I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a used car and noticed during the test drive that the vehicle displayed an oil change reminder. When I picked up the car, the reminder had been cleared, which led me to believe the oil had been changed. However, later that same day, I received a warning that the engine oil level was very low. When I contacted the dealership, they admitted they hadn’t changed the oil but had simply reset the notification—without informing me. This lack of transparency and basic responsibility is extremely disappointing. Never trusting this dealership again.

Beware of Dishonest Pricing - Mandatory dealer add-ons not reflected in online list prices. I had reached out to Unique Chrysler to purchase a pre-owned Porsche listed on their website. When I inquired about the vehicle over the phone, I was quoted a monthly payment by Leah, my sales rep (who, to her credit, was extremely pleasant throughout the entire deal) but was never informed that there was a dealer extra included in that price. However, once arriving at the dealership to go over numbers, I was informed that there was an additional $1200+tax charge ($1350 total) for a TAG system installation by Mio, the Finance Manager, that was not previously disclosed. The dealership was firm that this add-on would remain, claiming that this is what they had paid Porsche to have it installed and would be losing money if they did not charge it to me. However, I had previously looked at an identical vehicle at a Porsche dealership a few days before, which unfortunately sold before I could purchase it, who had quoted me $800+tax for the TAG installation (and happily removed it upon request) - so I am not quite sure where the dealership had gotten this upcharge from. We had negotiated through the sale, and I ended up with my final offer being exactly the online list price of the vehicle, but without the upcharge/installation of the TAG system, and they would not budge. For a dealership that prides themselves on "Transparent" pricing, I was not pleased with the dishonest pricing tactics used. If the TAG system is a mandatory upcharge, why not include that into the list pricing of the vehicle on their website for true Transparent pricing? Before leaving this review, I had called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager, but did not have my call returned either. I would advise others to be wary that the prices listed online are not the final price (before tax/licensing) of the vehicle - and to ask for a breakdown of pricing before proceeding.

Ensure you ask for Ethan Yang! We are from Sarnia, Malik was horrible and had stood us up from meeting on a Saturday August 2 2025, he did not let us know the dealership was closed for the long weekend. We had appeared on the lot one more time on 20 Sep after visiting so many other dealerships and I already vowed not to deal with Malik. Out walks Ethan Yang, a nicely dressed, eager and presentable young man. Ethan greatly assisted us and went out of his way to answer all questions we had, the first person in the Sarnia - London area to answer our question on which package do we need for the options we wanted (simply it was to get a powered passenger front seat, now identified as in the SL1 package, no white and no black trucks). He meticulously has us test drive various trucks with various options to ensure we had the right truck for us. Ethan then worked diligently with Dan Mock to get us the best deal we could possibly have made. I really couldn't have asked for a better salesman to assist us in this purchase. Ethan really saved the day here for us, he does deserve a huge pat on the back from his company, he took us from not wanting to deal with this company to making a sale. This is an amazing story of how one person can turn another off of a company then another can really place the company back in the limelight.

Was loyal customer and instead of discounts they overprice everything and very disappointing for many years stay away. The Service Manager has terrible customer service skills and is mister know it all but lacks experience.

After multiple phone calls, emails and texts going up the chain to the business manager, you might get exactly what you started with. Your money and your car back. Very professional and polite. They always let me know what I need and don't lie about me not needing it right that minute. My car is always taken in almost as soon as I arrive. The Dealership is always clean, with a nice place to sit. They have coffee and a vending machine. This is the only Dealership I have ever trusted with my car. And not all Kia Dealerships are created equal! Cars cost alot of money and Dealerships SHOULD look after their customers. Fortunately I'm with a Dealership that cares very much about their Customers. And I thank them every time my car goes in for Service. I truly have nothing bad to say about anyone there and believe me, I am the first one to complain if there is something to complain about.

Everyone I spoke to there was very pleasant and professional. We had an issue initially, but management was very helpful in rectifying the issue. They have a great inventory of interesting used cars, and they will treat you well. I highly recommend them.

I had a scheduled service appointment on April 17, 2026, at 4:15 pm for my Toyota Sienna, with Mr. Rudy Ramballie assigned as the service consultant. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was directed to park my vehicle inside, first in line for service. Upon approaching the counter exactly on my appointment time, Mr. Rudy Ramballie appeared overwhelmed and instructed me to take a seat. Although I indicated I was comfortable standing, he insisted, stating that he was handling “twenty other things” and that my standing presence at the counter would delay his work. This came across as unnecessarily rude, especially given that no other customers were present at the time. I chose to acknowledge the situation and sat down patiently. Additionally, a half-eaten sandwich left open on his counter appeared unprofessional. After approximately 10–15 minutes, he returned with paperwork for signature and asked about my tires. I informed him that my all-season tires were in the back and specifically requested a diagonal swap due to uneven tread wear on the front tires, which has been causing road noise and steering stiffness. Instead of acknowledging the request directly, he responded by asking, “Can you explain why you want to do that?”—which came across as dismissive. I still took the time to explain my reasoning, and he eventually acknowledged it. Nearly an hour later, he returned to process the payment. When I asked about my keys, he responded, “Did I give you the keys?” I replied no, after which he appeared unsure and said they were likely on his desk. He then informed me that my request for a diagonal tire swap had not been followed; instead, the technician performed a standard front-to-back rotation, claiming it was done in the “best possible way” to address the wear. This was not what I had clearly requested. Additionally, as I drove home, I noticed that my windshield wipers—clearly worn—had not been checked or brought to my attention, despite being part of the Maintenance Service #1 checklist. This raises concerns about how thoroughly the remaining service items were completed. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the level of customer service and the quality of work performed. I was charged $107.34, yet key requests were ignored, and basic inspection items were overlooked. Toyota has long been known for its service standards, but this experience raises serious questions about whether customer care remains a priority. I’ve provided a detailed review in the hope that, if service quality is still valued, this situation will be looked into and addressed.

