I was at the dealership dropping off my vehicle for service when I hear one of the staff on the phone yelling at a customer. The staff member was very rude to the Person on the phone. Absolutely horrib service when I hear one of the staff on the phone yelling at a customer. The staff member was very rude to the Person on the phone. Absolutely horrible had I not needed the serving I was booked for and time constraints I would have walked out. I have since found a new dealership to service my vehicle. I have since learned the staff members name was Anna. She definitely needs help with her customer service skills. No person should be talked to that way. More

Wish I could give zero stars. Took our vehicle in for a simple sensor replacement and brought it home without the sensor replaced and with $2000 worth of damages to our SCR. They Took our vehicle in for a simple sensor replacement and brought it home without the sensor replaced and with $2000 worth of damages to our SCR. They spent over 2 hours attempting to remove the sensor as it seized, instead of calling us to let us know what was going on, and the potential for damages, they ripped out the sensor and cracked the SCR. We then got a phone call informing us that a simple sensor replacement was now costing us $2500. We understand that sensors seize sometimes and that damages can happen, however had Johnston Chrysler done their due diligence to call us and let us know what the situation was we would have immediately told them to stop. Instead we were only given that option after the damages had been done. We paid $370 for a diagnostic fee and their labour to break our vehicle. No remorse, no apology, just a dry uncaring customer service staff. We will never let them touch another vehicle . We drove it off the lot and will be taking it to a competent mechanic with better customer service. More

I brought our 2016 dodge journey in to the service department over 2 months ago because it would get power but wouldn't start, they charged me over $600 for a new battery even knowing my battery was o department over 2 months ago because it would get power but wouldn't start, they charged me over $600 for a new battery even knowing my battery was only 8 months old & was fine. 3 days later the same thing was happening, then they said it was an abs module waited 2 months for the part to come in spent over $2000 in rentals. Went to pick up my car paud them another $750 & it still won't start so they said they needed to boost the battery. Picked the car up the next day was running unitl it sat over night & now won't start again. They have charged me over $1500 for work that didn't need to be done & still don't have a working car.
