After taking almost 1000 from me to fix transmission, they told me the couple says latter i have to replace the transmission for almost 6000.
I cant wait to get rid of nissan unfortunately i have 3 of them. Avoid this dealership by all means
This review is a warning to customers..... Barrie Nissans poor customer service lack of knowledge and being scammed not once but multiple times at this dealership.
The staff are rude and incapable of offering customer service. The service manager Allan lacks the ability to solve problems caused by his own employees and thrives on scamming and ripping off customers. We have encountered many mistakes made by Nissan while servicing our vehicle, when brought to managers attention he continues to blame the customer and present another bill. We spent almost 900 on this past service only for him to tell us that what he quoted us to fix less then a week prior is not the problem its something else. He presented us with another 5500 dollar quote. When I asked why didn't u just fix this problem to start with he said "oh well most people wouldn't want to spend that kind of money". So presuming customers would rather save a buck opposed to driving around in an unsafe vehicles with children. Manager Allan accepted that his staff failed to inform us of options we had to fix this problem properly. He in no way manged to resolve our problem unless we gave them another 5500. This is not the first time the service department at Nissan has charged us for their service and incompleted the job.
I do not reccomend anyone purchase service or invest any time money energy into Barrie Nissan. If this site had negative numbers i would rate it a -5.