Purchased a vehicle from them "as is" mind you. Took it to my garage to have it checked out and it passed safety. They didn't offer any warranty on the vehicle and the general manager seemed adamant about the fact that he bears no responsibility on this vehicle after its left. After about 2.5 months of owning this vehicle and driving it, the misfires began. I'm somewhat good with cars, so I pulled the codes, and got to work. Replaced Battery, Alternator, Sparks, Injectors, two oil changes, and paid to have Canadian Tire for labor of installing it. After I was completely fed up with dealing with this vehicle I gave up and took it to another Dodge dealership (Village Chrysler), who were very transparent, and quickly found that the down-leak test found 70% leak. They said repair costs would be close to what I bought the car at ($7500), and that I'd be better off replacing the engine. The engine always ran slightly rough at idle, but I thought it was minor. I'm sure they knew this when selling me this car, but clearly wanted to get rid of this car without replacing the engine, or putting in the hours to replace the heads, lifters, and rockers, so they though let's pawn it off to some sucker. Very disappointed with this dealership. I've done much business here, especially service for years. Will never be returning to this location. Steer away. Complete scam. The salesperson tried to privately warn me that nothing to good to be true is. I should've keyed in on that.

When I was looking for my GTR I was told "Go see Chuck, He knows GTR's and is an expert" When I met Chuck we discussed my needs/wants and he went off to do his thing. He found my car in Calgary and made the 'maiden voyage' to inspect the car and close the sale. There is no other dealership on this planet that will go this far for any one person or a sale. The car has been a blast to drive. To date, a year later, the car has no issues, and smokes most cars on the road. Thank you Chuck for going above and beyond to get me the car I always wanted. Let's start looking for another "toy!"

Went to look and purchase a 2017 Nissan Rogue, went in with 2 people, I took it for a test drive, told the salesman Zach that the car was “high tech” I was driving a civic for 20 years. I expressed my concerns about buying an SUV that had any recall on it, the assured me that the recall items were fixed, he also assured me that all problems with the vehicle was fixed. He had me sign off on everything before I actually purchased the car, saying that everything with the SUV was in working order. Apparently, this could not be done after the actual purchase. I asked for the all in price as I would be paying for it in full. After I agreed to purchase, I was told I had to meet with another guy for extra add ons and I was only given 48 hours to decide. I go back in with my information and payment, I ask to look at other vehicles because I have a bad feeling, the sakes manager Quinn, guaranteed that the vehicle would be in working order and nothing would be wrong with it because “they have to fix it all to be able to sell it.” I ask to test drive the SUV again, it’s stilling in the back waiting to get fixed up, it’s not on pavement, but the little gravel stones. I take it, test it, come back, pop the hood and see weird stuff all over the battery, I ask about it, he assured me again that everything will be taken care of and that I don’t need to worry. A few days later I come to buy the suv and they go over in the side with me, saying it’ll take me 3 months to get used to the suv, at this point, I only sit in the drivers seat as Zach goes through the car, I didn’t touch anything while he was showing me, so he has control of the buttons. I ask about if I have issues or a problem occurs, what do I do, he said bring it here to our service department and we will get it all taken care of. Lies… 1 week after purchase, my husband discovered the A/C is not working, I thought that can’t be, the assured me it was in working order. I called, they told me to bring it, then they claimed it was my fault and told me it would cost upwards of 1700.00 to fix. I told them it was not my fault, they said a rock went up into the vent system and it’s leaking fluid and proceeded to blame me, all while calling me by a different name. The wouldn’t let me leave until I paid 203.68. The service lady said, you’ll have to fix this, it’s going to cost x amount to fix, it’s your fault for driving on the highway, I haven’t driven on a highway in 2 years, I’m a local driver only. When I said that it was most likely from their back lot with the pebbles, they continued to blame me, but said we gave the car a wash and now you owe us the 203.68. Now less than 90 days from purchase, the car is dead. It won’t drive for me to even take it in, but after having such a bad experience, being stressed to the point that I no longer sleep and have daily headaches because this was meant to be a safe car for my daughter and myself, I do not recommend them at all. Also, I have found several people who have had the same issue with this dealership, blaming the customer for issues on their cars and telling them it’s going to cost them thousands of dollars to get the issues fixed when other Nissan dealerships don’t cost as much.

I am a single parent, struggling to make ends meet, but I need a vehicle for my job. In May 2024, I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark. My main concerns, as I told the salesman, was that I have a reliable, safe vehicle that would be affordable for me. He assured me that the 2018 VW Tiguan he wanted to sell me was extremely reliable and safe and, given my price range, affordable. Within a week of my taking the vehicle, the EPC warning light came on. AutoPark examined the vehicle and told me I needed a new battery, which they changed at no further cost to me. Within two months, the passenger airbag light came on, as did the engine light. I have been informed that only VW can do diagnostics on their vehicles, and they charge $159 per light that turns on. When you have two lights, as I did, that cost is over $300 and that's before they tell you what's wrong and how much more you'll have to pay for repairs. Now I have two more lights: the engine and EPC lights have come on again. I have had the vehicle for less than six months and the warranty that AutoPark foisted onto me has paid for exactly zero of the diagnostics or repairs so far. To say I feel as though I've been swindled is the understatement of the year.
