I am so grateful I purchased my car in London, even though I live in Brampton. Jerry helped me with the purchase of my vehicle and he is so kind, funny and friendly - always with a smile on his face. The customer service is absolutely brilliant and amazing. I had an issue with my car for the past two winters and I took it close to home to still have the problem occur. Then I brought it to London and just when we thought the job was fixed, sadly it was not. David, one of the many customer service assistants, really helped me through this process and ensured my vehicle to be looked at and fixed to my discretion. My car was there for a week and David always contacted me when I asked him questions or when he was updating me with information. David was always smiling, was friendly (note, even at 8:00a.m. when I was his first customer of the morning). I hope David receives this information and a raise! As for Deb and Laurie - these two ladies are so funny, friendly, and kind - (again, even at 8:00a.m. being their first customer)! I hope these ladies also see this review and get a raise! I received a rental vehicle and the best part was David, Deb and Laurie gave me three options as to which vehicle I wanted - which was so kind, they did not have to do, they all could have chosen it for me! I hope to see you all again soon :)

Very transparent service here at the dealership. I came in to get a peace of mind and they came to me with a few issues noticed on the car. I don't trust dealerships due to the reason of them trying to rip people off but here they provided pictures and showed me in person of what are the issues and Davinder asked the service manager for a discount to help out with the repair and it did help quite a lot.

We couldn’t be More pleased! Our JLU has been a bit of a headache, But Lindsay Kelly, Dave.S & Mike Sharpe have had our backs and made sure our Jeep gets fixed!
The Communication and Service is always great! And even though our Jeep can be a headache Wellington never fails to get it back on the road and keep us in love with it!
I plan on trading in my Trailhawk for a Wrangler in the near future and will 100 % start here at Wellington!

Brought our van in with a few major issues Ashley at the service desk was excellent. She was helpful and over the course of 2 days while our van was being repaired she kept us updated, organized a rental vehicle for the warranty work being done and was transparent about costs. No work was done without our approval. This was overall an exceptional experience and one that completely renewed our faith in Chrysler. We live in Burlington and we were looking for an alternative to Unique Chrysler in Burlington where we were cheated and treated with complete disrespect (a review for Unique Chrysler was left on this site). Thanks for valuing customer service and for your excellent work. We will definitely be coming back to Oakville to service our van.

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.

We owned 2014 Dodge Ram and we were satisfied with service when we were buying this brand new car. Today we were so disappointed. First 2 different workers told us wrong towing weight 7900lbs (checked with VIN#) and today on inspection we find out it is only 4100lbs. We can’t return our new trailer without loosing lots of money so we decided trade in. I had few question if they could somehow clean the rust on hitch on 2020 demo Ram and the salesman Frank Ch. was yelling that even brand new car have rust what is not true because my 6 years old doesn’t. He was acting like crazy, yelling in the middle of entrance to the parking. (Some drivers waited until he done) My 7 years old starts be scared and me too. It was really uncomfortable. We run out in our old pick up and buy different brand with service we should get if we spend around $60000.

did the deal, not 2-3 day deliver 2 weeks, delivered undetailed interior and 867 kms on the vehicle and gouges out of the plastic bumper.
delivered in the dark then told me net day how do we know not you did damage.
offered floormates, called when in, waited 45mins to receive in dealership had to install myself.
Final straw was past fall went for maintenance which i purchase in the gold plan plus. Stickers said 16k or July what ever comes first,
Show up need oil change set it up then i tell them its covered the say oh come back at 16k or closer there was 12k on the vehicle.
Went there with a noise in front right said it was ice builds up and charge 65$.
Enough is enough go elsewhere. Nothing id like to do than support Brampton i me the Chrysler plant is there but this dealer ship less than a 1 rating is a compliment.....
