Took truck due to slow leak found out it was the seal.. i dealt with Shane who's amazing. I've been dealing with this dealership since 2013.Shane has alwbeen hones and fair with me . Whenever I need parts he's always been helpful suggesting the different parts to do the job. I would recommend any who owns a Chrysler to take it to team as their service department is amazing.

"My 12” Uconnect display failed after a overnight update &..."

My 12” Uconnect display failed after a overnight update & the software killed my battery. Shane was able to fit me in, change my battery & then get the software back up & running. Definitely worth the drive from my home to here for some good service. The mechanic joe was also awesome! Tested the battery & made sure all connections were tight!

"Exceptional service from Shane Marion"

Had to bring our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service as check engine light came on. Have to take the time to write about Shane Marion in Service. He is so approachable and always accessible to handle any of our service needs. When we purchased this vehicle at Team Chrysler, I felt a little lost with the service department. I didn't understand the timing of service for our new vehicle, it was different than how things were handled at other (non-Chrysler) dealerships we've dealt with. Shane took on the responsibility of servicing our vehicle and has been there for us ever since! His professionalism and understanding of our expectations from a service department are truly outstanding. He is the one at the dealership that has won us over to possibly buy future vehicles and to recommend the dealership to others. I am truly appreciative of all of his efforts to be there for us and work to resolve any issues we have with our vehicle. Just an awesome service experience because of him!

"Even during COVID, these guys are great!"

I had to get my brakes done and Shane ensured that I got in and out quickly! Shane does a fantastic job each time looking after my car’s needs! I had to get my brakes done and given the current situation with COVID, he was still incredibly understanding and made sure I was done quickly. I was out in roughly just under two hours, no issues. These guys are no BS and all customer service!
