I had a great experience with Dominic in service. He was honest, knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep me informed on the service being done. For example He suggested I change the spark plugs now as the part being replaced would have to come off again to change them. This way saving me 1 hour or 2 of service charges. He tuned my Jeep, waived some fees. He gave me a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour. I really felt NOT taken advantage of , or upsold. Though this dealership is out of my way….I would definitely return for any work or purchases in the future.

I had a problem with my 5 year old Ram 2500. The turbo was acting up and the check engine light came on and stayed on. This is a serious problem for a diesel engine. I took the truck to a dealer in Ottawa and without even looking at the truck they quoted me $7,000 for the repair. As a result I had the truck floated to Belleville Dodge where the service department took over and diagnosed the problem right away.
Not only did they fix the problem, but they managed to replace the parts under warranty (which has long ago expired). I drove away with a bill for $1,500 and a truck that drives the way it should. A great team at Ralph Neale's made me a very happy customer. Well done and thank you folks.

We are from out of town and our engine light came on while passing through London, On. We required a replacement of the Diesel EGR valve. We found our way to Finch Chrysler service department and were greeted by service advisor Pete Donald. Pete got our truck in quickly and found we had to wait for parts to arrive. They shuttled us to a hotel for an overnight stay and back again the next morning. Pete kept us informed of every step in the repair process. Our experience at this dealership was extremely positive and we thank Pete for his professionalism.

Of course I told the salesman what I would be using the truck for for and he assured me that this truck would serve my needs within 6 months I began to have trouble with the car slipping out of reverse and I took it into service and they returned the truck to me saying they couldn’t find a problem , I complained to them several times with the same result I took the truck back again and today they told me I need $5000 worth of repairs and they would not cover it under warranty because the truck has heavy duty use and a snow plough attachment My truck is still supposed to be under warranty.It is supposed to be a heavy duty truck, I think they should have told me they only warranty your heavy duty trucks for car pooling , or driving miss daisy Don’t buy a car or get it serviced here
