"Fast and friendly service"

I took my Jeep Commander in for a 200k service. This was the first time I had used Fairview for servicing the Commander and it hadn’t been serviced for a while. I was expecting a significant bill and it did turn out to be expensive. However, Todd, went out of his way to explain in detail all of the things they found and which ones were critical and which ones could wait. The communication was excellent and I was very comfortable with the work we ended up performing. The car was ready on time and at the price agreed. Todd and his colleague Christina are both very friendly and customer oriented. They will be my go-to people for all future services.

Best Customer Sevice Ever! Todd let me know another issue other than what I brought car in for. Wouldn’t let me drive My vehicle,but gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge. Who does that! Todd explained everything in detail and I was very happy how quickly my car was fixed. In case you are wondering, Todd suggested the problem they found, was far more important that what i brought the car in for. Thank you so much to Todd for assisting with my vehicle repair this morning. The part was diagnosed and repaired within a matter of hours. When Todd was unavailable, Christina was a great help so that I wasn't waiting. Vehicles can be stressful most-times, but Todd was informative and kept in touch throughout the morning to update me on all progress, which I really appreciated. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and I'm grateful for the friendly shuttle service to/from my workplace. I am new to the area, but when I require any future service, I will be coming to Fairview Chrysler. Thanks again!

Rude service and always have to take car to get reserviced - twice have messed up break jobs and on a tire rotation over tightened the wheel drums and almost could have killer someone - STAY AWAY FAR AWAY

I have been dealing with Fairview Chrysler for over 25 years and have never had a complaint or issue! Every car I purchased was very reasonably priced and top quality. The follow up service and service department are exceptional- top notch technicians, knowledgeable and personable staff, quick and reasonable prices. I really appreciate the shuttle service. Overall, this is a very reputable and quality dealership with good employees. A lot of the staff have been there for decades, which says a lot about the culture and work environment.

"Awful Experince - Avoid The Service Department "

Do everything you can to avoid the service department at this facility. My Jeep broke down nearby, was towed in and needed the transmission replaced. After the staff ordered in a transmission that didn't work on my vehicle it was left with me to find a solution. I was left to find a used transmission on my own after one effort they made didn't work out and the oversight was on their part. I managed to find one with lower kilometres, longer warranty and $1,000 cheaper. When asked what I paid and informed the staff member assisting me, the response was "that's about right". If "that's about right" why were they trying to charge me $1000 more for an inferior product? After taking over a week to get to this point it took an additional 6 days after receiving the transmission to have it installed. This while I was without a vehicle and it sat in their lot. I called several other jeep dealerships to determine what the costs should be before making the trip in to pay for the installation. I was charged nearly $200 more than what the other deleaships said it should cost. When bringing this to their attention the response was "I quoted you for 8 hours". Not only was this inaccurate but why not quote and price based on how long the job should take and not try to pull one over on someone, i would highly recommend going anywhere before this faculty. If you're stuck between a rock and hard place as I was be sure to do your homework to ensure you're not taken advantage of.

"no warranty on any tires"

Upon taking my 11 month old Dodge Journey back to the dealership where I purchased it today I was told that the front end noise I brought it in for was my tires.I have 17,000 original kilometres and the back tires will not pass a safety and the front are wearing badly.I asked about a warranty and they told me to go to the tire manufacturer. Not their problem..The salesperson Judy managed to get 20% discount. The tire manufacturer says tge vehicle has an alignment issue and needs to be fixed. Now how is going to own up to the vehicle in its first year of service????????

"Not even worth 1 star "

Absolutely disgraceful place. I had booked an appt on Saturday morning with not just a service tech but the service MANAGER Willie and income in to find that my appointment was never booked and they were too busy to take me in for the recalls on my truck. Never going there again. Willie should not be a manager if he doesn't know how to take care of his customers.
