I am so grateful I purchased my car in London, even though I live in Brampton. Jerry helped me with the purchase of my vehicle and he is so kind, funny and friendly - always with a smile on his face. The customer service is absolutely brilliant and amazing. I had an issue with my car for the past two winters and I took it close to home to still have the problem occur. Then I brought it to London and just when we thought the job was fixed, sadly it was not. David, one of the many customer service assistants, really helped me through this process and ensured my vehicle to be looked at and fixed to my discretion. My car was there for a week and David always contacted me when I asked him questions or when he was updating me with information. David was always smiling, was friendly (note, even at 8:00a.m. when I was his first customer of the morning). I hope David receives this information and a raise! As for Deb and Laurie - these two ladies are so funny, friendly, and kind - (again, even at 8:00a.m. being their first customer)! I hope these ladies also see this review and get a raise! I received a rental vehicle and the best part was David, Deb and Laurie gave me three options as to which vehicle I wanted - which was so kind, they did not have to do, they all could have chosen it for me! While traveling through Northern Ontario I had an overheating engine issue which could not be solved on the side of the highway (2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk). Jason and his team drove to meet me 30 km away, escorted me to the dealership, helped solve the problem, and had me on my way to Thunder Bay in record time. They were honest with parts/repairs, explaining everything to me under the hood together and made sure I had no standing questions or concerns. I highly recommend this team for service and repairs.

I have been dealing with LCC for over 7 years now - my sister and I purchasing 3 vehicles each from the dealership. Last Saturday morning I woke up to a dead battery in my Jeep Wrangler - jumped started it by my neighbor and headed to LCC. I have to say about arriving at the service dept. for 8 am I was greeted by Kyle, who told me no one had the time to change my battery but I could go in and purchase one from Parts then figure out on my own to get it installed. I went into Parts, purchased the battery but I was so flustered and upset because I had no one to help me get the new battery put in - Luckily Becky seen how upset I was when I was paying for the new battery and told me that she would arrange for one of the service techs to change the battery for me and I was directed to Ben in service. I am so very thankful for both Becky and Ben for helping me that day - my husband was out of town for the weekend and didn't know what I was going to do. I am giving Becky and Ben for sure five stars but I do need to say that Kyle needs some customer service training in respect to dealing with customers having emergency repairs and coming across like he doesn't care to help. I have dealt with Chad many times in service and maybe his excellent customer service has spoiled me. Thanks again Becky & Ben!!!! Michelle

We are from out of town and our engine light came on while passing through London, On. We required a replacement of the Diesel EGR valve. We found our way to Finch Chrysler service department and were greeted by service advisor Pete Donald. Pete got our truck in quickly and found we had to wait for parts to arrive. They shuttled us to a hotel for an overnight stay and back again the next morning. Pete kept us informed of every step in the repair process. Very transparent service here at the dealership. I came in to get a peace of mind and they came to me with a few issues noticed on the car. I don't trust dealerships due to the reason of them trying to rip people off but here they provided pictures and showed me in person of what are the issues and Davinder asked the service manager for a discount to help out with the repair and it did help quite a lot.
