We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

A great experience. The service dept. is the a model of excellent service. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and exceedingly polite. And, Jack is a very hands-on manager. I am very disappointed about the service this dealership is provided specially waiting time is lot like half a day you have to wait just for servicing that sucks, specially after Booking an Appointment, they should keep more staffs which this dealership doesn't keep for some reason.Also they don't provide ride service due to covid which is another headache.Even if it's less busy time these Guys are taking so much time for servicing.

They called me about a couple recalls, set me up for Saturday 8 am. I rearrange my schedule to make it work, arrange for a ride home while work being done. I live 45 minutes away round trip. I arrive and am told that I’m not in the schedule and that they don’t do recall work on Saturdays. I explain to the miserable old guy in service that his people CALLED ME and arranged this. He just shrugs his shoulders aka I don’t care. I find the lady that called me, she admits that she scheduled my appointment but can’t even seem to find the words to say ‘sorry’. Another shoulder shrug. I ask for a manager, she tells me the miserable old guy is ‘basically’ the manager today.
This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience here with the service department, however it will be the last. I will never darken another doorway at Georgetown Chrysler Ram.
