way. At first I was skeptical of going to a dealership - but after the years of experience with this service centre, I can firmly say that I am sold on the Roadsport Chrysler team. Thank you, Joe, for all you've done to help our family. We have the utmost respect for you and the knowledge you have.

"Excellent service first time at Dealer "

Tried dealer based on their good rating from searching on line for first time and was very happy with exceptional service. This is my second Chrysler minivan town and country in the past 6 months from 2 different dealers other then this one. The first one was from Scarsview and the second from Scarborough Chrysler. Had bad experience and service at both dealers. Unfortunately my first one was written off in a bad accident but happily to say saved my life. I was starting to think if I made a right choice in buying a second Chrysler based upon my past experiences at two different dealers. Today I can honestly say I'm starting to feel better with my choice after meeting a group of people at Roadsport Chrysler that took their time and care to make me feel at home. I will like to take this time to say thank you to Connor Brooks (Service Advisor) that welcomed me for first time and helped out at the end of the day to get my oil changed,check fluid leak and get sqeeky door fixed all in a matter of time. I don't mind paying more for service some times, this time I got great service at a great price. Also thanks to the Mechanic Dave which spend his time to give me his honest opinion on what his conclusion was with the leak. Thanks Dave door isn't making noise anymore. Last but not least thanks to the rest of the dedicated people like the receptionist and people behind the parts and service desk. They made me laugh after a hard and frustrating day. Looking forward to my next visit at RoadSport Chrysler.

"Most Knowleagble and Best Technical Staff"

My engine light and Transmission Control Module was fixed in less than 1 hour, Engine light problem almost all of North America dealers had failed on this before this shop succeeded in fixing it.

"Great Service!"

After not having my heated seat fixed by Toronto Chrysler (which is where I bought it from) and being ignored by the dealer principal, I decided to try Roadsport since they are closer to me anyway. Joe helped me out with my first visit and on my follow up visit Connor took care of me, both gentlemen were very helpful and as of today my heated seat is finally fixed. I'd recommend them to anyone I know. Once I'm ready to buy again I'll be heading to Roadsport to purchase next time around.

"Bias Service Department"

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from the dealership with about 25k on it. After driving it for a few days we realized it that the suv pulls to the right instead of driving straight. We brought it into the dealership to have it looked at, they said it's fine, safe to drive on nothing to worry about. We continued driving the vehicle for a few more days and noticed it's getting worse so we brought it in again. The dealership said they did an alignment on the vehicle. We then drove the suv home with the same pull as if they had done nothing. I brought the vehicle to a private shop who informed us that the tires were cupped and could be causing the problem and so we went back to the dealership. After speaking with Peter the service manager they actually replaced the tires which didn't fix the pull/drift issue however it did make the suv a lot quieter. Since the suv was still pulling we decided to go back again and they stated they did another alignment, which they should have done originally when they switched the tires. Drove home after that with the same issue. We called the service manager about the issue and he suggested we go for a ride with him and we did. He stated that holding the wheel on an angle to drive straight is normal due to road conditions. We drove over flat roads, hills, bumpy roads, and roads that are on angles, he held the wheel in the same position to the left the whole time to keep the suv straight. After the drive Peter stated he would try to fix the issue and try to make the wheel straight. He did however within three days of driving the vehicle to only work and back (no big bumps or pot holes or anything) the suv is back to the same issue where it's drifting / pulling to the right and you need to hole the steering wheel to the left the exact same way as before. We went back to the dealership today... Peter said there's nothing we can do about the issue sorry. I will not be returning to this dealership for service ever again. Thanks for an amazing experience.
